Abstract

Motivation is something showing up from each of individual and environment around us to get organization goal. Motivation that shows from individual (intrinsic) is success in work, admit, work for itself, respondsibility, and development. For the external motivation (Extrinsic) is salary, work environment, work relation, superiasion, and policy instansy. The purpose of this reserche is to know how motivations in work influence on PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Pontianak. In this reserche is used primer date taken from using questioner, and than the date gets analysed by using SPSS Version 16.0 Program. By this reserche having done it brings us to the conclusion that hygiene factor or exstrinsic affect the performance of employees and motivator factor or intrinsic too affect with employees job performance. Abstract

This study entitled "Perception Analysis Of Customers On System Implementation Of E-Banking Services at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Pontianak". This study aims to determine customer perception or assessment of the implementation of E-banking services at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Pontianak Branch. Forms of research is survey studies, which will be done by collecting data from respondents who are customers of the PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Pontianak. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The variables used to determine customers  perception  for  E-Banking  service  at  PT.  Bank  Negara  Indonesia  Cabang Pontianak are Usability (Usability), Usefulness of Content (Benefits of Contents), Adequacy of Information (Adequacy of information), and Interaction (interaction). The results show the average score for Usability variable is equal to 211, the variable Adequacy of Information at 207, Interaction variables at 203 and variables Usefulness of Content at 202. It can be concluded that customer perception of the service E-Banking is implemented by Bank Negara Indonesia is good, indicating generally satisfied customer and the bank has managed to provide maximum service and ease of doing financial transactions.   Keywords: Customer Perception, E-Banking Services.

Abstract

Profitability is an indicator for the performance and capabilities in utilizing all business entities owned property to generate profit. Assessment of the profitability of a business entity can be measured through Return on invesment (ROI), is the return on investment in assets.This research study on the effect of financial ratios including liquidity ratio (quick ratio and current ratio) and the solvency ratio (debt assets ratio and debt equity ratio) to profitability (ROI) in the food and beverages industry which is registered in the BEI. Purpose of this research are to know the impact of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios, both simultaneously and partially to the profitability of the food and beverages industry wich is registered in the BEI, and to find out what ratios among these has a dominant effect on profitability. This research used documentary techniques and library research as well as using multiple regression analysis method t test, f test dan beta coefficients a method of data analysis. Abstract

One of the fundamental analyses that is often used  by investors and securities analysts in assessing the stock price is the price  earning ratio (PER). The price earning ratio shows how much investors are willing to pay for each of the company’s profit. This study aimed to examine the influence of debttoequity ratio (DER), price to book value (PBV), return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE) on the price earning ratio (PER). The samples of the research were 23 companies listed on LQ45 index. The data used was secondary data from each company listed on LQ45 index for the period of 4 years i.e. 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. The samples werechosenthrough purposive sampling. The data analysis usedthe multiple regression test preceded by the classic assumption  test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis testing was conducted by using the f-test and t-test. The results of the research showed that the variable of the debt equity ratio (DER) and the return on equity (ROE) had a negativeinfluence on the price earning ratio (PER);the price to book value (PBV) had a positive influence on the price earning ratio (PER), while the return on assets (ROA) had no influence on the price earning ratio (PER) of shareson LQ45 index. Keywords: Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Price Book Value (PBV), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER).

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of experiential marketing which includes a variable sense, feel, think, act, and relate to customer satisfaction of Cinema XXI Ayani Pontianak. This research was designed as an descrptive and causal. The population of this research is the customer of Cinema XXI Ayani Pontianak who have been watching at least 1 times and minimum 17th years old. This research was using accidental sampling, then elected a sample size of 100 people. The analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis by SPSS version 20.0. The results based on multiple linier regression analysis showedthat sense, feel, think, act and relate as part of experiential marketing together or simultaneously positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the R2 value of 58.6%, while the remaining 41.4% is another factor not examined in this research. Through t-test, sense, feel, think, and act in partial positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, relate partially positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh negara asal (country of orign) dan kurang tersedianya produk domestik terhadap sikap konsumen pada makanan dari Malaysia karena banyaknya produk makanan Malaysia yang membanjiri pasar Indonesia khususnya Pontianak. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini: apakah terdapat pengaruh negara asal (country of orign) terhadap sikap konsumen pada makanan dari Malaysia dan apakah terdapat pengaruh kurang tersedianya produk domestik terhadap sikap konsumen pada produk makanan dari Malaysia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode survey, Metode pengumpulan data: kuesioner, kepustakaan dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah atau masih mengkonsumsi produk makanan dari Malaysia yang berlokasi di Pontianak. Sampel 200 orang dengan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan skala Likert. Alat analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS untuk uji t dan uji F Anova. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 21,244 > F tabel 3,06 atau Sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya, Ho ditolak. Dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel X1 (COO) dan X2 (KTPD) berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap variabel sikap konsumen pada makanan Malaysia (Y). Tingkat signifikansi variabel X1 (COO) sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari pada 0,05 atau a/2 =0,025 karena penelitian ini 2 arah (0,000 < 0,025). Nilai t hitung pada variabel X1 (COO) sebesar 5,556 dan t tabel sebesar 1,960. Karena 5,556 > 1,960, maka Ho ditolak, berarti secara parsial pengaruh COO terhadap sikap konsumen pada makanan Malaysia signifikan. Tingkat signifikansi variabel X2 (KTPD) sebesar 0,016 yang lebih kecil dari pada 0,05 atau a/2 =0,025 karena penelitian ini 2 arah (0,016 < 0,025). Nilai t hitung pada variabel X2 (KTPD) sebesar 2,426 dan t tabel sebesar 1,960. Karena 2,426 > 1.960, maka Ho ditolak, berarti secara parsial pengaruh Kurang Tersedianya Produk Domestik (KTPD) terhadap sikap konsumen pada makanan Malaysia signifikan. Abstract

