Abstract: Garbage or trash is defined as waste material that increases health and environment problem. People often ignore or pay less attention to the waste management so that people seem throw the garbage at anywhere. Lecture method in health promotion is non formal education activity in order to give people behavior about waste management. The aim of the study is to know the before and after health promotion difference towards knowledge, attitude and behavior through lecture method in dealing with waste management at students of SD Cerdas mandiri grade 4 and 5 by using Quasi Experimental study method with Nonequivalent Control Group Design . Paired-t test is applied on this study and found sig (2-tailed) (0,000) alpha (0,05) as the result. The result of the study revealed that there is difference in student knowledge, attitude and behavior level on waste management before and after health promotion through lecture method was given.

Abstract. The Press Industry is located in Pejaten Village, Tabanan Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of attitudes and length of work to complaints of low back pain to workers in the brick press industry in Pejaten Village, Tabanan Regency. This type of research is observational descriptive. The population in this study was 48 brick press workers who worked in the press brick industry in Pejaten Village, Tabanan Regency. The collected data is processed and presented in table form. The results of the analysis used the fisher exact test to get a value of 0.003 at α = 0.05. The variable was calculated by CC and obtained has 0.500 (strong). And the results of the analysis of the length of work using the fisher exact test obtained a value of 0.017 at α = 0.05, the variable was calculated by CC and the results were 0.347 (moderate).

Abstract: CV Kecak Garment is a Manufacturer/ Exporter/ Trader of apparel. Every years CV Kecak Garment produces 500,000 clothes that are exported to USA. CV Kecak Garment began to stand in 1993 with the owner “Kang Dharma Wijaya”. Based on the data of Department of Industry and Trade of Denpasar city in the year of 2015 there is a private garment industry in Kesiman Kertalangu village named CV. Kecak Garment. This garment industry that is located in Soka Street number 126 East Denpasar has 70 tailors. The aim of this research is to know the level of subjective fatigue of the tailors in CV Kecak in the year of 2018. The type of this research is descriptive observational. Population of the research is 70 tailors in CV Kecak Garment and it uses total population. The data collected in this research are primer and seconder data. Data was collected through questioner to grade the level of subjective fatigue of the tailors in CV Kecak in the year of 2018. The collected data was compiled and displayed in the format of table and graphic. The result of this research is 41 tailors (59%) has activity fatigue, 53 tailors (76%) do not have motivation fatigue, 39 tailors (56%) has physical fatigue and the level of subjective fatigue of the tailors is in the mid category (tailors of CV Kecak garment has the fatigue in the process of sewing) is 59 tailors (84%).

Abstract: Home sanitation is closely related to the incidence of infectious diseases, especially acute respiratory infection. based on data obtained from technical implementation unit public health Gianyar II in 2018. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the state of home sanitation and the incidence of acute respiratory infection in the petak village of Gianyar regency with a cross sectional study design. the sample size of this study was 91, family heads were selected by systematic random sampling, statistical testing using the chi square test. Chi-square test results obtained room air ventilation (p value 0.004 a 0.05) natural lighting of the room (p value = 0, 005 a 0, 05) room air humidity (p value 0,000 a 0,05) room air temperature (p value 0,000 a 0,05) room occupancy density (p value 0,018 a 0,05) room wall (p value 0,004 a 0,05) room floor (p value 0,001 a 0,05). there is a relationship between the state of home sanitation and the incident in the petak village of Gianyar regency. recommended that the community open a henderson every day so that air circulation is smooth so that the temperature of humidity and sunlight in the room can be fulfilled and pay attention to the number of occupancy in the house and always pay attention to the number of occupancy in the house and always pay attention to the cleanliness of the walls and floors, so that they are not used as breeding grounds for germs.

Perbedaan Kandungan Formalin Pada Jenis Ikan Asin Peda Dan Gabus Di Pasar Tradisional Kota Denpasar Tahun 2019 Ni Made Meri Sukmadhani; I Wayan Sudiadnyana

In the food processing business it is known that the use of preservatives to maintain the durability of a food ingredient, but in practice there are still many producers who use dangerous preservatives such as formalin in food products, one of which is in the salted long jawed mackerel (Rastrelliger sp.) and salted Asian Snakehead (Channa striata). The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in formalin content in the salted long jawed mackerel and salted Asian Snakehead fish This study used an analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The samples were then examined using the Formaldehyde Test method. The results of this study indicate that from 162 samples of the fishes examined, 19 salted mackerels (23.5%) and 39 salted snakeheads (48.1%) were free of formalin and fulfilled the health requirements with a formalin content of 0 mg / l. The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in formalin content in the salted mackerels and salted snakeheads sold in the traditional market in Denpasar in 2019.

