Abstract :PT. Rimba Raya Lestari is one of the companies engaged in the industry and trade plywood (plywood) is located in the street Yos Sudarso. 18 Village Jembayan District Loa Kulu. The existing system of incentives at PT. Rimba Raya Lestari is to apply the system of achievement of predetermined targets with the amount of wages or salaries that are adjusted to the number of productivity successful employees do in the day. The number of population in this study amounted to 70 permanent employees of the production and the number of samples used amounted to 70 employees. Analyzer tool in this research is multiple regression analysis that is Test of t and Test F with help of Program SPSS For Window version 20.1 The results of F test calculations can be said incentive variables (X1) and wages (X2) simultaneously (simultaneously) able to show the effect on the work of employees. Then the first hypothesis states that "Incentive Incentives And Wages Influence significantly on Employee Results At PT. Rimba Raya Lestari In Kecamatan Loa Kulu "is accepted and proven to be true. From both result of partial correlation test seen value of incentive variable the biggest influence compared wage variable, so that incentive variable is the most dominant variable influence to employee work result. From that description, hence can be concluded that second hypothesis in this research "That Variable Giving Incentives have a dominant influence on Employee Results At PT. Abstract:The purpose of this study is to know 1). the influence of discipline, cooperation and responsibility on employee morale at PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara. 2). The dominant variable influences the employee morale at PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara.The reality of the problems that researchers see and observe through research activities on employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara is the level of employee morale is still not optimal. Especially that can be seen from the factors that are caused by discipline, cooperation and responsibility. So that problems arise at PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista at this time, where the employees began to idle in their work, it was also seen that the employees who worked during the hours of the internet played on their cellphones even though there were still unfinished jobs at their desks.The population in this study was taken from employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista as many as 163 employees and the study sample was 49 people using the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the test hypothesis F and t.The results of the calculation of the F test (simultaneous / joint correlation), obtained F count is 49.725, while the value of the F table obtained a value of 2.81 this means that (F count 49.725> Ftable 2.81), so that it can be said to be disciplinary variables, Collaboration and responsibility together (simultaneous) are able to show its influence on the morale of the employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista. Then the first hypothesis is accepted because it is proven to be true.The number R is 0.876 this is that the correlation or relationship between discipline, cooperation and responsibility with employee morale is very strong relationship. The three independent variables were able to explain changes in morale by 75.3% while the remaining 24.7% was influenced by other variables not included in this study such as leadership, career development and so on.From the three results of the partial correlation test above the value of the responsibility variable is the highest compared to the other variables, so that the variable responsibility is the most dominant variable influencing the morale of the employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara then followed by variables of cooperation and discipline. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study was rejected because it was not proven true.Keywords: Discipline, Cooperation, Responsibility, Work Spirit

Abstract :One of the villages affected by oil palm plantation activities is Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegra Regency. Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu Sub-District has an area of approximately ± 44.736  KM² which is directly adjacent to Margahayu Village in the north, Jembayan Village in the east and Loa Janan Village in the south. Sungai Payang village has a family head (KK) of 780 KK, with details of the population of 1.482 people and 1,270 women, so that the total population of Sungai Payang Village, Loa Subdistrict is 2,740 people with the number of neighbors of the Rukun Tetangga ( RT) as many as 21 RT. The purpose of this study was to find out among other things: 1) the extent of the impact of oil palm plantation activities on improving the economy of the community, 2) the extent of economic impacts affecting the economic development of rural communities. The existence of oil palm plantations in the Sungai Payang Village community has meaning and benefits for the surrounding community, and other facilities can also be felt separately by other communities. Oil palm plantations can be said to have the meaning of supporting the economy of the surrounding community so that it has value and benefits for the local community. PT. Abstract:The objectives and benefits of this study are:1.     To prove whether service quality is together,location, and emotional has a significant influence on consumer loyalty at Balikpapan's Kaltim Bank Branch.2.     To prove where individually between service quality, location, and emotional has a dominant influence on customer loyalty at Balikpapan's Kaltim Bank Branch.The results of this study are expected to be used as an evaluation forBalikpapan Bank Kaltim Branch which can be used as a material consideration to improve management performance to take the right marketing strategy in the future competition.Based on the results of the analysis and discussion conducted in the previous chapter, some conclusions can be drawn as follows:Allegations stating, it is alleged that together service quality, location, and emotional have a significant influence on customer loyalty at the proven Balikpapan Branch of Bank Kaltim. With a calculated F value of 24.942 greater than F table or F0.05 of 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance level = 0.05, then the first hypothesis in this study is acceptable.Allegations stating that it is assumed that individually the location has a dominant influence on customer loyalty at the proven Balikpapan Branch of Bank Kaltim. With the value of t count of 4.705> t table of 1.66088 and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance level = 0.05, then the first hypothesis in this study is acceptable.               Keywords: Services Quality, Locations, Emotional And Consumer Loyalty

