Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is: How does compensation, training and work motivation  influence  the work productivity  at Dinas Perikanan  Kota Tanjungbalai. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, training and  work  motivation  on  employee  work  productivity.   With  total  sampling technique,   the  sample   in  this  study   was  41  people.   The  results  showed; Compensation  partially  has  a  positive  effect  on  employee  work  productivity; Partial training has a positive effect on employee work productivity; Work motivation partially has a positive influence on employee work productivity; Training, compensation and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work placement, communication, compensation and motivation to work on employee achievement at PT. Trakindo Utama Pekanbaru. This study uses an associative quantitative research. This study uses primary data where data is collected using questionnaires. This research was conducted by PT. Trakindo Utama Pekanbaru with a population of 98 employees and samples of 98 respondents. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, some linear regression analyses, hypothesis testing and coeficient test determination. The results of the analysis show that work placement affects employees ' work achievement. Communication affects employees ' working achievements. Compensation affects the achievement of work. Work motivation affects work achievement. The results of the analysis proved that simultaneously the placement of work, communication, compensation and motivation to work on the employees ' work achievement jointly PT. Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the placement of employees, facilities, and commitment simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation at Regional Financial Management, Income and Assets Agency,  Kota Tanjungbalai. This study aims to determine the effect of employee placement, facilities and commitment to work motivation at Regional Financial Management, Income and Assets Agency, Kota Tanjungbalai. The sample in this study were all employees at Regional Financial Management, Income and Assets Agency, Kota Tanjungbalai, which numbered 46 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate; Employee placement partially has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation; Facilities partially have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation; Commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation; Employee placement, facilities and commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation.

Abstract

The effectiveness of work needs to be considered because it has a great effect on the interests of the organization. Effectiveness means that a pre-planned goal can be achieved or in other words the goal achieved due to the activity process. Effectiveness can also be viewed so that the implementation of administration more achieves the results as planned, achieves the goals to be achieved and more successfully useful or appropriate. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of work conflicts, individual characteristics, and work disciplines on the effectiveness of employee work in the Regional Disaster Management Agency of North Sumatra Province.  This study uses an associative approach, which is research conducted to find out the influence or relationship between free variables and bound variables. The results showed that partial work conflicts had a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Partially, individual characteristics have a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Partially discipline has a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work. Simultaneously the influence of work conflicts, individual characteristics, and work disciplines has a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee work.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this study is: How is competency towards teacher performance? , How is discipline to teacher performance? How does teacher motivation to teacher performance? How does the teacher's competency, discipline and motivation be simultaneous to the teacher's performance, the results of the research gained that there is a variable of competency positive and significant to the performance of Guru with the value of Thitung T table (5,249 1,664) and the value of significance (0.000 0.05). The discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on the master's performance with the value of Thitung T table (2,369 1,664) and the significance value (0.000 0.05). The motivation variable positively and significantly affects the teacher's performance with the value of Thitung T table (4,548 1,664) and value Significance (0.000 0.05) variable competence, discipline and motivation effect positive and significant towards Guru with Fcount value Ftable (29,228 2,712) and significance value (0.000 0.05). The influence of competency variables, discipline and motivation has positive and significant impact on the teacher at 75.80%, while the remaining amount is 24.20% (100%-75.80%) Influenced by other factors not researched.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the influence of career development, work facilities, professional commitment and supervision of work partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Tebing Tinggi Pratama Tax Office The research objective: To determine the effect of career development, work facilities, professional commitment and work supervision partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi. The hypothesis proposed is: There is the influence of career development, work facilities, professional commitment, partial supervision and jointly on the performance of employees at the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi. The study was conducted at the Tebing Tinggi Pratama Tax Service Office Jalan Sutoyo Number 32 Rambung Tebing Tinggi., With a population of 82 people, and a study sample of 82 people. Based on the results of the analysis, there is a significant influence between career development on the performance of the Pratama Tebing Tinggi Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the t count t-table analysis (1.895 1.67) at n = 82 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work facilities on the performance of the Primary Tax Office employees of Tebing Tinggi, the results of t count analysis t-table (1,874 1.67) at n = 82 with a level of significance of 95%. There is a significant influence between professional commitment to the performance of the Primary Tax Service Office Tebing Tinggi, because according to the results of the analysis t count t-table (2.074 1.67) at n = 82 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between the supervision of the performance of the Pratama Tebing Tinggi Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the t-count analysis t-table (2.493 1.67) at n = 82 with a significance level of 95%. Together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence on career development, work facilities, professional commitment and supervision of the performance of employees of the High Pratama Tax Service Office, because the F test results obtained F-count F table (12,305 2,48) . Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The population in this study were all employees in each division numbering 187 people with the samples taken just 65 people, the determination of sample collection using random sampling. Instrument or data collection techniques in this study using a multiple choice test that has been in tingakat its validity and reliability. test the classical assumption of normality test, multikolienaritas and heterokedesitas and hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test. Validity of test results obtained rhitung rtabel for each item reliability test questions and questionnaires obtained a Cronbach alpha of each variable is 0,822 for the variable X1, 0,864 for the variable X2 and 0.859 for the variable X3 to 0.922 for the variable Y. This value is greater than the level that is significantly r-tabel 0.361. The data analysis of each variable regression equation Y = 15,086 + 0,400X1 + 0,326X2 + 0,936X3 + e. Retrieved R2 of 0.517, which means the X1,X2 and X3 explain the effect on variable Y by 51.7% while the remaining 48.3% is explained by other variables outside the research. The resulting partial test each independent variables affect the dependent variable with research significance less than 0.05, and the results of the test-simultaneous calculation of 10.707 with a 3.150 Ftabel which means Fhitung F table with a level of significant (α) 0,000 0, 05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted that Leadership, Organizational Culture and Motivation on Employee Performance at Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

The question in this study is whether there is an influence of work attitudes, working environment and the characteristics of work on a partial and simultaneous performance. The aim of the study was to analyse the influence of occupational attitudes, working environment and job characteristics on employee performance. Samples used amounted to 63 people. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this study explain that working attitude variables, work environment and the characteristics of the work have an effect on the performance of both employees in a partial and simultaneous manner.Keywords : Attitude, Environment, Characteristics and  Performance

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: How the effect of facilities, job placement and commitment to the performance of the employees at Dinas Pangan Dan Pertanian Kota Tanjungbalai. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities, job placement and commitment to employee performance. The sample in this study were 38 people. The results showed; Facility variable partially has a positive effect on employee performance; Job placement variables partially have a positive effect on employee performance; The commitment variable partially has a positive  effect on employee  performance;  Facility  variables,  work placement and  commitment   simultaneously   have  a  positive   and  significant   effect  on employee performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of the Work Environment, Work Facilities and Motivation on Teacher Performance at the Azadin Anhar Education Foundation, Wampu subdistrict, Langkat Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population and sample of this study were all teachers at the foundation, amounting to 37 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection techniques used were direct interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study are partially Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (5.525 2.04,), Work Facility variables have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (2,411 2.04) and Motivational Variables have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (3.218 2.04). Simultaneously the variable Work Environment, Work Facilities and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with Fcount Ftable, (14.558 2.87). R2 (RSquare) value of 0.540, which means that the variable Work Environment, Work Facilities and Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance at Azadin Anhar Education Foundation, Wampu Subdistrict, Langkat Regency by 54.00%, and the remaining 46.00%, influenced by other factors not examined.
