Abstract

Problem of this study how influence of competency on performance. How influence of   job culture on performance. How influence of job satisfaction on  performance. How influence competency,   job culture and job satisfaction on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of  competency on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  job culture on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  competency, job culture and job satisfaction on   performance.  Sample in the study is 34 employees. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate competency variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job culture variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Competency, job culture and job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.

Abstract

Harbolnas (National Online Shopping Day) is a day of celebration to encourage and educate the public about the convenience of online shopping. Online buying and selling sites have started to promote it in television media, and are competing to become the best online buying and selling forum site. The number of business people who market their products will give people the choice to buy it more easily, practically and economically by accessing the site. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the variables that most influence consumer purchasing decisions online(1), To find out and analyze trust variables that partially affect consumer purchasing decisions online(2), To find out and analyze trust that moderates all independent variables on consumer purchasing decisions online(3). The data collecting method is interview, questioner, and documentation. Abstract

 The  formulation  of  the  problem  in  this  research  is:  How  do  the  effects  of supervision, work environment, work facilities on the work performance at Dinas Pangan Dan Pertanian Kota Tanjungbalai. This study aims to determine the effect of supervision, work environment, work facilities on employee performance. With a non probability sampling technique, the sample in this study was 38 people. The results showed; Partial supervision has a positive effect on employee work performance  of 3,937; The work environment  partially has a positive effect on employee work performance  by 2,942; Work facilities partially have a positive effect on employee work performance of 3.507; Supervision, work environment and  work  facilities  simultaneously  have  a  positive  and  significant  effect  on employee work performance of 31.188.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: Does motivation, organizational commitment and teaching facilities partially and simultaneously affect the job satisfaction of teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational commitment and teaching facilities on teacher job satisfaction in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat. With the sampling technique in total sampling, the sample in this study was the entire population of 38 teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat, because the principal of SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Susu Kabupaten Langkat and researchers were not sampled. The results of this study indicate; motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction; organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction; facilities a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction; motivation, organizational commitment and facilities have a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction.

Abstract

The formulation of problem in this research is there is influence  leadership on employees performance. There is influence  controlling on employees performance. There is  work attitude on employees performance. There is influence of  leadership, controlling and  work attitude on employees performance. The purpose of this research is for know influence and analize of   leadership on employees performance. For know influence and analize  controlling on employees performance. Abstract

Problems in this research are: How does the influence of competence on the performance of employees of the Tread Tuan Tax Service Office, how does the influence of motivation on employee performance, how does the influence of work discipline on employee performance, how does the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, how does the influence of competence, motivation, work discipline and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of the Tread Tuan Primary Tax Service Office.The hypothesis proposed is: Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tread Tuan Tax Office employee. Motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence, motivation, work discipline and organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Sir". The research was conducted at the Pratama Tax Services Office of Jalan Tapen Tuan T.Ben Mahmud No. 26 Tapak Tuan-23718 Hilir Aceh Selatan with a research sample of 50 people. Based on the analysis results obtained Competency -t Value = 1,767, while t-table with dk 50 (Attachment) of 1,675 then t arithmetic ˃ t-table thus partially there is a significant influence between Competency on employee performance. Value of t Motivation = 3,213, while t-table with dk 50 (Attachment) is 1,675 then t arithmetic t table thus partially there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance. The value of t work discipline = 4.040 while the t-table with dk 50 (Appendix) of 1.675 then t arithmetic t table thus partially there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. The value of t organizational commitment = 4.631 while the t-table with dk 50 (Appendix) of 1.675 then t arithmetic t table thus partially there is a significant influence between organizational commitment to employee performance. The F-count value is 367,036 while the F-table value (Appendix) with the numerator dk 4 and the denominator dk 45 is 2.57 where the F-count F table (359,434 2.57) then it can be mentioned that together ( multiple) there is a positive and significant influence Competency, discipline motivation and organizational commitment, on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis 5 submitted accepted the truth.

Abstract

The problem in this research is: How does the influence of loyalty on employee performance at the East Medan Pratama Tax Service Office. How does the effect of work ability on employee performance, How does the influence of employee maturity on employee performance, How does the influence of work discipline on employee performance, How does the influence of loyalty, work ability, employee maturity and work discipline on employee performance at the East Medan Pratama Tax Service Office. The hypothesis proposed is: Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Maturity of employees has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Loyalty, work ability, maturity employees and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the East Medan Tax Service Office. The study was conducted at the East Medan Pratama Tax Office. Jalan Sukamulia No. 17-A, Medan-2015, and the study sample of 86 people.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is: How is the influence of organizational commitment, work environment and job satisfaction on employee turnover  intentions  at Dinas  Perikanan  Kota  Tanjungbalai.  This  study  aims  to determine  the effect of organizational  commitment,  work environment  and job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions. With total sampling technique, the sample   in  this  study   was  41  people.   The  results   showed;   Organizational commitment  partially  has a positive  effect on employee  turnover  intentions   of 3.882;  The  work  environment  partially  has  a  positive  influence  on  employee turnover  intentions  of 2,988;  Job satisfaction  partially  has a positive  effect  on employee turnover intentions of 2.646; Organizational commitment, work environment  and job satisfaction simultaneously  have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intentions of 24,881.

Abstract

An organization is established because it has goals that it wants and must achieve. The importance of the role of human resources in educational institutions, human’resources’should be managed properly. Managing human resources is the duty of a manager. The word "managing" in the phrase managing human resources shows that the task of managing educational institutions such as the Main Potential University is required to be able to motivate and direct and influence so that they are able’to carry out’their duties well to support other resources within the organization.Performance Assessment is a formal and structured system that measures, assesses, and influences traits related to work, behavior, and results, including rates of absence. The focus is to find out how productive an employee or employee is and whether he can perform equally or more effectively in the future, so that employees, organizations and communities all benefit.This study aims to see’how the influence of work spirit, clarity of role, physical work environment on employee performance at the Main Potential University. In this study, data was obtained through the dissemination of assessments of employee performance at the University of Main Potential. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive analysis which includes depicting the characteristics of respondents who become samples of research and quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis and using a tool in the form of SPSS program computer software.Keywords : Spirit at work; Clarity of role; Physical work environment; Employee performance

Abstract

The research objective is to explore and analyze the influence of business risk, sales growth and asset structure on the capital structure of a trading company. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive statistics. The nature of the study is causal relationships. The population of this study is 45 trading companies. The 23 companies as samples were drawn by using a purposive sampling technique in the four years of the study period. The results of this study show that simultaneously, business risk, sales growth and asset structure had an effect on capital structure. Partially, business risk had a significant effect on capital structure, sales growth had a significant effect on capital structure, asset structure did not have a significant effect on capital structure. The result of the determination coefficient test shows that 79.3% of the variation of the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable.
