Abstract

PT. Agro Muko is a Foreign Investment Company engaged in oil palm and rubber plantations. Administratively, PT. Agro Muko is located between several sub-districts, namely North Mukomuko, South Mukomuko, Lubuk Pinang, Teras Terunjam, Pondok Suguh, V Koto, Penarik, Selagan Jaya, Air Dikit and Teramang Jaya Sub-Districts, Bengkulu Regency. For this reason, the researcher tried to build an application that compares the Preference Selection Index (PSI) Method with The Simple Additive Weight (SAW) Method on the selection of the best foreman using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method using Visual Basic Net, in order to facilitate PT Agro muko in the selection of the best employee every year. Based on the results of the study, the comparison application of the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method with the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method on the Best Foreman Selection at PT Agro Muko was made using Visual Basic Net programming language with SQL server database as a supporting medium, storing the results of data processing that can be used. used by PT Argo Muko in inputting employee data, so that later it can help in overcoming existing problems so that the process of selecting the best foreman can be done using the application.

Abstract

This study aims to create an application that can help provide recommendations for contraceptives that can be used based on the selected criteria and to apply the Simple Additive Weighting Method in the recommendation for contraceptives (BKKBN case study). This contraceptive recommendation application is made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language, where the application has implemented one of the Decision Support System Methods, namely Simple Additive Weighting. Contraceptives is a method used to prevent pregnancy. There are different types of contraception that can be used and each has its advantages and disadvantages. This application can help provide recommendations to users of contraceptives to choose a suitable tool for use with considerations, namely age, breastfeeding, number of children, blood pressure, body mass index. Based on the results of black box testing, the functionality of the application has been running properly and is able to display the results of contraceptive recommendations based on the SAW method process

Abstract

In an effort to improve service quality, a service satisfaction survey system will be developed by displaying and analyzing data in the form of a questionnaire. Where in this development a computational survey method is implemented, namely the Servqual method which can provide convenience in collecting and analyzing survey questionnaire data. The application of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) to the Services of the Bengkulu Province General Bureau, Public Relations and Protocol was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server database. This application has applied a method, namely the Servqual Method, where the results of the community satisfaction assessment will be reprocessed to determine the level of community satisfaction with the services provided. The assessment process is divided based on the sections/units in the Bengkulu Province General Bureau, Public Relations and Protocol. The resulting output is in the form of a graph, where if the servqual value is the highest, it can be said that these attributes need to be evaluated for improvement / or in the future to improve the quality of services at the Bengkulu Province General Bureau, Public Relations and Protocol. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functionality of the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) Application for the Services of the Bengkulu Province General Bureau, Public Relations and Protocol has been running as expected.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah is one of the state high schools located in Bengkulu Tengah Regency, Bengkulu Province. SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah does not yet have a system that can be used to measure the level of student satisfaction with the learning system in schools, so there is no parameter for the level of student satisfaction. This results in the school not having a benchmark in knowing and evaluating the learning system that is currently being carried out. This impact makes it difficult for schools to improve the learning system in schools. The application of the level of student satisfaction with the learning system at SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah Regency was made using the Visual Basic programming language. Net with SQL Server 2008r2 database, where the application has been applied to the Six Sigma method in analyzing the level of student satisfaction. The application of the level of student satisfaction with the learning system at SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah Regency is able to facilitate students in providing an assessment of student satisfaction, and also makes it easier for the school to determine the level of student satisfaction with the learning system at school. In the application of the level of student satisfaction with the learning system at SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah Regency, there are 2 access rights granted, namely Administrator and Student. To enter the administrator's main menu page and the student's main menu, the user must first log in. Based on the blackbox testing that has been carried out, the functional application of the level of student satisfaction with the learning system at SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu Tengah Regency can run as expected in terms of data input, analysis and print report output.

