Focus and Scope Jurnal Perempuan dan Anak (JPA) merupakan media komunikasi dan informasi terkait dengan perempuan dan anak. JPA diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Pengkajian, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (LP3A) Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, sejak Januari 2013. JPA dikembangkan dengan maksud untuk mendorong peran dan perkembangan perempuan dan anak melalui publikasi hasil-hasil penelitian dan telaah kritis (review) terhadap perempuan dan anak dari berbagai aspek kajian. Students' Perception In Bruno Mars' Song "Versace On The Floor” Inayahtullah R Peder; Santi Prastyowati

Song is a set of phrases that is accompanied by musical rhythms, contain message in the lyrics and can be sung. These days, there are many popular songs that have negative value for listeners. Conveying message about sex, love or portrayal of women is still a social debate because of cultural differences as well as rules in the environment. “Versace on the Floor” was one of the Bruno Mars’ famous song which contain sexual message in its lyrics. In this case, this study aims at discovering of students’ perception on Bruno Mars song “Versace on the Floor” about different gender regarding language used fin the song and allegedly contain elements of sex. This study used qualitative research methods to provide a detailed perspective of people about social phenomena such as culture or song. The researcher used students of University Muhammadiyah Malang as research subjects. The number of participants consisted of 20 female students and 20 male students. This research used questionnaire, interview guideline and document analysis to get data. The result indicated that most of students agreed that Bruno Mars’ song “Versace on the Floor” conveys sexual message. Both female and male students agreed that the song conveyed sexual message (female scored the greater number). However, several students thought that “Versace on the Floor” did not imply sexual message. They thought that it was a romantic song, which was expressed like having sexual message. Moreover, more than a half of the respondents (female scored greater number) thought that “Versace on the Floor” had a good melody. Moreover, the song should not be banned in Indonesia because the song was only heard as entertainment.

Women are a significant part of every aspect of life, from a large environment to the smallest one, women are sometimes appointed as heads of a unit or organization. The role of women is increasingly felt when in a family that has a category of poverty families, the ability of women to obtain a budget, and expenditure becomes very important. Economic change is faster if women can manage income, expenses, and households well. This study analyzes the role of women in increasing income for changes in the underprivileged economy using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) by combining secondary data review and direct observation. Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) Analysis is used to determine the environmental conditions used by case studies when conducting research. Analysis is used to determine the relationship between income and changes in the economic level. The data used are secondary data supported by direct data collection and field collection. The number of respondents used as sample data is 145 underprivileged families in the Lawang District of Malang, which are spread across four research areas with 36 data details in zone 1, 25 data in zone 2, 21 data in zone 3, and 63 data in zone 4. Research Results show that the role of women is very important in efforts to improve the welfare of underprivileged families and analysis of the participation of changes in the relationship between increasing income with changes in the economic level of underprivileged families.

Expert System to Identify Risk Factors of Toddler’s Nutrition Status with Case Based Reasoning Meilisa Musnaimah; Aini Alifatin; Nur Hayatin

In 2012, Indonesia was the 5th most malnourished country in the world. This rank is affected by the population of Indonesia which ranked fourth in the world. Toddler malnutrition is a hot issue in Indonesia, and it is the basis of programs that supported by goverment to remedies these problems. The number of malnourished children in Indonesia is currently around 900 thousand people. The amount is 4.5 percent of the number of Indonesian children, which is 23 million people. For this reason it is important to predict the nutritional status of children so that preventive measures can be taken to reduce the number of malnutrition status in children in Indonesia. This study aims to apply the Modified K-Nearest Neighboar (M-KNN) method to identify risk factors for toddler nutritional status. The data used in this study is a combination of two types of data sources (primary and secondary data), where the data is obtained from posyandu in Malang. This study uses anthropometric assessment variables for weight and age. The steps taken include: data input, determination of the value of k, calculating the value of validity and the value of weight voting. Furthermore, to measure the performance of the proposed method, measurement is carried out by calculating the accuracy value of the predicted results. From the results of testing with variations in the value of k obtained an accuracy value of 75% using 295 nutritional status data of toddlers, with neighbors k which is the best value of k = 4.

