JPA diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Pengkajian, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (LP3A) Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, sejak Januari 2013. JPA dikembangkan dengan maksud untuk mendorong peran dan perkembangan perempuan dan anak melalui publikasi hasil-hasil penelitian dan telaah kritis (review) terhadap perempuan dan anak dari berbagai aspek kajian. Abstract

There's been a lot of violence against children and women lately. Starting from physical or verbal violence, resulting in many victims falling, some were injured, experienced severe trauma, and some died. The purpose of making this article is to find out what factors lead to violence against children and women, and the impact of this violence and solutions for handling this violence based on the perspective of Pancasila. Pancasila has 5 precepts, and each precept contains values that can be applied to everyday life. Violence against children is a violation of the second precept because the precepts are based on justice and accompanied by proper and polite manners in accordance with the norms in Islamic law, while violence against children and women is a violation of the second Pancasila precept because, a child and women should get compassion and justice instead of suffering and violence.

Abstract

Over-admiring public characters, which often happens there is a lack of action or deeds because they are still adults who have not been adult, other effects in the real world usually someone who has been obsessed will vary a couple like the idol, to be the high criteria or the standard of the couple who should be exactly the idol. On the other hand, there is a waste if it meets or follows the idol style, or buy all the products in advertising or more known by the endorse by the artist. Phenomena of young people today, we can see the Mudayang boy imitating his idol style, the lands of even exit of Islamic Sharia. This is what the writer is interested in reviewing in depth initiative to live as much information to know what law is in the perspective of Islam, in terms of mental health, what if someone likes his opposite sexes, what is the advantage they get, we will learn from many sources, this is very interesting considering the idolizing a person or a grub again rally among the people especially young people.

Abstract

Abstract

Recently, people are often surprised by the many phenomena of sexual deviation committed by biological fathers or those who are still related by blood. Normally, the family is a place to complain and grow to be good and healthy children, but in fact there are families that damage the growth and development of children. The purpose of this research is to understand the factors that lead to incest sexual harassment and how to deal with incest. The method in this study is a qualitative research method with a library research approach. The results showed that the causes of sexual violence against children in the family were low education, the person's economic and formal education, environmental factors or place of residence, the influence of alcoholic beverages and a lack of understanding about religion and attitudes. victims Mitigation efforts are carried out through preventive and repressive efforts.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of the family in child labor that occurs at the Balong Cangkring intersection in Mojokerto, seeing the phenomenon of child labor as a public concern for the weakening of human resources in the future era for the next generation. It is necessary to re-reflect the awareness of the role of parents that this child labor system becomes a capitalist system as the growth of family economic capital. This research method uses a qualitative case study analysis approach, the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that child labor as buskers, car glass cleaners, hawkers that occur at the Balong Cangring intersection is influenced by an environment far from civilization, human resources and education which are difficult for children to access due to the weakening role of parents. The lack of the role of parents towards children and the pattern of sustenance that is not optimal so that child labor still occurs in Mojokerto. Human capitalism against child labor in Balong Cangkring is carried out by parents to earn money by employing underage children at school age.

Abstract

Sexual violence against children is one of the serious problems facing the government today. Socially child protection is a joint effort and action from all social strata, different positions and different roles. They are very aware of the importance of children for the future of the homeland and the nation. As a young generation who have high aspirations for the country, future leaders of the country, and a source of hope for the previous generation, they need the widest possible opportunity to grow and develop mentally, physically and physically. This research approach uses descriptive or data collection using published or perish databases from Google Scholar to produce 640 documents. UU no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection also explains that Child Protection is all activities to guarantee children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity and status and receive protection from violence and discrimination. But unfortunately in its application often experience obstacles and obstacles, both caused by internal factors and external factors. This can be seen from the increase in cases of child abuse which are increasing every year. The issued policies are hampered in terms of implementation, even though several bodies have been formed such as KPAI (Indonesian National Commission for Child Protection) and P2TP2A.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) Aisyiyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah programs in helping women and children at risk of being exposed to violence, 2) The role of religious approaches in the collaboration between Aisyiyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah in protecting women and children from violence, 3) Challenges and obstacles faced in overcoming violence against women, and 4) The positive impact of the collaboration between Aisyiyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah in efforts to protect women and children from violence. The type of research used is qualitative with a phenomenological design, conducted in Sorong City, Southwest Papua Province, from March to May 2024. The research results show that in Sorong City, Aisyiyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah are actively involved in programs to help women and children at risk of being exposed to violence. However, this involvement is limited due to the lack of an integrated service center, leading to a recommendation for the immediate creation of such a center to comprehensively assist victims of violence. Furthermore, the religious approach plays an important role in the collaboration between Aisyiyah and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah in protecting women and children from violence in Sorong City. As part of Muhammadiyah, these two organizations adopt an approach based on Islamic religious values in carrying out their programs. In addressing violence against women in Sorong City, West Papua, there are several complex challenges, including violence rooted in culture and customs, as well as social stigma.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of cinematic therapy short films in increasing self-esteem among teenagers in the X community who experience fatherlessness in the Sepatan area. The research method used was experimental with a pretest-posttest control group research design and used a paired sample t-test. The sample in this study were teenagers from the X community in the Sepatan area. The results of the paired sample t-test obtained a value (p) of 0.000 in the experimental group, p<0.05 so that H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that subjects who were given film therapy experienced an increase in self-esteem. Meanwhile, in the control group, the value (p) was 0.003, p<0.05, so H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that subjects who were not given cinematic therapy short films also experienced an increase in self-esteem. In conclusion, cinematic therapy short films have an influence on increasing self-esteem but it is not significant
