Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate Current Ratio,Firm Size,and Deviden payout ratio, and to Price Earnings Ratio. This study focused on property and real estatelisted in Bursa Efek Indonesia for period 2012-2016.The method of data collecting was done by conducting documentation secondary data using the financial statement of property and real estatecompanies at BEI and other seconder data. The method of analyses which used weremultiple linier regression analyses. The instrument statistik which used was SPSS. The result of this study showed that Current Ratio (CR) has unsignificant (0,867). Firm Size hasunsignificant (0,178) effect to Price Earnings Ratio. Deviden payout ratiohas significant (0,000) effect to Price Earnings Ratio. The simultaneous testing showed that Current Ratio, Firm Size,and Deviden payout ratiowere influenced to Price Earnings Ratio with count F value (5,64) and significant (0,002). The adjusted R2 was 0169, that showed the influence of Current Ratio, Firm Size, and Deviden payout ratioto Price Earnings Ratio value at 16,9 %

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat PT. Citra Tumbuh Lestari yang beralamat di Petojo Selatan I No. 40 Jakarta Pusat berkaitan dengan kepatuhan perusahaan dalam peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku atas koreksi fiskal pada laporan keuangan komersial tahun 2013 beserta koreksi fiskal yang dijabarkan Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif; bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan data atau kejadian dengan kalimat-kalimat penjelasan. Data diperoleh dengan cara melakukan kegiatan pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan metode analisis deskriptif komparatif. Kesimpulan dari analisis data berdasarkan hasil penelitian Laporan Keuangan Komersial PT Citra Tumbuh Lestari terdapat koreksi fiskal positif dimana terdapat beberapa akun biaya yang menurut Standar Akuntansi Keuangan diakui, namun menurut Akuntansi Perpajakan tidak boleh diakui sebagai biaya. Berdasarkan perhitungan maka total koreksi positif sebesar Rp 340.884.894 dan koreksi fiskal negatif sebesar Rp 38.543.829. Sebagai akibat terjadi koreksi fiskal tersebut maka terjadi kenaikan laba komersial dari Rp 2.645.998.935,- menjadi Rp 2.948.340.000,- atau kenaikan laba sebesar 11,42% sesuai dengan koreksi fiskal berdasarkan peraturan Undang-Undang Perpajakan. Kata Kunci : Koreksi Fiskal, Laporan Keuangan Komersial

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan work life balance terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga jenis variabel, yaitu variabel bebas yang meliputi motivasi intrinsik dan work life balance. Variabel terikat meliputi organizational citizenship behavior dan variabel intervening yaitu komitmen organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berkeja pada instansi swasta di Kabupaten Kebumen berjumlah 135 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrument validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis korelasi, analisis jalur, dan sobel test. Alat bantu pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi intrinsik tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Motivasi intrinsik tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Komitmen organisasi tidak dapat memediasi antara motivasi intrinsik terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi antara work life balance terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan lingkungan kerja yang ideal untuk mendorong perilaku OCB karyawan di tempat kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to know: 1) The influence of job satisfaction toward the teachers’ motivations in SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo, 2) The influence of job discipline toward the teachers’ motivation in SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo, 3) The influence of job satisfaction toward the teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo, 4) The influence of job discipline toward the teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo, 5) The influence of motivation toward the teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo The data are collected from 60 respondens by using random sampling method. They are analyzed through the research instruments such as a product moment test and the reliability test by using a Cronbach Alpha tecnique; hypothesis test uses a path regression analysis. The research result shows that: 1) there is an influence of job satisfaction toward the teachers’ motivation in SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo (hypothesis proved) , 2) there is an influence of job discipline toward the teachers’ motivation in SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo (hypothesis proved), 3) there is an influence of job satisfaction toward the teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo (hypothesis proved), 4) there is an influence of job discipline toward the teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo (hypothesis proved), 5) there is an influence of motivation toward the teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 2 Purworejo (hypothesis proved). The path regression analysis shows that: 1) motivation is proved as intervening variable, but direct effect is the influence job satisfaction toward the performance more dominant than indirect effect is the influence job satisfaction toward the performance pass through motivation, 2) motivation is proved as intervening variable, but direct effect is the influence job discipline toward the performance more dominant than indirect effect is the influence job discipline toward the performance pass through motivation. Abstract

