Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to increase the pH of peat soil by giving mangrove fruit POC on peat soil. This research starts from May 31 to August 24 2018, The research was carried out in the great road VII block Y. The method used in the Completely Randomized Design consisted of 5 treatments, 5 replications and each replication there were 4 plant samples. The treatment was as follows: (P1) 5 ml / water, (p2) 10 ml / water, (p3) 15 ml / water, (p4) 20 ml / water and (p5) 25 ml / water. The variables observed in this study were root volume (cm3), Total Leaf Area (cm2) dry weight (g), leaf chlorophyll (sped unit), plant height (cm), number of fresh fruit (g) and weight of planting fruit (g ). The results showed that the administration of mangrove POC with a concentration of 15ml / liter of water showed the best growth and yield of okra on peat soil. Keywords:POC, peat soil, okra

Abstract

ABSTRACTColletotrichum musae (Berk. and Curt.) Arx. is a pathogen that causes anthracnose on bananas. Biocontrol agents is one of the alternatives to reduce negative impact of pesticide. This study aims to explore the phylosphere bacteria in bananas which are potential as antagonists to C. musae. The study was carried out at the Laboratory of Plant Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tangjungpura Pontianak from November 2017 to April 2018. The bacterial isolates obtained were tested for antagonistic potential against C. musae by dual culture, conidial viability test C. musae and ability to lyse the hyphae. Hypersensitivity testing of bacterial isolates which have the potential as biological agents carried out on tobacco plants. The results of isolation of phylosphere bacteria obtained 16 bacterial isolates. Based on the testing, 3 isolates NPOB1, BPNB1 and BPNB3 have great potential as a antagonists to C. musae. According to antagonistic test, bacterial isolates had an inhibition between 51,84%-65,18%. The inhibition of conidia germination was 4,85%-39,4%. The ability of chitinolytic enzymes produced was 12,43%-31%. Sixteen phylosphere bacteria isolates were not plant pathogenic based on HR tests on tobacco leaves. Abstract

This research was aimed to determine the best characteristic of vegetable ice cream from soy milk by purple sweet potatoes juice. The experiment was designed using Randomized Block Design (RBD). The combination between soy milk and the sweet potatoes purple (0:85% 12:85% ; 23:85% ; 34:85% ; 46:85%) was composed as facor each combination was replicated four times. The data analyzed statistically using Anova (5%) and Tukey Test (5%). The best treatment determined using effectiveness index. The combination of soy milk and purple sweet potatoes 12:74%. is the best result were produced of fat content 3,14%, total dissolved solids 16.90brix, protein content 2.59%. high-speed melting (728 second) overrun 47.4%, and hedonic value of aroma 4.64 (like), taste 4.32 (slightly like), color 4.6 (like), texture 4.48 (slightly like).

Abstract

Kesejahteraan sosial adalah kegiatan-kegiatan yang terorganisasi yang bertujuan untuk membantu individu atau masyarakat guna memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan dasarnya dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan selaras dengan kepentingan keluarga dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Palung Kabupaten Kayong Utara serta mengetahui hubungan karakteristik responden dengan Tingkat Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Palung Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei, sedangkan sampel penelitian diambil secara simple random sampling. Untuk menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan digunakan dengan kriteria BPS yaitu tingkat kesejahteraan tinggi, tingkat kesejahteraan sedang, tingkat kesejahteraan rendah. Hubungan antara karakteristik responden dengan tingkat kesejahteraan di uji dengan korelasi rank spearman. Hasil analisis tingkat kesejahteraan dari 75 kepala keluarga sampel berdasarkan kriteria BPS yaitu tingkat kesejahteraan rendah sebanyak 49%, tingkat kesejahteraan sedang sebanyak 44%, tingkat kesejahteraan tinggi hanya 7%. Ada hubungan antara karakteristik responden dengan tingkat kesejahteraan.Kata Kunci : Kesejahteraan, Kawasan Taman Nasional.

Abstract

Characterization of Steadfast Black Rice is an observation process that aims to find out and find characters. The purpose of this study was to determine morphological and agronomic characteristics of Tabah black rice rice mutants that had been radiation with Cobalt-60 300 Gray. This research was carried out in the rice field of the Main Seedling Center. Sui snapper. Abstract

Indonesia sangat kaya dengan jenis dan varietas tanaman hortikultura, salah satunya yaitu tanaman anggrek. Anggrek berpotensi baik untuk dikembangkan, akan tetapi perkembangan produksi anggrek di Kalimantan Barat masih relatif rendah. Tanaman anggrek memerlukan waktu lama untuk memproduksi bunga dari hasil silangan, maka perlu adanya pemberian pupuk sebagai penyedia hara untuk pertumbuhan, perkembangan dan pembungaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan konsentrasi pupukdaun yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan tanaman anggrek Dendrobium sp pada fase remaja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak, dengan lama penelitian 3 bulan. Dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 September 2017 sampai 12 Desember 2017.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksprimen Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri satu faktor yaitu pupuk daun dengan 5 taraf konsentrasi dan 5 ulangan. Setiap ulangan terdiri dari 3 tanaman sampel, sehingga jumlah total keseluruhan populasi adalah 75 tanaman. Variabel pengamatan meliputi pertambahan panjang daun, pertambahan lebar daun, pertambahan jumlah anakan dan pengamatan lingkungan. Pemberian konsentrasi pupuk Hyponex Hijau pada semua variabel pengamatan tanaman anggrek Dendrobium sp menunjukan respon yang sama dengan pemberian konsentrasi 1-3 g/l sehingga tidak terdapat konsentrasi terbaik, namun 1 g/l merupakan konsentrasi yang efektif.

