Abstract

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas SIMPATIKA (Sistem Informasi Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan) menggunakan use questionnaire karakteristik usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, satisfaction di kantor kementrian agama kabupaten wonosobo. Hasil dari penelitian menggunakan penelitian karakteristik usefulness dengan presentase sebesar 82,98 % (sangat setuju), karakteristik ease of use dengan presentase sebesar 80,42% (sangat setuju), karakteristik ease of learning dengan presentase sebesar 71,63% (setuju), karakteristik satisfaction dengan presentase sebesar 91,09% (sangat setuju). Berdasarkan hasil analis kualitas tersebut maka SIMPATIKA (Sistem Informasi Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan) layak digunakan.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the user interface of academic information system on ease of use (usability), provide recommendations based on the evaluation to enhance academic information systems and produce prototype user interfaceto enhance user acceptance levels of the academic information systems.The object of this study is academic information systems. This study uses a user centered design systems with some aspectsof the variables in the form of Visual Clarity, Consistency, Informative Feedback, Explicitness, Appropriate functionality,Flexibility and control. The sampling technique in this study using simple random sampling technique with a numberresponeden 30.Results from this study shown that the overall academic information system otherwise well. While the results show thatthe respondent's response assessment of academic information system on flexibility and control aspects of assessing4.44% for an answer "strongly disagree", 27.78% for an answer "do not agree", it shows that there are still many usersof information systems academic difficulty in using it.

Abstract

Kantor Desa Purwosari Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Purworejo saat ini dalam pengelolaan aset desa yang ada masih menggunakan sistem yang manual yaitu menggunakan buku catatan dan akan direkap kembali untuk membuat laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengelolaan aset desa. Untuk itu penulis membuat Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Aset Desa Berbasis Web pada Kantor Desa Purwosari Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Purworejo sebagai sarana untuk mengelola aset. Sistem Informasi ini dirancang menggunakan aliran dokumen, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) serta menggunakan PHP sebagai server web dan Mysql sebagai basis data. Abstract

With the status of the new administrative area there are still not many basic infrastructure supporting the community. These basic facilities such as health facilities, educational facilities, population service facilities and others. The facilities most needed by the community are health facilities. From the data of the Kediri district health office in 2016 the health facilities in the district of Badas, such as puskesmas, polindes and posyandu. While health personnel are general practitioners, there are 1 person, 1 dentist, 5 nurses, 1 pharmacy staff, 1 nutritionist and 1 health analyst. By using the Georgrafis Information System (GIS) approach to determine the spatial distribution of maternal and child health in Badas Subdistrict, Kediri Regency, carried out an analysis to create an information system for mapping maternal and child health. GIS describes spatial distribution of maternal and child health, the characteristics of regions prone to spatial maternal and child health and information for mapping maternal and child health. This system can be used as a means to obtain the latest sources of information, namely mapping of maternal and child health and regular information on the development and advancement of technology-based maternal and child health and as input for information to be taken into consideration in making policies related to budget allocation, recruitment and placement of resources Human (HR), especially in the health sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh corporate social responsibility disclosure terhadap cost of equity capital dengan accounting informativeness dan good corporate governance sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Dalam penelitian ini corporate social responsibility diukur dengan menggunakan indeks GRI-G4, cost of equity capital diproksikan dengan capital aset pricing model (CAPM), accounting informativeness diproksikan dengan book value of equity dan good corporate governance diproksikan dengan Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI). Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan mengikuti kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh the indonesian institute for corporate governance (IICG). Teknik sampling yang digunakan menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 9 perusahaan. Teknik analisis menggunakan moderated regresion analysis (MRA) dengan SPSS versi 22. Tingkat signifikansi yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah 5%. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini pada hipotesis pertama membuktikan bahwa variabel corporate social responsibility disclosure tidak berpengaruh terhadap cost of equity capital. Dengan demikian, H1 ditolak, pengujian hipotesis kedua membuktikan bahwa accounting informativeness bukan sebagai variabel moderasi, dengan demikian H2 ditolak. Pengujian hipotesis ketiga membuktikan bahwa good corporate governance bukan merupakan variabel moderasi atau H3 ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian nilai R2 hanya 0,2%.