Clinical pathway is a multidisciplinary process that focuses on patient care to produce the best results that havebeen determined. The implementation of clinical pathways ensures that no important aspects of service are forgotten.During the implementation of clinical pathway for cataract disease (non complicated), the management of RSU IslamHarapan Anda need to carry out the evaluation of patient examination conducted by doctors and medical personnelaccording to the clinical pathway. Evaluation results are required at medical committee meetings, as strategicinformation for decision making. Evalution of patient examination that runs still by looking and counting one by oneexamination data that exist in each file of cataract patient to be matched based on clinical pathway, so it takes a longtime and not efficient. Development of models from systems that can provide evaluation results faster, and more precisebased on clinical pathway for cataract patients (non complicated), is needed to help provide information with better speedand quality. Data analyzed and used include medical service data, service class data, pricing group data, patient data,employee data, room data, bed data, service unit data, visitation data, and unit visit data. The system receives medicaldata service input, service unit data, and employee data as checking / visitation data of each service unit performing theexamination, then calculates the inspection status to obtain an inspection evaluation score of each examined patient.System generate patient examination evaluation value as physician performance score, which will be reported tomanagement. Implementation of the system shows that the results of physician performance evaluation in accordancewith the number of inspection actions performed by clinical pathway. The result of validity test shows that all questionitems have r-count value greater than r-table, so it can be said valid. The result of usability test show that the system hasusability test value of 82.51%, and has the predicate "Very Good".

Abstract

The system of information needed by the government agencies to process data becomes information, so that the various parties to make a good. Management of the data PMKS still conducted in manual namely using Microsoft Excel 2007. It can inhibit and complicated in search of the data, it also need a long time. Based on the description of the author did use a technique observations, collecting data in the form of an interview and study pustaka. The writer designimg a system data management PMKS using Microsoft Access 2007 because this program is easy to learn. To design of the system management of the data PMKS can simplify the increase, remove and scored the data PMKS. Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh variable Islamic work ethic, spiritualitas Islam dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak 57 staf Lazismu Kabupaten Kebumen dengan status tetap sebagai responden yang diambil dengan meggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 57 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Data yang sudah terkumpul diolah dengan bantuan alat statistik SPPS for windows seri 24.0, kemudian di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islamic Work Ethic memiliki peran yang cukup tinggi dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan. Spiritualitas Islam berengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja tetapi tidak terhadap komitmen karyawan.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang luar biasa terhadap berbagai sektor, khususnya sektor perekonomian, perusahan properti juga merasakan dampak dari wabah Covid-19, dalam penelitian ini melihat sejauh mana pemanfaatan E-Marketinguntuk keberlangsungan perusahan Propreti di pandemiCovid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi e-marketing melalui marketplace yang dilakukan oleh para pengusaha properti sudah sesuai prosedur selain itu e-marketing memberikan dampak positif ditengah pandemi Covid-19 pada ketahanan ekonomi perusahaan di Kota Pekalongan dengan tetap melakukan proses produksi namun tetap mematuhi aturan Social Distancing dimana Penggunaan e-marketing melalui marketplace dianggap perlu untuk diterapkan apalagi di tengah Pandemi Covid-19sehingga kegiatan usaha tetap berjalan dan menghasilkan nilai ekonomi.

Abstract

The Quality of a college is influenced by students’ satisfaction. The increasing of students’ satisfaction playsan important role in improving the quality of a College. Because students are the key for college to get the profit and tosurvive. The Quality of College or organization is determined on how students views the organization, therefore oneorganization has to understand what the students desire for current and future by satisfying students’ desire and moreoveran organization should exceed their expectation. The quality improvement is the key to success, because satisfaction is afunction of performance and expectations. If performance is below expectations, the customer is not satisfied. But if theperformance meets expectations, the customer is satisfied. Today many universities focusing on high satisfaction because when students only get satisfaction they will easilychange their mind to get the better offer. They who are very satisfied will be a tough one to change their mind. Highsatisfaction creates an emotional attachment to the brand, not just a rational preference. The population of the research are students of Polytechnic Sawunggalih Aji. The population consists of Threedifferent programs namely Accounting, Information Technology and Business Administration in April 2015 amounted to393 students. Samples taken are 80 Polytechnic Sawunggalih Aji’s students. From the research result the level of student satisfaction on the quality indicators in the Customer Satisfactioncategory are satisfied. It is shown from the majority of students are satisfied as much as 33.78. The level of studentsatisfaction at Tangibles indicators are in the category satisfied. It is shown from the majority of students are satisfied.Tangibles variable regression coefficient (X1) of 0.121. The level of student satisfaction on Reliability indicators are inthe category satisfied. It is shown from the majority of satisfied students’ regression coefficient Reliability (X2) is 0,139. The level of student satisfaction at Responsiveness indicators are in the category satisfied. It is shown from themajority of students are satisfied. The regression coefficient variable Responsiveness (X3) at 0, 275. The level of student satisfaction on Assurance indicators are in the category satisfied. It is shown from themajority of students are satisfied. Assurance variable regression coefficient (X4) of 0.304. The level of student satisfactionat Empathy indicators are in the category satisfied. It is shown from the majority of students are satisfied as variableregression coefficient Empathy (X5) of 0,071.