Analisis Pantang Makan Dengan Derajat Luka Perineum Terhadap Penyembuhan Luka Pada Ibu Nifas Hari Ke-7 Di PMB Ibunda Ny. Indah S.W,SST Desa Cendono Kecamatan Kandat Irma Ayu Dwi Kasari; Candra Wahyuni

Persalinan merupakan peristiwa keluarnya bayi, plasenta dan selaput amnion. Dalam proses pengeluaran buah kehamilan ini sering kali mengakibatkan perlukaan jalan lahir. Luka-luka biasanya ringan, tetapi kadang-kadang terjadi juga luka yang luas dan berbahaya. Robekan perineum terjadi pada hampir semua persalinan pertama dan tidak jarang juga pada persalinan berikutnya. Oleh karena itu informasi yang sangat memadahi tentang pola makan selama kehamilan pada ibu hamil sangat diperlukan dalam mempersiapkan masa kehamilannya sampai waktu kelahiran. Karena pola makan yang baik selama kehamilan akan berdampak baik, baik bagi kesehatan ibu maupun janinnya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan selama kehamilan terhadap berat badan bayi baru lahir pada ibu nifas 0 – 7 hari di Desa Cendono Kecamatan Kandat Kabupaten Kediri. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Retrospektif, populasinya mengambil seluruh ibu nifas pada hari ke-7 di PMB IBUNDA Ny. Indah S.W,SST Desa Cendono Kecamatan Kandat pada bulan Maret 2019. Dengan menggunakan Purposive sampling, diperoleh 15 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Parameter yang digunakan adalah jawaban kuisioner pantang makan selama satu minggu masa nifas, lembar observasi derajat luka perineum, dan lembar observasi penyembuhan luka perineum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pantang makan responden selama satu minggu masa nifas, 9 responden (60 %) melakukan pantang makan, 6 responden (40%) melakukan tidak pantang makan. Sedangkan ibu dengan luka perineum derajat II adalah 9 responden (60%), dan dengan luka perineum derajat III adalah 6 responden (40%). Dan untuk penyembuhan luka ada 7 responden (46.7%) yang lukanya sudah sembuh, dan 8 responden (53,3%) yang luka perineumnya belum sembuh. Hasil pengumpulan data tersebut diolah dengan uji analitik korelasi dengan menggunakan uji Spearman Rank Corelation. Hasil analisa didapatkan nilai ρ (0.000) < α (0,05) maka ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pantang makan dan penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas hari ke-7 di PMB IBUNDA Ny. Indah S.W,SST Desa Cendono. Dan nilai ρ (0.435) > α (0,05) yang berarti tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara derajat luka perineum dan penyembuhan luka luka perineum pada ibu nifas hari ke-7 di PMB IBUNDA Ny. Indah S.W,SST Desa Cendono. Bagi responden agar selama nifas di upayakan untuk tidak pantang makan karena nutrisi yang dibutuhkan ibu nifas lebih banyak dan melakukan kunjungan nifas pada tenaga kesehatas di wilayahnya sesuai jadwal yang sudah diberikan untuk mengetahui penyembuhan luka perineum dan untuk mengetahui adanya infeksi atau tidak pada luka perineum.

The use of information technology media becomes very important when the needs are increasingly complex or schools are in the development stage because with the use of information technology media teaching and learning activities can be carried out quickly and centrally. In female boarding schools, the use of technology really needs to be considered considering the activities that are so dense both intraculricular and extracurricular activities, on the other hand, Aisyiyah Boarding School Malang High School has quite high activities outside the school, this is evidenced by the many achievements they have from the local to the national level. . At the time this research was conducted, all countries in the world were experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic and required all activities to run online, so this research was conducted to determine the use of information technology at ABSM High School to support teaching and learning activities. The variables used in the study include new desire and interest in learning, motivation and interest in learning, understanding in learning. The research method includes research assumptions and definitions, data collection, analysis of initial conditions, preparation of questionnaires, descriptive analysis. Respondents were students of class X, XI, and XII of SMA ABSM, with a total of 30 respondents who were all ABSM high school students. The results show that in general the use of information technology media can support the teaching and learning process in the school environment for both intraculricular and extracurricular activities.

