Abstract

The Impact of covid-19 faced by whole world. The economic growth of all the countries is going down because of covid-19. In India, the covid-19 affected all the sectors but it mostly affected business sector. Social media is used in business sector, but during covid-19 pandemic situation social media is widely used in business sector for work effectively. The purpose of study is to determine the impact of social media on startup and growing business. The researcher wish to investigate how social Media influence on the growth of business and also to analyze which social media tools and application are used for effective work of business. Experiment were done on research data collected from the internet, Journal, Articles and personal prior knowledge. The result showed business sector are work or run effectively during pandemic situation. Most of business are used social media platform for example- Facebook, twitter, Instagram LinkedIn etc. Business sector are use social media platform for improving business both in quality and quantity. So, we conclude that, Business sector widely used social Media platform for effective and continuous work. This study is significant for Business Entrepreneur, Society, stakeholders, Government people and competitors.

Abstract

Digitalization is the process of converting information into a digital format as well as transaction of documents, money and many more through this. Digitalization is the outcome of innovation and technological advancement. So, we able to say that digitalization is the dynamic way of life in 21st Century. Digitalization transforms the human lives from lot of angles and empowers the society in a batter manner. Digitalization of India starts from the cashless society, where a pauper man to the industrialist are going cashless and trying the digital ways for the payments. Other than that, we are using lot for the security system and the Digital Controls. India is going Digital as now our complete records can be stored digitally (Digi Locker) so that government can avoid frauds and other activities that are harmful. Digitalization of India is nothing but making our daily life less dependent and devoid of human interaction with the help of technology. Now the entire world is in our mobile handsets. You can book a travel ticket, do shopping, chat with your loved ones across the globe and even share your views to the external world more freely and easily. This is the result of digitalization. To make the India Digitalize to create a digital infrastructure like a high-speed internet, mobile phone, shareable private space on a public cloud, and creating a safe and secure cyber space as a utility to every Indian citizen with digital literacy. This paper will discuss the prospect and challenges of digitalization.

Abstract

This research focusing on how is business professionalism conducted according to the type of business communication, which is verbal (oral or spoken and written) and also nonverbal communication, where the parties involved have different cultural backgrounds, more specifically, between Indonesian employees and foreign clients. Through qualitative descriptive method, research findings showed that the definition of business professionalism has changed and vary significantly across different cultures. Indonesian employees may find it difficult to communicate professionally with foreign clients and the challenge increases when they have to use English as a more universal language instead of Bahasa Indonesia. Indonesian employees are advised to learn and adapt both verbal and nonverbal communication according to the culture of their clients. This research is expected to provide a contribution to create stronger business relationships and more effective communication strategies by understanding the roles and characteristics of their foreign clients in an increasingly cutthroat global marketplace.

Abstract

Communication is essential for organizational effectiveness but often becomes a source of tension—among colleagues, between employees and managers, and in employee–customer interactions. When left unmanaged, these tensions can hinder collaboration, reduce employee well-being, and impair service performance. This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of empirical and theoretical research from 1989 to 2021, aiming to provide an integrated understanding of communication tensions in organizational contexts. Drawing on key frameworks such as Emotional Contagion Theory, Organizational Paradox Theory, Uncertainty Reduction Theory, and Empathy Theory, the review identifies three primary sources of communication tension: employee–employee interactions, employee–manager relationships, and employee–customer engagements. A key finding is the role of mindset—particularly paradoxical thinking—as a cognitive-emotional mechanism that helps reframe tensions into opportunities for adaptive action. Using the PRISMA method for transparency and rigor, the review highlights common drivers of tension such as role ambiguity, power hierarchies, emotional labor, and conflicting expectations. Instead of viewing tensions solely as dysfunctional, the review emphasizes their potential to foster organizational learning, creativity, and innovation—when approached constructively with emotional intelligence and empathy. The study also notes theoretical fragmentation and calls for more integrative, multi-level research models. It identifies underexplored areas including team-level dynamics, cross-cultural differences, and frontline service roles. To address these gaps, the review proposes seven conceptual propositions and introduces an integrative framework for future research and practical application

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on the effectiveness of technician employees at an automotive company in Bandung City. This research used a sample of 30 technician employees with a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population was sampled. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, which is then processed using SPSS 20 for Windows software. The research's results indicate that work discipline significantly affected the effectiveness of employee work in the technician division of an automotive company in Bandung City. Thus, it can be concluded that if work discipline increases, work effectiveness will also increase. However, attendance and work procedure compliance still hinder goal achievement and work completion. Therefore, every employee is responsible for improving discipline, especially regarding punctual arrival and compliance with company rules. In addition, better time management and awareness of the importance of following established work procedures will help improve overall work effectiveness in the automotive company technician division in Bandung City. This research can contribute to improving employee discipline policies, increasing work effectiveness, and optimizing company productivity by emphasizing the importance of attendance, compliance with work procedures, and responsibility among employees

Abstract

The objective of this study is to synthesize the extant literature on paradox mindset, delineating its conceptual boundaries, antecedents, mediators, moderators, and outcomes in organizational settings. Drawing on 95 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2008 and 2024, and employing a PRISMA-aligned Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, the review categorizes theoretical and empirical contributions across levels of analysis. Findings indicate that paradox mindset research is primarily grounded in organizational paradox theory, with extensions into leadership, creativity, employee resilience, and ambidexterity. The paradox mindset is associated with beneficial organizational outcomes—including innovation and promotive voice—through mechanisms such as cognitive reappraisal, perspective-taking, and intrinsic motivation. These effects are shaped by contextual moderators, including paradoxical leadership and organizational culture. The study concludes that the paradox mindset serves as an integrative cognitive capability that fosters agility, adaptability, and sustainable performance.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the business landscape in ASEAN, enabling young entrepreneurs to collaborate across countries. This study analyzes the role of technology integration in driving business collaboration and opportunities and challenges in the digital ecosystem. A qualitative approach based on literature studies and case analysis is used to explore the role of digital platforms such as startup hubs, fintech, and marketplaces in expanding market access and innovation. The results show that technology integration supports the growth of young entrepreneurs' businesses through platforms such as Gojek, Tokopedia, and AirAsia Super App. There are still challenges, such as digital infrastructure gaps, regulatory differences, and cultural factors, which are still obstacles to cross-country collaboration. This study recommends harmonizing ASEAN digital policies, improving technology infrastructure, and developing digital-based education and mentoring programs to strengthen the young entrepreneurial ecosystem in ASEAN.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which stress at work affects turnover intention in one of the media companies in Bandung. This study used a sample of 30 respondents from a media company in Bandung. The sample method used in this study is non-probability sampling, with data collected using questionnaires, surveys, and observations. The method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis, which is then carried out using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of stress at work have a positive and significant impact on turnover intention in one of the media companies in Bandung. The higher the level of work stress that employees feel, the greater their desire to leave the company. Because of this, media companies must consider employee work conditions in order to reduce work stress and reduce turnover intention.