This research describes how the performance of employees in the Telkomsel Cooperation Branch Pontianak. This research aims to determine the performance of employees in the Telkomsel Cooperation Branch Pontianak. This research is conducted using descriptive method and the techniques of data collection are questionnaires, interviews and documentary studies. The population in this research is by thirty employees of the Telkomsel Cooperation Branch Pontianak. The sampling is conducted with census method and techniques of data analysis is analysis of qualitative descriptive and equipped with information from questionnaires answered by the repondent. Answers are tabulated and presented in the from of tables and presented in percentages to take the conclusion as background for answering this problem. The statistical variable and research are quality, quantity, timelinees, cost effectiveness, need for supervision, inter-personal impact. Based on the findings, the overall performance of employees working at the Telkomsel Coorperation Branch Pontianak has been achieved well

Abstract

The objectives of this research to analyze compare the financial performance between Government Islamic Banks and Private Islamic Banks in Indonesia in the period 2010-2013 by using CAMELS’s ratios. Financial ratios are used consisting of CAR, NPL, NIM, ROA, LDR and MR. The data used in this study were obtained from the Financial Statements of Islamic Bank in 2010-2013, published by each Bank concerned. After passing through the stage purposive sample, the sample is feasible to use as many as 9 samples, 4 Government Islamic Banks (BRI Syariah, Bank Jabar Banten Syariah, BNI Syariah, dan Bank Syariah Mandiri), and 5 Private Islamic Banks (Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia, Bank Panin Syariah, Bank Syariah Bukopin, dan BCA Syariah). Analytical techniques used to see comparison of financial performance Government Islamic Banks and Private Islamic Banks is the method of Independent Sample T-Test. The analysis shows that there are not significant differences for each CAMELS’s ratio (CAR, NPL, NIM, ROA, LDR, MR) between Government Islamic Banks and Private Islamic Banks in Indonesia, except for NPL which show there are significant differences Government Islamic Banks has better performance in terms of NPL and NIM ratios, while Private Islamic Banks Has better performance in terms of CAR, ROA, LDR, and MR ratios. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Credit Union Khatulistiwa Bhakti di Pontianak dan untuk mengetahui Aspek-Aspek Kepemimpinan yaitu Idealized Influenced, Inspiration Motivation, Intellectual Stimlation dan Individual Consideration Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, yaitu prosedur pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggambarkan keadaan subyek/obyek penelitian (seseorang, lembaga, masyarakat dan lain-lain) pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak atau sebagaimana adanya., sumber data yang digunakan adalah data yang diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, studi dokumenter dan teknik penelitian bentuk kuantitatif Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif, yaitu melihat jawaban dari responden melalui kuesioner yang telah disebarkan. Dimana kriteria penilaian merujuk pada skor jawaban kuesioner. Transformasi jawaban kuesioner dikelompokkan kedalam nilai indikator yang diklasifikasikan menurut skala Likert menjadi 5 kategori, yaitu; sangat sesuai/sangat setuju, sesuai/setuju, Netral kurang sesuai/Tidak setuju setuju dan tidak sesuai/Sangat tidak setuju. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional (X) dan produktivitas kerja (Y) pada Credit Union Khatulistiwa bhakti yang meliputi kuantitas bahwa X1 berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Y, X2 berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Y ,X3 berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Y, dan terakhir X4 berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Y, pengamatan ini dapat menunjukkan keadaan kepemimpinan yang mana dapat berpengaruh dalam praktek nyata yang ada di perusahaan.   Kata kunci       : Kepemimpinan, Transformasional dan Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

The objective of the research is finding out whether the asset turnover, Account Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover influence the profitability both partially and stimulatingly. The object chosen by the researcher is automotive industry companies which components are registered on Indonesian Stock Exchange. Research method on this thesis is Causal Research; with the number of samples is 10 companies from 17 automotive industry companies registered on Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research is conducted for the observation in 2006-2013. The type of data is seconder data. The data is gathered from Indonesian Stock Exchange’s official site and ICMD. Then collected data is analyzed by using data analysis method, which has been tested with classical assumption before the hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing in this research uses double linear regression analysis with t testing and f testing on the significant level of 5% (α = 0,05). The result of Hypothesis testing shows that Partial Variable of Asset turnover and Account Receivable Turnover is influential against Profitability and Inventory Turnover has positive influence, but not significant, against Profitability. Stimulatingly, Asset turnover, Account Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover is influential against profitability. Where 18,8% of variation from profitability changes can be explained by the variation of both of independent variable, whereas the rest, on the number of 81,2% is explained by the variation and other factors which are not including on the regression model.
