Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Commitment to Teacher Performance in SMA Persiapan for Stabat Langkat Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population and sample of this study were all teachers at the foundation, amounting to 37 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection techniques used were direct interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study are partially the Emotional Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (2,432 2.04,), Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (3,712 2 , 04) and Commitment Variables have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (3.830 2.04). Simultaneously the variables of Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with Fcount Ftable, (12,201 2.87). R2 (RSquare) value of 0.540, which means that the variable Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance in SMA Persiapan for Stabat Langkat Regency by 55.60%, and the remaining 44.40% again, influenced by factors other factors not examined.

Abstract

Problem of this study how influence of leadership on performance. How influence of    organization culture on performance. How influence of  job dicipline on  performance. How influence leadership,    organization culture and  job dicipline on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of  leadership on   performance. Abstract

The problem in this research is: how the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Binjai Pratama Tax Office. How does the role of leadership influence employee performance, how does motivation influence employee performance, how does job satisfaction affect employee performance, how does organizational commitment influence, role leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Binjai Pratama Tax Office. The hypothesis proposed is: Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the role of leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment, leadership role, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Binjai Pratama Tax Office .. ". The study was conducted at the Binjai Pratama Tax Office. Jambi Road No. 1 Rambung Barat Binjai City North Sumatra, 20722, with a sample of 82 people. Based on the analysis results obtained there is a significant effect between work ability on employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (2.966 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance, the results of t analysis t-table (3.220 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between organizational climate on employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (1.984 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between loyalty on employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of tcount t-table (8,893 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. F-count value F table (87,303 2.46) with dk numerator 4 and dk denominator 91 together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence of work ability, organizational culture, organizational climate and loyalty to the performance of employees of the West Medan Pratama Tax Office. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of: (1) Style leadership Motivation influential work in “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch office ; (2) Provision of job satisfaction influence the motivation to work in “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch office; (3) Style leadership Attainment of an effect on employees performance at “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch office; (4) Provision of Jab Satisfactioneffect the employees performance at “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch office; (5) Motivation of Achievement affect the employees performance at “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch Office. In connection with the research objectives, the population of this study is an employee / employees of “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch office. Total population employee / employees who actively work in “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch  Officeis 47 people. Data analysis method withpath analysis. The results showed that: (1) Style leadership positive and significant impact on work motivation in “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch officeof 0.384 or 38,4%; (2) Provision of Jab Satisfactionpositive and significant impact on work motivation in “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch officeof 0.584 or 58.4%; (3) Style leadership positive and significant impact on the employees performancein “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch office of 0.235 or 23.5%; (4) Provision of Jab Satisfaction positive and significant impact on the employees performancein “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch officeof 0.151 or 15.1%; (5) work motivation is positive and significant effect on the achievement of employees performancein “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch office of 0.569 or 56.9%.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is: Do discipline, job satisfaction and motivation affect the work productivity of employees at Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tanjungbalai. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and motivation on employee productivity. With total sampling technique, the sample in this study was 36 people. The results showed; Discipline partially has a positive effect  on employee  work  productivity;  Job satisfaction  partially  has a positive effect on employee work productivity; Motivation partially has a positive effect on employee work productivity; Discipline, job satisfaction and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how the effect of emotional intelligence level, job satisfaction and organizational culture partially or simultaneously toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Staff Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence level, job satisfaction and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Staff Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai either partially or simultaneously.The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive data analysis  and then analyzed by using multiple linier regression. The variables in this research are the  emotional intelligence level, job satisfaction and organizational culture as independent variables and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as dependent variable. The sample used in this research is 30 people. The results showed partially variable emotional intelligence level have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), variable of job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and variable of organizational culture have  a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Simultaneously variables emotional inteligence level, job satisfaction and organizational culture have an effect on on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) equel 11,176 and significance value 0,000. The value of R Square is 0,563. This shows that 56,3% organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)  of Staff Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai can be explained by the variables level emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and organizational culture, while the rest 43,7% not done research. Keywords : Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, OCB

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the development progress towards teachers in the Medan Aviation Management Vocational School. To determine the effect of competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Flight Management Medan. To find out career development and competence on teacher performance in SMK Flight Management Medan. The population is all teachers obtained by 41 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. The research results obtained from positive and significant career development on teacher performance. Positive competence does not significantly influence teacher performance. Improved teacher performance significantly and significantly to teacher performance.

Abstract

Problem of this study how influence of job attitude on performance. How influence of job environment on performance. How influence of  job motivation on  performance. How influence job attitude,  job environment and  job motivation on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of  job attitude on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of   job environment on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  job motivation on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  job attitude,  job environment and  job motivation on   performance.  Sample in the study is 52 employees. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate job attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on performance.  Job environment variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.  Job motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job attitude,  job environment and  job motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.

Abstract

The formulation in this research is how the influence of education, training and experience teaching teachers to the professionalism of teachers in elementary School (SD) Negeri 050662 Peace District of Stabat District, Langkat, and the purpose of this research is to Know and analyze the influence of education, training and experience teaching teachers to the professionalism of teachers in elementary School (SD) Negeri 050662 District Peace Stabat District Langkat. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, questionaire questions and documentation studies. Sample in this study as many as 30 teachers in elementary School (SD) Negeri 050662 District Peace Stabat District Langkat. Variables are measured at Likert scale.  Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analyses through F-test and T-Test. The results of the test in unison showed that the education, training and teaching experience have significant effect on the professionalism of primary school teachers (SD) of the 050662 District peace Stabat with the value of coefficient of determination of 0.554 or 55.4%. In partial, education has a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of elementary school teachers (SD) of state 050662 peace of Stabat subdistrict with a regression coefficient value of 0330 or 33.0%. The training has a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of primary school teacher (SD) Negeri 050662 District Peace Stabat with a regression coefficient value of 0355 or 35.5%. The teaching experience has a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of primary school teacher (SD) Negeri 050662 District Peace Stabat with a regression coefficient value of 0365 or 36.5%. The highest value of a regression coefficient is a teaching experience of 0365 or 36.5%.

Abstract

The problems in this research are: How the influence of work ethic on employee performance at the Medan Polonia Tax Service Office, How the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, How does the influence of work attitudes on employee performance, How does work motivation influence employee performance, How does work ethic influence, job satisfaction, work attitude and work motivation on employee performance at the Medan Polonia Primary Tax Service Office. The hypothesis proposed is: Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan Polonia Tax Service Office, Job satisfaction has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work attitude has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ethic, job satisfaction, work attitude and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan Polonia Tax Office. The study was conducted at the Medan Polonia Tax Office. Jalan Sukamulia No. 17-A, Medan-20151 with 92 research samples. Based on the analysis results obtained value of work ethic t = 2,900, while t-table with dk 92 (Appendix) of 1.66, then t count t-table thus partially there is a significant influence between work ethic on employee performance. Value of t Job satisfaction = 1.838, while t-table with dk 92 (Appendix) of 1.66, then t count t table thus partially there is a significant influence between Job satisfaction on employee performance, Value of t Attitude of work = 1,785, while t-table with dk 92 (Appendix) of 1.66, then t count t table thus partially there is a significant influence between work attitude on employee performance, t value of work motivation = 2.164, while t-table with dk 92 (Attachment ) equal to 1.66 then t arithmetic t table thus partially there is a significant influence between work motives on employee performance, F-calculated value of 110.718 while the value of F-table (Appendix) with the numerator dk 4 and the denominator 87 is equal to 2.48 where F-count F table (110.718 2.48) it can be stated that together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence on work ethics, job satisfaction, work attitude and motivation on employee performance wai