Abstract:The problem in this study is that the typical Cake Business Hj Fatmah has never planned on the profits of the company or its finances, so that in this case the business owner only uses the estimation method to maximize the profit generated. Business owners never plan and take into account products that should be produced optimally so that the company considers the benefits obtained to be maximized.The main objective of this study is to find out the number of product combinations in a day at the Cake Business Hj Fatmah in Tenggarong to be able to achieve maximum profit by using a simplistic method.The results showed that Cake Business Hj Fatmah had the maximum benefit of 2 (two) product combinations, namely Kue Cincin and Roti Balok products while Elat Cow products could not provide maximum benefits. The optimal production of each product, namely Elat Sapi as many as 0 units, Kue Cincin as many as 1,250 units and Kue Balok as many as 500 units with the maximum profit achieved amounting to Rp.2,362,500.Keywords: Maximum Profit, Optimal Quantity

Abstract:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The purpose of this research is to find out whether the market orientation variable, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation do simultaneous influence on product innovation in PDAM Tirta Mahakam in Tenggarong, to find out market orientation variables, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation whether it has a positive effect on product innovation, and among these variables which variable has the most dominant influence on product innovation of PDAM Tirta Mahakam in Tenggarong.The data analysis tool used to determine the effect of the independent variables of market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation with the dependent variable of innovation in drinking water products in tuah bumi packaging on PDAM Tirta Mahakam is multiple linear regression. A significant 5% technique means that there will be a two-sided test of the sample used. The t test will be used to compare whether the results of t count are greater or smaller than t table or vice versa.The results of the research F value calculated is 24,588 while F table is 0,275. This means that F count > F table means that it can be said that the market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation variables are jointly able to show their influence on product innovation or regression models can be used to predict product innovation, so that the first hypothesis is accepted and proven to be true The results of the study Partial values in this study indicate that the orientation of the enterprise, entrepreneurial orientation and strategic orientation have a simultaneous influence, market orientation does not affect product innovation and entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on innovation and strategic orientation also positively influences product innovation. Furthermore, there is a variable that has the dominant influence on the product innovation of PDAM Tirta Mahakam is strategic orientation. Thus H1 is accepted H2 is rejected, it is not proven that H3 is accepted H4 is accepted and H5 is accepted and proven correctKeywords: Market Orientation, Entrepreneurship Orientation and Strategic Orientation and Product Innovation.

Abstract :The purpose of the analysis is to find out whether the work discipline variables have a significant influence on the work performance of the Regional Revenue Service staff of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The results of the research show that the work discipline variables have a significant influence on the work performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Kutai Kartanegara acceptable truth, where the value of t count the work discipline variable is greater than the value of t table (16,332> 1,66055) with a significance value smaller than the significance level (0,000 <0,05). Abstract:The main purpose of this research is to find out the influence of store image and store atmosphereon impulse buying on consumer self-service dafinna in Tenggarong. In this study used multipe regression analysis with equation model. The process of calculating data using manual tools and the distribution of questionnaires.Based onresult of f test it can be concluded that store image and store atmosphere variabels simultan eously have an effect on impulse buying. By using method entered, jika f arithmetic is bigger than f tabel (f count 80,349> f tabel 0,274). Then independent variables have a significant relationship or impulse buying variables influenced by the variable store image and store atmosphere significantly influence the impulse buying on self-service Dafinna Swalayan in Tenggarong.†Accepted and proven to be true.From the results of partial correlation test seen the value of the largest image store variable than the variable store atmosphere t tabel (T arithmetic 8,964< T table 1,666) So ho rejected and H1 accepted.
