Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) and Job Stress (X3) on Teacher Performance (Y) both partially and simultaneously at YPI Amir Hamzah High School Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach using a population and a sample of 48 teachers or respondents. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test partially show that Organizational Commitment with a significant value of 0.001, Job Satisfaction with a significant value of 0.027 and Job Stress with a significant value of 0.001 have a significant effect on teacher performance. In a simultaneous test, all independent variables have a significant effect on teacher performance, with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. It can be concluded that organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job stress have a significant effect on teacher performance at YPI Amir Hamzah High School Medan.

Abstract

The formulation in this research is whether school culture, teaching facilities, motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of teachers in the elementary School (SD) of cluster state I Se-District Stabat, Langkat District, and the purpose of this research is to know and analyze whether school culture, teaching facilities, motivation and work satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of teachers in the elementary School (SD) state cluster I Se-District Stabat, Langkat District. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, questionaire questions and documentation studies. Sample in this study as many as 76 teachers at elementary School (SD) Negeri cluster I Se-District Stabat district of Langkat. Variables are measured at Likert scale.  Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analyses through F-test and T-Test. The results of the test in unison showed that the variables of the school culture, work facilities and motivation and job satisfaction as a free variable (X) have significant effect on the teachers ' performance variables of the state elementary School cluster I Se-District Stabat District, Langkat. Partially, the school culture has no effect on the state teachers ' performance of cluster I Se-District Stabat, Langkat District. Furthermore, the work facility has a positive and significant effect on the state elementary school teachers cluster I Se-district Stabat in Langkat District. The motivation has positive and significant impact on the state elementary school teachers cluster I Se-district Stabat in Langkat District.  Job satisfaction positively and significantly affect the teacher's performance of State Elementary school cluster I Se-District Stabat Langkat District

Abstract

The problem in this research is: Does the self-efficacy, leadership, motivation and work facilities partially and simultaneously affect the performance of Pekanbaru Senapelan Primary Service Office employees? Research Objectives: To find out whether self-efficacy, leadership, motivation and work facilities partially and simultaneously simultaneously affect the performance of Pekanbaru Senapelan Tax Office. The hypothesis proposed is: There is an effect of self-efficacy, leadership, motivation and work facilities partially and jointly on the performance of Pekanbaru Primary Tax Service Office Senapelan Research conducted at the Pekanbaru Primary Tax Office Senapelan Jalan Sudirman Number 247 Simpang Empat Pekanbaru , with a population of 110 people, and a sample of 86 people.Based on the analysis results obtained there is a significant effect between self-efficacy on the performance of the Pelanbaru Senapelan Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (3.159 1.67) at n = 93 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between leadership on the performance of Pelanbaru Senapelan Tax Office employees, the results of t-analysis t-table (2,439 1.67) at n = 93 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work motivation towards the performance of the Pelanbaru Senapelan Primary Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (1.762 1.67) at n = 58 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work facilities on the performance of the employees of the Senapelan Pelanbaru Tax Office, because according to the analysis of tcount t-table (3.897 1.67) at n = 93 with a significance level of 95%. F-count value F table (178.340 2.46) together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy, leadership, motivation and work facilities on the performance of employees of the Pelanbaru Senapelan Tax Office. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted

Abstract

Optimal performance on each employee will affect the company's activities where it is expected by the company that employees must always improve their performance for the benefit and benefit of the company. Many factors can determine the ups and downs of the performance of employees in each company. These factors include the things that influence motivation of employees, the existence of a comfortable work environment and training related to employee competence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and competence on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office. This study uses an associative approach, namely research conducted to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable. The results showed that partial motivation did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially competence have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously motivation, work environment and competence have a significant effect on performance. Obtained the results of the coefficient of determination is worth 0.825 or 82.5% meaning that around 82.5% of the performance variable can be explained by the motivation variable, work environment and competence. Or it can be said that the contribution of motivation, work environment and competence to employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu Branch Office is 82.5%. The remaining 17.5% is influenced by variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem of this research is how the organizational commitment influence on employee performance, how to influence individual characteristics on employee performance, how emotional intelligence affects employee performance and how Influence of organizational commitment, individual characteristics and simultaneous emotional intelligence to employees ' performance at the Medan Oil Palm Research Center (PPKS).The population in this study was all the employees of Medan's Palm Research Center (PPKS) amounting to 37 people who were also samples. Data collection techniques using interviews and polls (questionnaires). Data analysis methods using SPSS version 22.  The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the organizational commitment to employee performance at the Medan Oil Palm Research Centre (PPKS), there was a positive and significant influence between individual characteristics of performance Employees at the Medan Oil Palm Research Center (PPKS), there are further positive and significant influences between the emotional intelligence of employees ' performance at the Medan Oil Palm Research Centre (PPKS), and there is a positive and significant influence Between organizational commitments, individual characteristics and emotional intelligence to employees ' performance at the Medan Oil Palm Research Center (PPKS).Keywords  : Organizational Commitments, Individual Characteristics, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Performance

