Abstract

The labor issue is a very complex and big problem. Good working conditions, high output quality, decent wages and the quality of human resources are issues that always arise in discussions about the workforce in addition to issues of industrial relations between workers and the business world. It can be said that employment in Indonesia is still facing several imbalances, both structural and sectoral. then one of the targets that need to be pursued is to increase the efficiency of the workforce. The demand for labor, which is affected by the marginal value of the product (Value of Marginal Product, VMP), the supply of labor, which is influenced by the free working hours of individual workers and wages, theoretically must be considered so that the policies implemented are close to the desired goals.

Abstract

Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas, is one of the thinkers and reformers of Islamic education with his fresh ideas. Al-Attas was not only an intellectual in terms of education and general Muslim issues, but also an expert in various fields of science. He is also considered as the initiator of the Islamization of science which influenced many other figures. He systematically formulated a strategy for the Islamization of knowledge in the form of an educational curriculum for Muslims. One of the ideas that is quite interesting is to offer the term ta`dib as the basis for the concept of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the soundness level of Indonesian Sharia Banks in 2021-2022 using the measurement method stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.8/POJK.03/2014 concerning Assessment of the Soundness Level of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units using the RGEC method. The assessment factors in the RGEC method are the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital factors. The research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. This type of research is intended to obtain information regarding bank health based on the quarterly financial reports of Bank Syariah Indonesia for 2021-2022. In this study the data used are secondary data in the form of financial reports and GCG implementation reports. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive data analysis technique by analyzing financial reports using the RGEC method. The results of the study show that the soundness level of Bank Syariah Indonesia from 2021 to 2022 has received the title of "Very Healthy".

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Picture and Picture learning models in Fikih subjects and to know the impact of the implementation of picture and picture learning models in increasing students' interest in Fikih subjects at MTs Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The instrument used in this study was a validated questionnaire and tested before being used in the study. While the sample in this study amounted to 51 class VII students at MTs Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya. As for the distribution of 26 students as the control class and 25 students as the experimental class. Furthermore, the data analysis used to test the hypothesis is to use the "t" test formula. The results of the study indicate (1) the use of the learning model is picture and picture in the very good category according to the average response results of students. (2) there is an increase in student interest after the use of the learning model picture and picture in Fiqh subjects, which can be seen from the results of the analysis of the hypothesis test using the t test with a significance value (2-tailed) are 0.009. Indicates that the significance value 0.05.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of low nationalism values in the younger generation seen in everyday life. Nationalism is an attitude that must exist and be instilled from an early age in students in order to nurture students to become good citizens, have knowledge, skills, and social care that are useful for themselves and society and the country. In line with this, at the elementary school stage, subjects are given that can support the cultivation of nationalism, namely PKN learning. Related to this problem, this study aims to optimize the value of nationalism in children through word puzzle games in Pari City, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency.

Abstract

Akuntansi sering dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang sulit, rumit dan membosankan bagi siswa. Hal ini biasa terjadi pada siswa SMK kelas X yang baru mengenal akuntansi. Anggapan negatif terhadap akuntansi salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media yang tidak tepat dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan siswa SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen dalam memahami mata pelajaran akuntansi khususnya pada materi persamaan dasar akuntansi melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran game edukasi akuntansi yang disingkat  “gedutan” sebagai media pembelajaran yang mendukung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan game edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK PAB-02 Helvetia sebanyak 25 siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa 88% siswa mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terhadap materi akuntansi khususnya persamaan dasar akuntansi, hal ini dilihat dari capaian skor yang diperoleh siswa pada game soal yang dijawab secara mandiri. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, 97% siswa  menyatakan game edukasi akuntansi tersebut sangat menarik dan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap setiap sajian materi yang terdapat dalam game. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, 100% siswa sangat serius dalam memanfaatkan game edukasi akuntansi (gedutan) sebagai media pembelajaran tambahan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the difficulties faced by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in responding to technology in the digitalization era. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach where the research focuses on collecting data based on the experience of the subjects studied (PAI teachers). The survey stated that the response of PAI teachers to the touch of technology to increase students' motivation in learning was determined by three respondents: (1) accepting technological advances wisely and taking positive impacts, (2) rejecting and not accepting change for fear of not being able to filter out negative impacts, and (3) hesitant because of the teacher's lack of knowledge of the positive and negative impacts of technology. The use of information technology by mankind, including Islamic religious education teachers, must be based on religious norms, which are used as guidelines for doing good and positive activities, such as being able to take advantage of available sources, media, methods, and learning tools. A professional teacher will be responsible for accepting technological advances wisely and taking positives from technological advances. Teachers as learning agents must be supported by the availability of technological facilities both from the government, institutions, and individuals, as well as knowledge and skills in using technological tools and resources. Thus, teacher professionalism can be accounted for along with increased student motivation in learning. Keywords: Teacher, Professionalism, Technology, and Information

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload and self-efficacy on cyberloafing behavior on the performance of employees at the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital. Sampling using incidental sampling method through a questionnaire. The sample used was 154 employees. Researchers conducted data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that workload, self-efficacy, and cyberloafing behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially; Workload and self-efficacy have a positive and significant impact on cyberloafing behavior partially; And workload has a negative and insignificant influence on cyberloafing behavior partially.

Abstract

The study of Islamic entrepreneurship and its relationship with success has not been widely developed by Islamic scholars. In the Review and Research Agenda, a collection of impact studies, most of the research showing religiosity and spirituality on entrepreneurship was developed by non-Muslim scholars. So there is a clear gap in this field. The purpose of this article is to explain the entrepreneurial concept of Al Falah among Muslim entrepreneurs . This research is required in the form of a literature survey where researchers use secondary sources such as articles, papers, and scientific discourse to explain the supporting concepts of successful Muslim entrepreneurs. From the results of a literature survey, researchers basically found that: Muslim entrepreneurs who are successful in terms of Muslim muamalah, not only have good personalities in entrepreneurial activities, but at the same time follow religious instructions. In an Islamic perspective, the balance of entrepreneurs achieving worldly success while fulfilling religious and sharia requirements is known as 'Al Falah' entrepreneurs. In other words, the concept of al-falah is an extraordinary achievement that covers all aspects of human life such as having spiritual, material, and moral qualities to succeed in this life and the next.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic forced changes in the way we communicate. Communication that was previously carried out directly face to face shifted to communication using information technology. Changes in communication are applied to almost all aspects of life such as education, government, trade, and so on. On the other hand, the development of information and communication technology in the global world is happening very fast. The flow of information in particular runs very quickly. Limited interaction that occurred during the Covid 19 pandemic. For some people who are familiar with various information technologies, this is an opportunity where various activities can be carried out more efficiently. However, for ordinary people, most of whom do not really understand information technology, this is a new problem. Where people who do not understand the technology must catch up. Not to mention the provision of facilities that must exist in carrying out virtual communication, of course it can even become a burden. Using the Media System Dependency Model approach, the author conducted a study of the communication phenomenon after the Covid 19 pandemic in Indonesia. The conclusion from this paper is that the government in particular must be able to arrange surveillance and control activities for public safety in communicating using information technology.
