Abstract

Electronic cigarettes are a technology designed to help regular cigarette consumers quit. The development of electric cigarettes in Indonesia has formed a drug regulatory agency, conducting research related to electronic cigarettes. The purpose of this study was to describe the vaping behavior of young male students towards stress symptoms. This research is a quantitative research method. This data collection technique was carried out by direct observation and survey sampling techniques using random sampling techniques. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a population or subject of 35 male adolescents. It is known that of the 35 respondents who are still teenagers, there are 6 young respondents who smoke electric or vaping and are still smoking today. Smoking becomes a daily life and binds them every day, some of them also know worry and anxiety when they can't or find it difficult to refuse vaping.

Abstract

This research was conducted to look at the perceptions of public health students towards the behavior of students staying up late. The research was carried out using a qualitative method, for 5 FKM student respondents class of 2020 the data collection process was carried out using a questionnaire through in-depth interviews. The results showed that students in this study had good knowledge of the meaning of staying up late, students understood what was meant by staying up late and had knowledge and perceptions of the dangers of staying up late. activities and demands that must be carried out so that the body cannot rest properly and is deprived of sleep, students have the perception that staying up late does have a harmful impact on health and they feel the negative impact such as fatigue, lack of concentration and understand the impact of staying up late on increasing the risk of diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and decreased immune system, but in this study all students did the activity of staying up late intensity often and very often and sleeping 5-6 / less than 5 hours and even just starting to sleep at 1-3 in the morning, many factors influence the behavior of staying up late such as piling up of tasks and short deadlines, organizational activities, stress, unimportant activities such as drakor, gadgets and social media. Even though students understand the meaning of staying up late, students have the perception that it is difficult for students to avoid the habit of staying up late.

Abstract

One of the state investments that needs attention is the health sector, because it is closely related to the Human Resource Development Process. The fate of the nation really depends on it. The aim of this literature study was to examine the form and outcomes of evaluating health financing policies for the poor in the JKN program in various regions in Indonesia, based on identified concerns and in accordance with their urgency. This article was prepared using the literature review method, namely summarizing and explaining the contents of previously published sources of findings in accordance with the topic of the author's analysis regarding the implementation of the JKN program among contributory assistance (PBI) participants or underprivileged communities in the regions. Articles from 2019 to 2023 are used as references, using Google Scholar, Garuda Journal, and Springer Link. The JKN program does not reach everyone, especially the poor, who cannot obtain fair and adequate health protection. And as those in need, all poor people must be prioritized. because they do not get or qualify for government support. To complement the National Social Security System which is not yet able to cover all underprivileged andl; poor communities, regional and central governments must create regional health insurance programs.

Abstract

Context: Epidural massage, also known as massage, is a type of skin stimulation employed to effectively alleviate pain during childbirth. The purpose of this research is to determine whether or not massage effleurage can alleviate labor pain in the mother. This is an analytical study employing an experimental design with a pre- and post-test for a single group. The study sample comprised 35 individuals who were in labor and were mothers at the Sarimotandang Health Center. Through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, data was gathered. Data cleansing, tabulating, editing, coding, and entry are the initial steps in data processing. Analyzing data with the paired T test. Findings: An effect of effleurage massage on labor pain in laboring mothers was observed both prior to and following the intervention (p = 0.000). In conclusion, it is advisable for the expectant mother to seek guidance from healthcare professionals regarding the issue of labor pain.

Abstract

Menstrual disorders are abnormalities that occur in the menstrual cycle. Common menstrual disorders can b e divided into five types, namely: Amenorrhea, Dysmenorrhea, Menorrhagia, Oligomenorrhea, Polymenorrhea. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of determining the factors related to menstrual disorders in adolescent girls at SMP N 2 Padangsidimpuan City. This type of research i s quantitative with a research design, namely Cross-sectional. The population of this study was 222 and the sample in this study was 69 respondents with a sampling technique using Simple random Sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and data analysis using the chi Square statistical test with a confidence level of 95% (a = 0.05). The results of the study of anxiety with menstrual disorders showed a p-value (0.663>0.05) and physical activity with menstrual disorders showed a p-value of 0.054>0.05) means that there was no relationship between anxiety and physical activity with menstrual disorders in SMP N 2 Padangsidimpuan City. Research at SMP N 2 Padangsidimpuan showed there is no relationship between anxiety and physical activity with menstrual disorders. However, schools are still advised to provide comprehensive menstrual education, increase awareness o f mental health, educate healthy physical activity, and encourage a healthy lifestyle. Students are advised to monitor their menstrual cycle and consult a doctor if there is a disorder. Further research is needed to determine other factors that may affect menstrual health.