Abstract

The  formulation  of  the  problem  in  this  research  is:  How  do  work  facilities, discipline   and   supervision   influence   the   employees   performance   at   Dinas Perikanan  Kota Tanjungbalai.  This study aims to determine  the effect of work facilities,   discipline   and  supervision   on  employee   performance.   With   total sampling technique, the sample in this study was 41 people. The results showed; Work  facilities   partially   have  a  positive   effect  on  employee   performance; Discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance; Partial supervision has a positive effect on employee performance; Work facilities, discipline and supervision have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is: how to influence the discipline on the teacher's performance, how the professional influence on the teacher's performance in elementary School (SD) Se – District Stabat Langkat District. How the teacher's characteristic influence on the teacher's performance in elementary School (SD) Se – Kecamatan Stabat, Langkat District, how to simultaneously influence the discipline, professionalism and characteristics of teachers on teachers ' performance in elementary School (SD) Se – District of Stabat, Langkat district. The results of the study were obtained that there was a significant influence on the discipline variable impact master performance with the value of Thitung This (4,708 1,995). Professionalism variable has a significant effect on Guru performance with the value of Thitung This (2,391 1,995), characteristic variables have significant effect on Guru performance with the value of Thitung This (3,988 1,995), discipline variables, Professionalism, the characteristics of positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in elementary School (SD) Se-Kecamatan Stabat District Langkat. Of 41.3%, while the remaining of 58.7% (100%-41.3%) Influenced by other factors not researched.

Abstract

Problem of this study how influence of emotional intellegence on performance. How influence of    job motivation on performance. How influence of  quality work of life on  performance. How influence emotional intellegence,    job motivation and  quality work of life on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of  emotional intellegence on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of   job motivation on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  quality work of life on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  emotional intellegence,  job motivation and  quality work of life on   performance.  Sample in the study is 34 employees. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate emotional intellegence variable has a positive and significant effect on performance.  job motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.  quality work of life variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Emotional intellegence,  job motivation and  quality work of life variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence jointly or partially between loyality, commitment and organizational culture to the performance of the Workers at the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau Regional Secretariat Of North Sumatera. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data. The population is the workers of the company. Sixty five workers become the sample of this research. Data analysis technique used is linear regression  which shows that from the three independent variables applied to the regression model (loyality, commitment and organizational culture). Loyality is significant for 0,073 which can be concluded that loyality not affects performance (hypothesis 1 rejected). Commitment has significant value 0,000 which can be concluded that commitment affects performance (hypothesis 2 accepted). Organizational culture variable has significant value 0,002 which means that organizational culture affects performance (hypothesis 3 accepted). Research results show that loyality, commitment and organizational culture all positively influence the performance of the workers. It can be proven using the result of regression statistic test with probability value 0,000 obtained which is lower than α (α=0,05). So, it can be said that loyality, commitment and organizational culture influence positively the performance of the workers. Thus, hypothesis 4 accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain how the influence of competence, motivation, work environment and work supervision on employee performance at the Medan Middle Tax Service Office. The research sample of 95 people. Based on the analysis results obtained there is a significant influence between competence on employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of tcount t-table (2.862 1.67) at n = 95 with a significance level of 95%., There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance, because the analysis results of tcount t-table (2.588 1.67) at n = 95 with a significance level of 95%, There is a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance, because according to the results of t-analysis t-table (2,046 1, 67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%, there is a significant influence between supervision on employee performance because according to the results of the analysis of t table t (1.794 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. count F table (109,995 2.48) with the numerator dk 4 and the number 90 denominator together (multiple) there is a positive and significant effect on competence, motivation, work environment, and supervision of the performance of employees of the Tax Office M adya Medan. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted.
