Abstract

This study applies Data Mining by using the Clustering method to map the electoral strategy for the Legislative Candidates in Bengkulu City. The algorithm used is K-Means Clustering, where data grouped based on the same characteristics will be included in the same group and data sets are entered into the same group. in non-overlapping groups. The information displayed is in the form of product data groups based on the voter vote level in each village, so that it is known which regions/villages have high, medium or low voter levels. The test was carried out with the RapidMiner 5.3 application, resulting in clusters with high, medium or low voter rates..

Abstract

The purpose of implementing Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) with the Learning Vector Quanzition (LVQ) algorithm is to be used as a fingerprint identifier. So with this application can determine who owns the fingerprint in accordance with the database that has. In identifying fingerprints, the Learning Vector Quanzition method is very good, because it can measure the value of a fingerprint image that has been taken either by using a camera or scanner. In identifying fingerprints, it is expected that the fingerprint image input into the database should be from a photo or scanner that has clear and bright results, because this will affect the fingerprint search in the futures.

Abstract

In the business world, every clinic must of course be able to compete and think about how the clinic can continue to grow and expand its business scale. However, the problems faced by companies have varying degrees of difficulty and complexity, ranging from very simple problems to very complex problems. The general objective of this research is to fulfill one of the requirements for writing a thesis to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Informatics Engineering Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Application of predictive application of patient visit rate at Dr. clinic. This Daniel can be used to help Dr. Daniel in predicting the level of patient visits, both new patients and old patients as well as the distance from the patient's home to Dr. Daniel. So this application can be used as a reference to predict patient visits on the next day. The MySQL database can accommodate information and data that is input into this patient visit rate prediction application. From the results of the tests carried out, it can provide convenience for Dr. Daniel in predicting the level of patient visits so that he can provide good service to patients.

Abstract

With the development of the times, currently animation is not only used for entertainment. However, animation can be used as a tool to help humans in everyday life. Animation has the ability to explain something that is not understood only through pictures and sentences. By means of visualization, an intention can be described. In the motor vehicle tax payment process, animation can also help the community, for example, the procedures for paying motor vehicle taxes at the Samsat Bencoolen Mall outlet. So to make it easier for the public to get information on how to pay motorized vehicle taxes at the Samsat Bencoolen Mall outlet, it is necessary to have a media for delivering information that is more efficient, can be understood easily by the public and is more attractive. Therefore, in this study an animated video will be made of the procedures for paying taxes at a multimedia-based, multimedia-based samsat bencoolen mall outlet in the form of three-dimensional animation as a means of information that is shown for people who want to pay taxes and to the wider community. As will be discussed at this time, namely "Payment of Motor Vehicle Taxes at Samsat Bencoolen Mall Stores" using Blender Software. In connection with this research carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, the author will accompany the video flow of motor vehicle tax payments at the Samsat Bencoolen Mall outlet independently or commonly called Self Service.

Abstract

Financial information cannot be viewed at any time because it is still manual. Financial records are not recorded properly which resulted in a lot of missing data and the data search is slow because it is not computerized properly. The development of this system used was the waterfall method which the process consisted of needs analysis, system design, system implementation and testing and management (Saxena & Upadhyay, 2016). Assisting the finance department to record finances in accordance with the rights of the user. The Reporting Process Financial statements become more speedy and accurate. The recommended suggestion for further research is to add a more complete application, including bank reconciliation, capital changes and integrated with related sections to furtherfacilitate the needs required data.

Abstract

For a company, inventory is an asset that is quite large in value. The existence of inventory in a company implies whether there is an inventory or not. Business is an activity in the field of trade with the intention of making a profit. There are various types of businesses that are around us. Inventory is one of the current assets that must be managed properly, especially for the type of business that has an inventory of merchandise. Inventories that are owned by this type of business will be able to be determined at the cost of the inventory and the value of the inventories will be presented on the balance sheet. In calculating the value of the company's inventory, the company can use three methods, namely the FIFO, LIFO and Average methods. The moving average method is used if the past data is data that does not have an element of trend or seasonal factors. Moving average forecasting is widely used to determine the trend of a time series. The main purpose of using moving averages is to eliminate or reduce randomness in the time series. So that it can provide information on incoming and outgoing goods based on transaction reports so that it can predict the number of sales in the next period. It is hoped that this application will always be up to date so that this application follows the development of sales information technology based on Android Flutter.

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology, nowadays many devices have been created to make it easier to access information. The information system about Muslim scholars is currently still dominated by books. Therefore, a learning application will be made that utilizes information technology based on mobile android. The purpose of this research is to produce applications that are easy to understand in understanding the influence of Muslim scholars in the development of science and provide information to children about Muslim alcoholism in influencing the development of science. The research method used in this study uses the Waterfal method. The results that can be accessed from this study is an android application that contains information on intellectual biographies. Based on the results of the test data on the design of learning applications and the introduction of android-based Muslim scholars using questionnaire testing to the teacher council. It is found that this application is included in the "Good" category.

Abstract

Mathematics is a lesson learned from elementary, junior high, high school to tertiary levels. Many students have a negative attitude towards mathematics because mathematics is considered very boring and is considered the most difficult subject among other subjects, this can cause students to find it difficult to learn mathematics. Of course, the very rapid development of technology cannot be separated from the role of mathematics. Mathematics is a science that is the basis for the development of modern technology. Apart from that, mathematics also has an important role in various aspects of life. Solutions to help students understand mathematics, including through educational games. Educational games are techniques that can motivate and provide a better learning experience. The Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) algorithm is a random number generation method that is widely used in computer programs that utilize linear models. The results showed that the Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) method in the mathematics education game was successfully applied. Based on the results of game testing using questionnaires to students, teachers, and the general public (student guardians), it was found that the application made was included in the "Very Good" category with an average result of 80.55%.