One of the main capitals in the era of industry 4.0 is creative Human Resources. Creativity here means the ability to always innovate and be able to provide intelligent solutions of problems that arise in the community. Youth as the nation's greatest asset must continue to be encouraged to hone its creativity. Developing game apps is one way to hone this creativity. Because when creating a game app, one is required to imagine, but it remains logical. Hisbul Wathan, as one of the scouting organizations in Indonesia, which fosters the younger generation, is expected to play an active role in the development of Industry 4.0. Therefore, in this Community Service activity, will be given training on the creation of game applications to hone the logical thinking skills of hisbul wathan scouting movement cadres, especially for Kwarda Kota Batu.

Each marriage must have a problem, no exception to the newly married couple. Individuals who have intimacy in their marriage will be easier to deal with the conflicts that occur with their partner. One of the things that allegedly caused women's difficulties to bring intimacy to her husband was the woman's relationship with past experiences that were closely related to parental care, especially dad. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of father involvement in parenting with intimacy to husbands. The research design used is quantitative correlational. The Instrument for measuring both variables in the study uses the father's involvement scale in parenting and the intimacy scale. The research location is in a sub-district in Malang Regency with the number of subjects 99 wife and sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The research subject criteria are: aged between 18- 25 years old, taken care of by father until 18 years old, not going through long distance relationship with her husband, minimum 1 year marriage and minimum number of children is one person. Data analysis using product moment. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the involvement of the father in the care of intimacy against the husband with the value of coefficiencies R = 0.397, with significance p = 0.000 < 0.05.

Life Skill For Women Empowerment: Patchwork For Creativity And Entrepreneurship laela Hikmah Nurbatra; Hartono Hartono

The present community service highlights life skill program for women empowerment. Particularly, the current community empowerment program involves members of PKK of RT 03 RW 02 Sumbersekar, Dau Malang. There are currently 32 members in the organization that comes from different socio-economic background. In terms of entrepreneurial skills, the women in the particular organization have limited knowledge and skill in entrepreneurship. Based on the observation and confirmed with the result of interview, most of the women who are the member of PKK RT 03 RW 02 are low-middle class family who rely on the husbands’ income from farming. Given that most of the members relies on agricultural sector as their income, most of them do not have a sufficient educational background. Although the community has issue with limited fund to support their program, they have a good creativity. In addition, given that the Gender Empowerment Index in East Java is still low, the present community empowerment program intends to offer solution to empower the women at PKK RT 03 RW 02 Sumbersekar with the expectation that it will not only provide more space for their creativity but also their financial support. In accordance to that, the present community service program is not only aims to empower the women, but also improve their economics. The results indicated that the program ran successfully although it was conducted in the COVID 19 pandemic. Some adjustments have been made, but it did not change the fact the target communities obtained the positive effect from the empowerment program.

Broken home is a condition where a family experienced a split caused by conflicts or disputes, disagreements between married couples. From the inability of married couples in maintaining the family, most couples eventually decided to have a divorce. This condition results the children to be the victims of parental divorce. It results in depression state of the child even to the frustration that is difficult to control and regulated. This study aims to find out, and describe 1) The child interaction pattern of the divorce victims with family members in Ronggomulyo Village Tuban Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. The data were obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. The research subjects have been selected based on certain criteria using purposive sampling technique. This study uses Symbolic Interactionism theory by George Herbert Mead. The results of this study are 1) The subject understanding of divorce is painful 2) The subject understanding of parent after divorce is parent experience a change in attitude 3) The subject’s actions after the divorce is changes in behavior 4) The subject’s interaction with the family members after the divorce in this research is dissociative and associative.

Planning Program (KB) as one way to reduce the high rate of pregnancy. Contraceptives used in family planning programs have various types. In addition to the presence of contraception for women, contraception is also available for men. It's just that the problem at this time, lack of knowledge will choose contraception in accordance with health conditions. The limited time, place and expertise of experts to always provide information is one of the obstacles to getting complete information. Decision Support System is a knowledge-based computer information system that is used to support decision making in a problem. This system will later use the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, this method is a method that makes decision makers to get priority scale or consideration of experience, views, intuition and original data. Not only that this system will also use the Weighted Product (WP) method to maximize the performance of AHP in ranking the final results. This application is made using the Android programming language with Android Studio as the platform. In this application will later display recommendations for selecting contraceptives that are suitable for a patient.