Abstract

Processing and archiving incoming and outgoing letters at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD still uses the manual method, namely by taking notes (handwriting) on ​​a book and reviewing the order of previous letters to number the new letters that will come out and for incoming incoming letters to be recorded first. prior to disposition. The search application for incoming and outgoing letters at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD Office was made to facilitate the process of incoming and outgoing letters by entering keywords, where in the search process a Sequential Searching Algorithm was applied which was used to analyze keywords with the data contained in the database. The search application for incoming and outgoing letters at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD Office can display the output of incoming and outgoing mail data reports so that it can make it easier to archive reports. The application for searching incoming and outgoing letters at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD Office was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 Database. Based on the results of black box testing, the functionality of the incoming and outgoing mail search application at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD Office has been running properly and is able to display search results for incoming and outgoing letters based on the desired keywords.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Al-Karim is one of the madrasa schools in Central Bengkulu Regency. At the school once a year a scholarship program is held, one of which is a scholarship for the poor. So far, the data management process for prospective scholarship recipients is carried out starting from collecting files for prospective scholarship recipients, then filling in the names of prospective scholarship recipients in Microsoft Word. After that, an assessment of the data of the prospective scholarship recipients is carried out so that the final results can be known who are eligible and who do not deserve the scholarship. Comparison of Simple Additive Weighing and Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making methods in determining scholarship recipients at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Karim is done by comparing the final results and processing time obtained from the results of applying the two methods based on the assessment data of each prospective scholarship recipient. In helping the comparison process of the two methods, an application was built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server database, where with the application you will see the comparison results of the Simple Additive Weigthing and Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making methods. Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, the results obtained are that the functionality of the application runs as expected

Abstract

This study aims to build an internet-based Wireless LAN (WLAN) at the Rawa Makmur Permai Urban Village Office, implement bandwidth and firewall management as a security system on the WLAN network, and observe the use of internet-based WLAN networks at the Rawa Makmur Permai Urban Village Office.This study uses the Development Life Cyle (NDLC) method which is a method that can be used in the network development process that allows network monitoring to determine network statistics and performance. The results of the performance analysis will later be taken into consideration in the design of network designs, both physical network designs or logical networks. The results of this study indicate that a WLAN network using a MikroTik router and implementing bandwidth management, firewalls and captive portals can optimize network usage, because by implementing bandwidth management it can distribute bandwidth evenly to clients according to their network access needs, the firewall itself can be used as a site access filtering system which in this study the author can apply to block the youtube.com site and make it a captive portal access.

Abstract

One of the problems in remote access to the system is the act of hacking to illegally gain access rights to a system. Therefore the need for an additional mechanism in user authentication in addition to the username and password parameters. The port knocking method is an option that can be implemented in this problem. Port knocking is a security system that functions to open or close access to certain ports by using a firewall on network devices by sending certain packets or connections. The connection used can be in the form of TCP, UDP, or ICMP protocols. The network system development method used in this research is the PPDIOO method developed by CISCO, where the cycle sequence includes: . prepare (preparation), Plan (planning), Design (Design), Implement (Implementation), Operate (Operation) and Optimize (Optimization). The result of implementing the Port Knocking method on a system on a computer network is that the system will refuse if the login activity on the system does not or sends additional parameters incorrectly, besides that the network admin can find out the activity on the network system if someone from outside fails when accessing the system through the port. so that actions can be taken according to system security requirements.

Abstract

Utilization of technology has been widely used in various fields, namely education, government agencies, banking, trade, industry, and national defense in meeting the needs of their work activities. an organization that meets the needs of daily transaction processing, supports operations, is managerial and strategic activities of an organization, and provides certain outside parties with the necessary reports. University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, already has a website-based personnel information system. so the author tries to develop from 2 aspects. Where is the first aspect on the server, the author tries to develop a server application using codeigniter combined with AJAX so that it is easier to connect it with JSON encode. The purpose of this study is to provide information on employees and lecturers at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu which can help the personnel department provide information more quickly and efficiently. It is hoped that the development of this application can be a reference not only for the world of university staffing but also for all subjects and all circles as the development of information technology..

Abstract

One of the trends in enjoying tourism that is currently developing is backpacking. Generally, backpackers are young tourists who want new experiences by doing tours at the least possible cost, they use conventional tourist transportation models and carry out their activities freely without hiring the services of a tour company. Backpacking has its own advantages but there are some issues especially for beginner backpackers. They will experience difficulties when traveling to an area that is rarely visited by other backpackers. For that we need an application that can be used as a reference for beginner backpackers who want to visit tourist areas, especially the city of Bengkulu. Applications that can accommodate data needs of a backpacker, especially regarding cheap hotel data, types of city transportation to take, recommended tourist attractions including the amount of costs required. The application will be integrated with firebase control so that the application becomes dynamic because the data is obtained from the database. To complete the application, the author will also use the google map API for more details about tourist locations, restaurants and inns that the user wants to visit. The frond end application can be run on the android operating system and is built using the java and xml programming languages, while the back end application is built using PHP and MySQL. To be able to display the map requires a separate API which is obtained from the google console. Applications use JSON data as a link between the front end and back end of the application. It is hoped that this application can help novice backpackers enjoy their travels in Bengkulu City which at the same time can be a guide for beginner backpackers who have never backpacked and do not understand the right and safe ways to travel to certain destinations with minimal costs.