Abstract : Health promotion is very important to improve student knowledge, attitudes, and actions in maintaining their own health. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in knowledge, attitudes, and action before and after health promotion through video screening of CTPS for students at public elementary school 1 Saba. The type of research used is a type of Pre Experimental research type with the One Group Pre-test-Post-test Design. The population in this research is all students of class III and IV. Data using the Wilcoxon test. The result of the research obtained are (p value knowledge = 0,000, attitude = 0,000, and action = 0,000). The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of public elementary school 1 Saba student before and after health promotion through video screening about CTPS. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are for teacher and related agencies to conduct more intensive coaching about hand washing with soap through health promotion programs using video media.

Abstract : Ngurah Rai Forest Park is one of the public recreation places with ecotourism objects that can attract visitors. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of sanitation facilities and service quality with level of visitor satisfaction of Ngurah Rai Forest Park At Bali Province. Research used is quantitative with a crossectional approach survey method. The sample used was 100 out of 1,323 populations using quota sampling. Based on the chi-square test results, it is obtained that sanitation facilities with sig = 0.045 (0.05), means there is a significant correlation sanitation facilities with the visitore satisfaction level with CC = 0.237, which means that the level of correlation is low, while service quality with visitor satisfaction level is obtained sig = 0,000 0.05 means that there is a significant correlation of service quality and level of visitor satisfaction with CC = 0.543 means the level of correlation is medium. The conclusion of this research is that there is a correlation between sanitation facilities and service quality with the level of satisfaction of visitors of Ngurah Rai Forest Park at Bali Province. The advice is to improve the quality of services and sanitation facilities to increase visitor satisfaction.

Abstract: Housewives in Sobangan Village have not segregated the waste before disposing it in a temporary landfill. Lack of knowledge in carrying out waste sorting actions and less of the trash can that is owned cause the housewives still dispose garbage in the yard, river and ditch. The type of research that used in this study was an analytical survey with a cross sectional method. The sample in this study was 290 housewives who were selected by a systematic random sampling. Data were collected using interview sheets and observations then analyzed by the chi square test. The results of the chi square test were obtained from the relationship of the level of knowledge with the action of p 0,000 α (0.05) CC value of 0.432 and the chi square test was obtained from the presence of the trash with the action p 0,000 α (0.05) CC value 0.434 which means there is a relationship the level of knowledge and existence of the trash can with the actions of housewives in sorting waste. Knowledge and actions of housewives in sorting waste is still deficient. Consequently, the village apparatus are expected to conducts socialization, counseling and training regarding the sorting of organic and inorganic waste to housewives by involving youth organizations as a forum to help provide information about waste.

Abstract.AndikaPanguripan trading business is a home industry that produces tempe. AndikaPanguripan's trading business is in TagtagKaja Village, Singasari Utara street, Uma Punggul II alley No. 31, which was established in 2010, has 10 employees.The purpose of the study was to determine the description of personal hygiene and the sanitation conditions of AndikaPanguripan Trade Business tempe in TagtagKaja Village, North Denpasar Subdistrict in 2019. The research method used is descriptive research method with cross sectional approach.Data collection is done by observation and interview.Examination is carried out with observation sheets on the state of sanitation (buildings and sanitation facilities, food sanitation) and personal hygiene.The collected data is processed and presented in the form of tables. The results of this study are that the condition of buildings and sanitation facilities is categorized as moderate with 9 (43%), food sanitation is categorized as being moderate with a score of 13 (62%), sanitation conditions are categorized as being moderate with a score of 22 (52%) and personal hygiene of employees categorized as being moderate with a score of 6 (60%).Conclusions from the results of research on the state of sanitation, food, building and personal hygiene AndikaPanguripan trading business is included in the medium category.Suggestion is to make repairs to buildings and sanitation facilities at tempe processing sites, maintain cleanliness of tempe processing facilities, and employees to apply personal hygiene while working. Abstract. Dengue Fever is serious public health problem the world, especially Indonesia, which located equator with tropical climate. Flick density checks by calculating House Index (HI), Container Index (CI), Breteu Index (BI), Density Figure (DF), Flicking Free Numbers (ABJ). The level larvae density of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes the working area Public Health Unit Sukawati 1 in 2019 was obtained, namely from measurement results House Index, which were 9 houses (9%) which were positive larvae the results of Container Index measurement were 271 containers 100 families and received percentage of 3% . Bruteu Index measurement results get percentage of 9%. For larva free numbers the results obtained much as 91% of these results have not been able to provide that area has not been free from larva free numbers because has not reached required standard must exceed 95%. And for Density Figure inspection, the results of 5.66 combined results from the House Index, Container Index, Bruteu Index from the results interpretation Batuan Village get results exceeding 5 where said that red area disease transmission larvae high, need immediate control. Doing ways such draining the bathtub, always keeping environment clean, always paying attention jars, cleaning flower pots that are inundated sprinkling abate powder