Abstract

The 3D modeling with scanning and Photogrametry technique become new trendsetter for historical object reconstruction process, however there are many researcher who not use this 3D’s digital modeling tehnique. Polygonal Modeling is digital modeling technique which suitable for make 3D’s model from non organic object like a building. Cetho Temple is the historical building who use 2D picture as the documentations result, so produce the 3D model for Cetho temple can be use as new alternative for introduce the object for common peoples. The purposes of 3D’s reconstruction is make 3D’s product whose similiar with the original object. Modeling use Polygonal Modeling technique with files textures is better than procedural textures technique who produce 3D models for temple cetho on 87,35% from common peoples and 77,67% from expert medias. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh environmental concern dan green brand knowledge terhadap green purchase intention dengan attitude toward green produk sebagai variabel intervening pada produk pantyliner avail pada mahasiswi STIE Putra Bangsa Kebumen dengan usia minimal 18 tahun. Total 100 kuesioner dibagikan kepada pada mahasiswi STIE Putra Bangsa Kebumen. Metode statistika yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji hipotesis, uji analisis korelasi, dan analisis jalur dengan program SPSS 24 for windows, Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa environmental concern dan green brand knowledge tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap green purchase intention. Selain itu, dengan uji Sobel hasil keseluruhan telah mengkonfirmasi bahwa attitude toward green produk memiliki pengaruh penuh sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap green purchase intention

Abstract

This research is to develop a theoritical model about performance and to do an empirical test to know the influence of soft TQM toward performance with Hard TQM as moderating by empirical test in medium hotel service company in Purwokerto. The research subject is CEO. The research population is 115 melati hotel service companies in Purwokerto. The research sample is 90 melati hotel service companies determined by SPSS for windows with Moderating Regresion Analysis. The conclution of the research are: Soft TQM ( includes Leadership, Customer focus, People Management) and Hard TQM have a positive influence in improving the performance of the company so the management of hotel service needs to consider policies related to soft and hard TQM. Hard TQM moderate the soft TQM on the performance of the company so that the management needs to considers policies related to the hard TQM effort that can be done to support procees management, planning, and information system. The implication of the research are: This study theoritically based and support the Malcolm Baldrige model of the soft and hard TQM and company performance. Specifically the result of this research may help to the hospitality business to always do quality repairs with a TQM.. Limitation of this study include: the number of companies involved in this research is still considered small. Researchers use only the perception of corporate leaders in answering the questionaire. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of reliability,responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible to service user loyalty Sawunggalih Train BusinessClass at Purworejo with satisfaction as an intervening variable. Analysis tool used is the path analysis. With the F test for equation 1, we know that in unison reliability, responsiveness, assurance,emphaty and tangible significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The F test for equation 2, in unisonreliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, tangible and satisfaction have a significant effect onconsumer loyalty Sawunggalih Train Business Class. Through this study is known too that the reliability,assurance, emphaty no significant effect on satisfaction. Then responsiveness and tangible, positive andsignificant impact on satisfaction. Reliability and tangible does not have a significant effect on consumerloyalty. The responsiveness has negative significant effect on loyalty. While assurance, satisfaction andemphaty proved a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Based on the results of impact analysis of direct and indirect, the indirect path tangible andsignificant positive impact on customer loyalty through satisfaction with the regression coefficient or thehighest effect and has a strong correlation. So is most appropriate path is selected than any other point inan effort to increase consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Analysis of Satisfaction Level Implementation Education Information System (Dapodikmen) Approach Using End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction (user) System informasii education in the region Dindikbudpora Purworejo and as a graduation requirement Strata Two (S2) in MTI STMIK AMIKOM Yogyakarta. That discussion is not wide of the problem studied, the authors restrict this study as follows: Just researching Dapodikmen in Purworejo district, just researching applications or dapodikmen Education Information System and did not examine the network infrastructures and the hardware used. Only use one method penlitian that End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). The study was conducted on 43 people as respondent. Collecting data through questionnaires using simple random sampling .. The results showed that the level of user satisfaction at the adoption of Information Systems Education (Dapodikmen) of 5 variables studied, four variables: content, format, easy of use and the timeline stated satisfied. with the average value of each variable as follows, the highest average value is the variable content with a value of 3.39, the 2nd is the easy of use with variable grades 3 to 3.37 which is variable with a value of 3.35 format, the 4th time line is variable with a value of 3.28. and 1 variable is declared not satisfied that the variable accuracy with a value of 3.33. As for how to determine the level of satisfaction by comparing the expected value and the value true, if the expected value is greater than the value of the fact it is declared not satisfied and if the expected value is less than the value true then declared satisfied The level of user satisfaction at the adoption of Information Systems Education or Dapodikmen in the Dindikbudpora Purworejo and measured using user satisfaction (EUCS) at the level to settle for the 4 variables are variables: content, format, easy of use, timeline and 1-level variables are not satisfied that the variable accuracy.