Abstract

This experiment aims to analyze the influence the aplicationn of fly ash at peat on the growth and crop sweet corn production. The experiment was done on peat soil at district Southeastern Pontianak, from March - May 2018. Experimental design used was complete block design one factor of treatment waste coal (fly ash) with 5 treatment, p1 = 0.75 kg per plot, p2 = 4.9 kg per plot, p3 = 8.9 kg per plot, p4 = at kg per plot, p5 = 17,02 kg per plot. All treatment to replication 5 time, the result that there are 25 plot experiment.Variable examined were long plant, dry weight, corn weight husk, corn weight without husk, corn lenght, corn diameter, plant diameter and variable supporting is temperature, humidity and precipitaion. The results of the study showed that treatment was no significant effect in all statistical variabel observation.Key word : Fly ash, Peat soil, Sweet corn,

Abstract

The supply chain flow has a very important role, starting from the supply of raw materials to finished products. Therefore, this analysis conducted to measure and assess the implementation of the company's supply chain has been achieved. The aim of this study is to measure supply chain implementation. Supply chain implementation measurement is based on five core processes in the SCOR method. Then the weighting was done using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for each perspective, dimension, and KPI as well as scoring systems using OMAX and analysis with Traffic Light System. The results showed that the supply chain implementation categorized of green was amount 23 KPIs, yellow categories were 14 KPIs and red categories were 4 KPIs. Scoring results using the OMAX method obtained a total index value of 7,677. Based on the Traffic Light System, the index value is in the yellow category which shows the company’s implementation is close to the target set by the company. It is expected that the company can maintain good implementation indicators and can improve implementation indicators that near targets and poor implementation indicators, in order to be better in accordance with the company’s goals in the future.The supply chain flow has a very important role, starting from the supply of raw materials to finished products. Abstract

The proper concentration of fertilizers is needed to getting the optimal growing of orchid seeds. This study aims to determinate the best concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on the growth of Cattleya sp. after acclimatization. The reseach was conducted at the reseach house of Agriculture Faculty of Tanjungpura University, start from  October 28th, 2017 to  February 12nd, 2018.  This study used an experimental method with a Complete Randomized Design pattern (CRD). The treatment consists of 5 levels concentration of Bio Sugih liquid organic fertilizer that is: p1= 0,5 ml/l, p2= 1,0 ml/l, p3= 1,5 ml/l, p4= 2,0 ml/l  and p5= 2,5 ml/l with 5 replication consisting of 4 sample plants. Variables observed in this study is: increase in the amount of leaves (strands), increase of leaf length (cm), increase of leaf width (cm), increase in the amount of roots (strands),  increase of root length (cm) and amount of tillers per plant. The research results showed that aplication of liquid organic fertilizer at various concentration gave a good growth response on the length and width of Cattleya leaf after acclimatization. The effective concentration of liquid organic fertilizer for the growth of Cattleya sp. is 0,5 ml/l.

Abstract

INVENTARISASI JENIS TUMBUHAN DURIAN PADA  HUTAN KECAMATAN SEKADAU HILIR KABUPATEN SEKADAUYosef Kafaso1, Rahmidiyani2, Warganda3 1Budidaya; Universitas Tanjungpura2Budidaya; Universitas Tanjungpura3Budidaya; Universitas Tanjungpurae-mail: *1yosefkafaso94@gmail.com ABSTRACTThe aim of this research was to know the variety of Durio plant in Kecamatan Sekadau Hilir, Kabupaten Sekadau. This research was conducted in Seguri forest located at Desa Peniti, Entada forest in Desa Gonis Tekam and Munggu Betung forest in Desa Semabi for three months, started from December 2017 until March 2018, using survey method by exploring all of the Tembawang Seguri forest areas and Tembawang Entada forest. The sampling was done by purposive sampling. The criteria of the mature plants and plant that has been fruitful several times. Based on the result of the research in the field, there are six types of Durian, the six types of Durian are Durio zibethinus, Durio kutejensis, Durio oxleysnus, Durio lanceolatus, Durio lowianus and Durio excelcus. The type of Durio zibethinus Murr was the most widely plant found in Entada,Seguri  and Munggu Betung forest. Durio lanceolatus only found in Entada forest. Durio  lowianus was found in the Entada and Munggu Betung forest and Durio exelcus was found in Seguri and Munggu Betung forest. Generally, the place of Durian plant not really different in each species, based on the vegetation, the condition of environment. The difference was only in the height of the place and habitat, and even it was still in a condition that the durian plant wants to grow. There were no specific species found of Durian in the others location because the trees was cut down by the villagers because of the unpleasant taste of the fruit, the conversion of land functions such as agriculture, house building infrastructure and others, and lack of public awareness of biodiversity conservation.   Keywords: Durian, Durian’s habitat, Kabupaten Sekadau.
