Abstract

Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan hal yang penting dalam pencapaian tujuan dikarenakan perusahaan mengharapkan kinerja yang baik dari masing-masing karyawan dalam mengerjakan tugas yang telah diberikan. Oleh karena itu, kualitas SDM senantiasa harus dikembangkan dan diarahkan agar tercapainya tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.Adapun masalah yang ditemukan oleh penulis yaitu dalam proses penerimaan karyawan, pendaftaran serta penyerahan data lengkap calon karyawan masih melakukan sistem secara manual. Untuk itu maka diperlukan suatu sistem yang terkomputerisasi dalam rangka memberikan informasi secara cepat dan akurat, dan diharapkan juga sistem ini dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas. Kemudian, pemilihan karyawan juga dapat dibantu dengan psikotes metode Edwards Personal Preference Schedule (EPPS). Ssistem rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan dengan psikotes metode EPPS dirancang secara komputerisasi sehingga dapat membantu pihak HR Rekrutmen dalam mendapatkan karyawan yang memiliki nilai terbaik sehingga orang tersebut layak bekerja di PT URW dengan optimal.

Abstract

Abstrak Majunya teknologi pada saat ini sangat memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Banyaknya platform untuk menyediakan media pembelajaran yang menarik semakin banyak dikembangkan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri dalam proses belajar mengajar, seorang pendidik harus memiliki media pembelajaran yang dapat menarik minat peserta didik dalam proses belajar menagajar. Tidak hanya menarik minat belajar saja, namun media pembelajaran juga harus mampu membuat peserta didik memahami materi yang diajarkan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan media pembelajaran Canva untuk menangani masalah yang terajadi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Canva penulis pilih sebagai media pembelajaran dikarenakan memiliki fitur-fitur berupa presentasi, audio, audio dan visual dan masih banyak fitur lainnya lagi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptive quantitative dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa dalam hal sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran Canva. Subjek penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester dua program study D IV Bisnis Digital. Questionnaire digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengumpulakn data persepddi mahasiswa. Questionnaire terdiri dari 5 pernyataan persepsi mahasiswa sebelum menggunakan Canva dan 6 pernyataan setelah menggunakan Canva. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah mahasiswa memiliki persepsi sangat buruk terhadap pembelajaran sebelum menggunakan Canva. Sementara itu persepsi sangat baik saat menggunakan media pebelajaran Canva.

Abstract

Sistem ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan pelayanan yang lebih optimal kepada masyarakat khususnya pada proses pembuatan surat menyurat agar lebih cepat dan mudah. Penilitian menggunakan metode pengumpulan data pengamatan secara langsung (observasi), penelitian langsung diobjek penelitian yaitu di desa Bedono Karangduwur Kemiri. Jenis data yang dipakai adalah data Kuantitatif atau data yang dapat diukur dalam skala angka, seperti jumlah penduduk, dan data kualitatif atau data yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk kata, seperti hasil wawancara dengan petugas atau masyarakat. Kesimpulan penilitian dari Tugas Akhir ini menunjukan bahwa sistem hanya dapat dijangkau oleh warga dengan usia produktif dan sistem hanya mencakup pada pembuatan surat pengantar saja.

Abstract

Saat ini, keberadaan teknologi informasi telah dapat dirasakan dampaknya hampir di setiap sektor kehidupan manusia. Abstract

This study aims to compare environmental disclosures made by publicly traded companies in Indonesia before and during the covid 19 pandemic. The sample used was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 and 2020. The test equipment used was the Paired test sample. This research has never been carried out by previous researchers, in this study the focus is on manufacturing companies because this type of company contributes quite a lot to environmental waste. The benefit is to find out the distribution of differences in the conditions of environmental disclosure reports in Indonesia during the covid 19 pandemic. attention to the environment. The results of this study indicate that there are material differences in environmental disclosures before and during the Cofid period. However, the companies that gave the highest environmental disclosures at the time and before the pandemic were carried out by the same companies. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Tercapainya sistem informasi nilai. (2) Tercapainya rancangan sistem informasi yang diimplementasikan untuk pengolahan nilai pada paket C di PKBM Sekar Arum Pituruh untuk menyimpan, mengolah, dan melaporkan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sistem informasi ini disusun dengan perancangan sistem model terstruktur, implementasinya dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database menggunakan MySql. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dihasilkan sebuah perangkat lunak sistem informasi hasil belajar paket C berbasis web. Dengan sistem ini user lebih mudah dalam menginput, mengolah, dan melaporkan hasil belajar warga paket C di PKBM Sekar Arum Pituruh.

