Abstract

The formulation  in this study is how the influence ofjob  satisfaction,quality of work life and work achievement on teacher performance.  The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect ofjob  satisfaction, quality of work life and work achievement on teacher performance. This  research  is a  descriptive quantitative research.  Data  collection  techniques  are carried out through interviews,  lists of questions and documentation studies.  The sample in this study  was 67 teachers.   Variables are measured on a Likert scale.   Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis through F test and t test.Simultaneous   test   results  showed   that  job   satisfaction,   work  quality   and   work achievement  had a significant  effect on  teacher performance variables. In part,  job satisfaction has a positive and significant effecton teacher performance,  quality of work life has a positive and significant effecton teacher performance and work achievement has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The formulation of problem in this research is there is influence  leadership on employees performance. There is influence  controlling on employees performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) and Job Stress (X3) on Teacher Performance (Y) both partially and simultaneously at YPI Amir Hamzah High School Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach using a population and a sample of 48 teachers or respondents. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test partially show that Organizational Commitment with a significant value of 0.001, Job Satisfaction with a significant value of 0.027 and Job Stress with a significant value of 0.001 have a significant effect on teacher performance. In a simultaneous test, all independent variables have a significant effect on teacher performance, with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. It can be concluded that organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job stress have a significant effect on teacher performance at YPI Amir Hamzah High School Medan.

Abstract

Optimal performance on each employee will affect the company's activities where it is expected by the company that employees must always improve their performance for the benefit and benefit of the company. Many factors can determine the ups and downs of the performance of employees in each company. These factors include the things that influence motivation of employees, the existence of a comfortable work environment and training related to employee competence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and competence on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office. This study uses an associative approach, namely research conducted to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable. The results showed that partial motivation did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially competence have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously motivation, work environment and competence have a significant effect on performance. Obtained the results of the coefficient of determination is worth 0.825 or 82.5% meaning that around 82.5% of the performance variable can be explained by the motivation variable, work environment and competence. Or it can be said that the contribution of motivation, work environment and competence to employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office is 82.5%. The remaining 17.5% is influenced by variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The effectiveness of work needs to be considered because it has a great effect on the interests of the organization. Effectiveness means that a pre-planned goal can be achieved or in other words the goal achieved due to the activity process. Effectiveness can also be viewed so that the implementation of administration more achieves the results as planned, achieves the goals to be achieved and more successfully useful or appropriate. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of work conflicts, individual characteristics, and work disciplines on the effectiveness of employee work in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of North Sumatra Province.  This study uses an associative approach, which is research conducted to find out the influence or relationship between free variables and bound variables. The results showed that partial work conflicts had a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Partially, individual characteristics have a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Partially discipline has a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Simultaneously the influence of work conflicts, individual characteristics, and work disciplines has a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The population in this study were all employees in each division numbering 187 people with the samples taken just 65 people, the determination of sample collection using random sampling. Instrument or data collection techniques in this study using a multiple choice test that has been in tingakat its validity and reliability. test the classical assumption of normality test, multikolienaritas and heterokedesitas and hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test. Validity of test results obtained rhitung rtabel for each item reliability test questions and questionnaires obtained a Cronbach alpha of each variable is 0,822 for the variable X1, 0,864 for the variable X2 and 0.859 for the variable X3 to 0.922 for the variable Y. This value is greater than the level that is significantly r-tabel 0.361. The data analysis of each variable regression equation Y = 15,086 + 0,400X1 + 0,326X2 + 0,936X3 + e. Retrieved R2 of 0.517, which means the X1,X2 and X3 explain the effect on variable Y by 51.7% while the remaining 48.3% is explained by other variables outside the research. The resulting partial test each independent variables affect the dependent variable with research significance less than 0.05, and the results of the test-simultaneous calculation of 10.707 with a 3.150 Ftabel which means Fhitung F table with a level of significant (α) 0,000 0, 05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted that Leadership, Organizational Culture and Motivation on Employee Performance at Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
