This research seeks to find out how the financial performance of Kebumen Regency is seen from the Original Local Government Revenue before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic that is happening in Indonesia caused a change in Kebumen Regency's PAD due to a decline in tourism sector income, as well as a number of hotel and restaurant taxes in Kebumen Regency. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive analysis method through secondary data in the form of a Kebumen Regency Budget Realization Report from 2018-2021. The year was taken because 2018-2019 was the year before the emergence of Covid-19, while 2020-2021 was the year where Covid-19 attacked all Indonesian people. The result of this study indicates that although the Regional Revenue of Kebumen Regency has decreased, Covid-19 has no effect on the financial performance of Kebumen Regency.

Abstract

This research seeks to reveal the relationship between stressors (sources of work stress) and work motivation on work performance at the BRI unit of PadangMatinggi Padangsidimpuan. Work motivation will be studied partly and concurrently in relation to Stressors. This research employs a quantitative methodology with an associative approach, sampling thirty workers. This research used a saturated sample for its sampling procedure. Data was collected from respondents through the use of Likert-scale questionnaires that were sent to them directly. Instrument test of reliability validity, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test employing multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS constituted the data analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that partially, Stressors have a positive and significant effect on work performance and work motivation has a positive and significant influence on work achievement. Simultaneously, Stressors and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work achievement. The results of the coefficient of determination test showed that R was 0.757 or 75.7%. The Adjusted R Square value is 54.2% while the remaining 45.8% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. This shows that the higher the Stressor and work motivation felt by the employees, the work achievement of the employees of BRI Unit of Padangmatinggi, Padangsidimpuan will increase.

Abstract

Inflation is defined as a condition where prices increase. Inflation is a monetary phenomenon in a country where its fluctuations will cause economic turmoil. In the economy, inflation is a combination of aspects of the balance of the goods market, money market, and labor market. This study analyzes the relationship between macroeconomic variables, namely economic growth, interest rates, and the money supply which are expected to affect the movement of the inflation rate in Indonesia in 1989-2019. This study uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method after showing the existence of cointegration in testing with the VAR model. Forecasting results show that inflation responds positively to interest rates and the money supply and gives a negative response to economic growth. This means that inflation in Indonesia is sensitive to shocks in macroeconomic variables.

Abstract

This study seeks to explore how Store Atmosphere influences consumer purchase decisions on Eiger Store Setia Budi, Medan. This study's population consisted of customers of the Eiger Store Setiabudi Medan. The samples taken were 96 respondents. The data was obtained by distributing the questionnaires. Data analysis was done by Simple linear analysis and instrument tests in the form of validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests in the form of normality and heteroscedasticity tests, as well as hypothesis testing utilizing the T test and coefficient of determination test. According to the findings of this study, the Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This is evident from the 0,540 value of the regression coefficient for the variable Store Atmosphere (X). The t value of the Store Atmosphere (X) variable was 6,299 with a significance level of 0,000, as determined by researchers using a partial test (T-Test) to test the null hypothesis. The value of t table (df = 96 - 2) is 1,985, therefore t statistic > t table (6,299 > 1,985) and it can be concluded that the Store Atmosphere variable has a significant influence on purchase decisions, as indicated by the significant value 0,000 < 0,050.

Abstract

An increase in the trading volume of dividend-declaring shares at a particular moment may indicate that the company is performing well and has promising prospects. The dividend announcement includes crucial information for investors seeking abnormal returns. This study seeks to determine and assess whether there is a difference between AR and TVA before to and following the release of cash dividends. This study's data analysis method is a parametric statistical data analysis method. This method is used to statistically evaluate population parameters, or in other words, to test population size using pre-selected sample data and a significance level () of 0.05 or 5%. A data set is considered regularly distributed if asym.sig is less than 0.05. Sig. 0.277 > 0.05 indicates that there is no change in the average abnormal return before and after the declaration of cash dividends for LQ45 Company 2020. The findings of evaluating the sample data for trading volume activity indicate, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, that there is a difference in trading volume activity before and after the release of cash dividends for LQ45 Company 2020. A significant negative abnormal return value at t-4, t-1, t0, t+3, t+4, and t+5 conveyed bad news, therefore investors overreacted to alter stock prices, resulting in disparities in trading volume activity before to and following the announcement of cash distributions. Indirectly, the declaration of cash dividends can impact the trading volume activities of LQ45 Index-listed businesses.