Abstract

Abstract Twitter social media is widely used by users as a medium of communication and information. Apart from being a communication tool, Twitter is used to obtain the required research data. The use of the twitter hashtag becomes a reference for trending news or issues that are developing in the community. The trend that is currently being discussed is the Mypertamina application. This study takes data from twitter with the hashtag #Mypertamina with a lot of twitter data as many as 149 tweets, from the data obtained it will be clustered using topic modeling with the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) method. The advantage of the LDA method is that it can cluster, summarize, and link large amounts of data. This study resulted in 3 data clusters with the largest coherence value of 0.4618 Keywords: 3-5 keywords; Mypertamina, Twitter, LDA

Abstract

Human resources have a very important position in an organization’s goals. Company goals are not dependent on modern tools but the success of an organization is strongly influenced by individual performance performed by employees. Several ways to achieve good performance can be achieved by empowering employees such as aducation, training, and compensation. This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at factory Krupuk Jogya Sari Udang Kledung Kradenan Banyuurip Purworejo. Subjects in this research are employees who work on Pabrik Krupuk Jogya Sari Udsng Kledung Kradenan Banyuurip Purworejo factory for 40 people. Research method using quantitative method whole collection techniques used in this research is a questionnaire that had been tested and have met the requirements for validity and reliability, while data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Results of t-test analysis note that the value of the variable significance of compensation amouting to 0,038 less than the requisite criteria for testing the 0.05 (5%). This means compensation significantly affect the performance employees at Pabrik Krupuk Jogya Sari Udang Kledung Kradenan Banyuurip Purworejo.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises of Tempe Chips Sanah is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in industry or manufacturing that produces tempe chips. Accounting records for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Sanah Tempe Chips are still very simple and manual, namely recording cash in, cash out, and accounts receivable. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Sanah Tempe Chips have not made a distinction on assets, this is due to a lack of knowledge about how to prepare financial statements. This results in the company's financial information being inaccurate. The research method in this study uses quantitative data, namely about the average number of production per month, the selling price of the product, and the salaries of employees. Researchers compiled financial reports for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises with Tempe Sanah Chips using the Accurate Accounting version 4 application. Accurate Accounting version 4 is accounting software that has provided accounts that can be adapted to the type of company, making it easier to prepare financial reports. The reports produced are statements of financial position, income statements, and notes to financial statements as of January 31, 2021 in accordance with accounting principles based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities. The results of this final report are financial reports on the Tempe Sanah Chips MSME using the Accurate Accounting version 4. Financial report is made to find out information about the statement of financial position, profit report so that it can be used as a means of making decisions in the future. While the application is used so that the process of preparing reports is faster and more accurate.

Abstract

Food processing groups. in Bantul Regency it is dominated by the Women Farmers Group (KWT). Until now, the number of KWT registered at BKP3 Bantul Regency is 275 KWT, generally they are engaged in local food processing such as traditional food and its preparations. Therefore, it is hoped that the existence of KWT can provide great potential in the agricultural sector and can also support food self-sufficiency in the Bantul Regency Region. However, in its development, KWT has several weaknesses, including: (1) limited market, (2) relatively low quality and not durable, (3) unattractive appearance because the packaging is still simple and not informative, resulting in lack of selling value and competitiveness, therefore it is necessary to analyze the potential of women's groups of processed food farmers in Bantul Regency, with the aim of knowing the potential and identifying problems of KWT food processing in Bantul Regency. The method of determining the research object was carried out purposively (purposive method), namely in the Bantul district in the Food Processing Farmer Women's Group which was recorded at BKP3 Bantul Regency, considering that the majority of active groups that process various food ingredients in Bantul Regency are KWT. Random sampling at several KWTs in seventeen Districts of Bantul Regency. While the determination of respondents is done by random sampling or randomly. The results of the study show that the KWT institution illustrates that members act according to their way but are willing/able to take advantage of the opportunities that exist with diverse backgrounds, both their level of ability, knowledge and personality. It can be seen that the majority of them have actively processed various food ingredients, especially for food sources substitute carbohydrates for rice. Even though KWT capital is relatively small, only around IDR 1,000,000 – IDR 2,500,000 or an average of IDR 2,000,000 for each group, economically, their productivity is high, this can be seen from the amount of production produced in one year, ranging from 1,800 kg – 3,600 kg. kg or an average of 2,750 kg.
