Abstract

Problem of this study how influence of job culture on performance. How influence of    empowerment on performance. How influence of  work attitude on  performance. How influence job culture,  empowerment and  work attitude on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of  job culture on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of   empowerment on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  work attitude on   performance. Determine and analyze the effect of  job culture,  empowerment and  work attitude on   performance.  Sample in the study is 34 employees. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate job culture variable has a positive and significant effect on performance.  empowerment variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.  work attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job culture,  empowerment and  work attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on   performance.

Abstract

The term of this study is: Does the job satisfaction, work facility and work stress affect on employee performance  at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN. The aim of the study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work facility and work stress of employees performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN.The sample of this study were 50 employees at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN. The technique of the data analysis in this research is Multiple Linier Regression Analysis. The results of this study show that job satisfaction  has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance; Work Facility has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance; Work stress  has a negative and significant influence on Employee Performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN, finally job satisfaction, work facility and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Pleton I YONKAV 6/NK KODAM I BUKIT BARISAN.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work environment, leadership and work stress on employee performance in the North Sumatra DGT Regional Office I. The population in this study was 125 North Sumatra DGT Regional Office employees, with 125 sampling techniques using Slovin as many as 95 people. Based on the analysis results obtained value-t Job satisfaction = 2, 680, while t-table with dk 95 (attached) of 1.65, then t count t-table thus partially there is a significant influence between job satisfaction on performance, value t work environment = 2.992, while t-table with dk 95 (attached) is 1.65 then t count ˃t table thus partially there is a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance, t value of Leadership = 2,141 while t-table with dk 95 (attached) of 1.65 then t arithmetic t table thus partially there is a significant influence between Leadership on employee performance, t value of work stress = -1,812 while t-table with dk 95 (attached) of 1.65 then t count ˂ t table thus partially there is no negative effect between work stress on employee performance. F-count value of 14.765 while the value of F-table (attached) with the numerator dk 4 and the denominator dk 90 is equal to 2.48 where F-count F table (14.765 2.48), it can be stated that together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, work environment, leadership, work stress on employee performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study are: How the influence of training, organizational climate and work environment on the work performance at Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tanjungbalai. This study aims to determine the effect of training, organizational  climate  and work  environment  on employee  work  performance. With the total sampling technique, the sample in this study was 48 people. The results   showed;   Partial   training   has   a  positive   effect   on   employee   work performance of 4,828; Organizational climate partially has a positive influence on employee  work  performance  of  3.467;  The  work  environment  partially  has  a positive   influence   on   employee   work   performance    of   3,311;   Training, organizational climate and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee work performance of 37.865.

Abstract

An increase in the number of BMT Kampoeng Syariah Medan customers indicates that an increase in the number of these customers is related to customer loyalty. But the high demand for customers is not matched by an increase in service managers. So that the process of making money is experiencing a delay. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population used is customers who use BMT Kampoeng Syariah Medan landline services. Based on the results of this study indicate (1) the first hypothesis of the service quality variable (X) to the satisfaction variable (Z) shows that service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction; (2) the similarity hypothesis of the three service quality variables (X) and customer satisfaction with customer loyalty variables (Y) shows that service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In testing the direct and indirect effects, the service quality variable (X) on customer loyalty (Y) through satisfaction (Z) shows that satisfaction can mediate the relationship between service quality on customer loyalty with positive results Keywords customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, service quality

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the empowerment of the apparatus, supervision and work environment simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the employees at Library and Records Office, Kota Tanjungbalai. This study aims to determine the effect of apparatus empowerment, supervision and work environment on the work productivity of the employees at Library and Records Office, Kota Tanjungbalai. The sample in this study were all employees of the Office of Library and Archives of Tanjungbalai City, which numbered 38 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression.The results of this study indicate; Apparatus empowerment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity; Supervision partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity; The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity; Empowerment of the apparatus, supervision and work environment simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is How the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Work Climate and Competence on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 6 Binjai, North Binjai District, both partially and simultaneously. The population and sample of this study were all teachers in the school, amounting to 64 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection techniques used were direct interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study are partially the Emotional Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (2.633 2.00,), Work Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (2,812 2.00) and Competency Variables have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with tcount ttable, (2.701 2.00). Simultaneously the variables of Emotional Intelligence, Work Climate and Competence have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance with Fcount Ftable, (11,492 2.75). R2 (RSquare) value of 0.625, which means that the variable Emotional Intelligence, Work Climate and Competence has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 6 Binjai, North Binjai district, 62.50%, and the remaining 37.50%, influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

The problems in this research are: how the influence of the work environment, professional commitment, motivation and work stress partially and jointly on the performance of employees at the Pratama Pekanbaru Tax Service Office Handsome ?. Research objectives: To find out the effect of the work environment, professional commitment, work motivation and stress partially and jointly on employee performance at the Pratama Pekanbaru Tax Office Handsome. The hypothesis proposed is: Work environment, professional commitment, work motivation and stress partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan Tax Office. The study was conducted at the Pratama Pekanbaru Tax Service Office Handsome Road Ring Road Arengka II / SM Amin Road Simpang Baru Pekanbaru, with a population of 98 people, and a study sample of 96 people. Based on the results of the analysis, there is a significant influence between the work environment on the performance of the Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan Tax Office employees, because according to the results of the analysis t count t-table (2.932 1.67) at n = 96 with a 95% significance level. There is a significant influence between the professional commitment to the performance of the Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan Tax Office employees, the result of the analysis is t count t-table (1.975 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work motivation on the performance of the Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the analysis t count t-table (2.007 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant effect between work stress on the performance of the Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan Tax Office employees, because according to the results of the t-count analysis t-table (-1.605 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. Value of F-count F table (14,321 2,46) together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence of work environment, professional commitment, motivation and work stress on the performance of the Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan Tax Office employees. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.

Abstract

Problem of this study how influence of job motivation on performance. How influence of    work attitude on performance. How influence of  transformational leadership on  performance. How influence job motivation,    work attitude and  transformational leadership on   performance. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of  job motivation on   performance. Abstract

The problem of this research is: How does working facilities, organizational climate and work ethic lecturer on the effectiveness of learning. This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities, organizational climate and work ethic of lecturers on the effectiveness of learning. With the Total Sampling technique, the sample in this study was 55 people. Learning facilities partially have a positive effect on the effectiveness of learning; Organizational climate partially has a positive effect on the effectiveness of learning; The work ethic partially has a positive effect on the effectiveness of learning; Learning facilities, organizational climate and work ethic of lecturers have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of learning.
