Abstract

The presence of modernization in the world of Islamic education seems to be a necessity that cannot be avoided. The birth of reformer figures in the Islamic world who came from the Middle East and Indonesia became a separate impetus to accelerate the pace of renewal of Islamic education. This research uses library research type (library research) which is carried out using literature (literature) in the form of books, notes, and research reports from previous research. Sources of data can be obtained from documents or document studies. Document study, namely looking for data about things or variables in the form of notes or transcripts, books, newspapers, magazines, and other documents needed for research data. This research proves that the flow of renewal in Islamic education finds momentum when the Indonesian government is able to synergize with Muslim figures. Likewise, the accommodative and cooperative attitude displayed by some Indonesian Muslim leaders and Islamic community organizations has contributed to the government's belief that advancing Islamic educational institutions is not something that is scary but will add stability to the condition of government and politics in Indonesia. It is at this stage that the reform of Islamic education is ultimately integrated into the national education system.

Abstract

Freedom to learn and teaching is a priority policy for the ministry of education in improving the quality of education. Of course there are many things that must be adjusted to this policy, including the professional development of teachers. Because there are many educational units that have not harmonized them. This study aims to analyze teacher professionalism development strategies based on the independent learning policy, and the obstacles they face. This research was conducted at SDIT Zia Salsabila as a school that implements an independent learning policy. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the study show that independent learning-based teacher professional development is divided into four keys, namely independence, competence, collaboration, and career. The development strategy is humanizing relationships, understanding concepts, building sustainability, choosing challenges, empowering contexts. The obstacles faced in the professional development of teachers are the lack of socialization by the government regarding the independent learning policy, the emergence of negative perceptions about the orientation of the independent learning policy, the lack of understanding of the concept of independent learning, the absence of driving teachers, low teacher competence, especially teacher who is still a student.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the difficulties faced by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in responding to technology in the digitalization era. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach where the research focuses on collecting data based on the experience of the subjects studied (PAI teachers). The survey stated that the response of PAI teachers to the touch of technology to increase students' motivation in learning was determined by three respondents: (1) accepting technological advances wisely and taking positive impacts, (2) rejecting and not accepting change for fear of not being able to filter out negative impacts, and (3) hesitant because of the teacher's lack of knowledge of the positive and negative impacts of technology. The use of information technology by mankind, including Islamic religious education teachers, must be based on religious norms, which are used as guidelines for doing good and positive activities, such as being able to take advantage of available sources, media, methods, and learning tools. A professional teacher will be responsible for accepting technological advances wisely and taking positives from technological advances. Teachers as learning agents must be supported by the availability of technological facilities both from the government, institutions, and individuals, as well as knowledge and skills in using technological tools and resources. Thus, teacher professionalism can be accounted for along with increased student motivation in learning. Keywords: Teacher, Professionalism, Technology, and Information

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam mempunyai arti sangat penting bagi perkembangan anak, khususnya remaja yaitu sebagai pondasi yang bertujuan meningkatkan keimanan dan ketakwaan dan pengamalan ajaran Islam dari pesarta didik. Pendidikan Agama Islam hendaknya menjadi perhatian khusus dalam pembentukan karakter remaja dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja. Kenyataan sehari-hari menunjukan bahwa peserta didik dalam usia remaja masih banyak ditemukan yang melakukan kenakalan sebagian tidak mematuhi peraturan yang berlaku di rumah, sekolah maupun lingkungan masyarakat.. Bentuk-bentuk kenakalan yang ada berbentuk kenakalan yang bersifat pergroup seperti perkelahian antar pelajar, kebu-tkebutan, kelompok memalak dan sebagainya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kenakalan remaja yaitu faktor pribadi, keluarga, sekolah dan lingkungan. Pendidikan Agama Islam yang diberiakan secara maksimal untuk meminimalisir adanya kenakalan remaja. Usaha usaha preventif untuk menanggulangi kenakalan remaja seperti mengikutsertakan remaja tersebut dalam kegiatan keagamaan serta kegiatan positif lainnya sehingga dapat membentuk karakter yang positif.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tata kelola sampah rumah tangga yang di kumpul ke TPA menyebabkan, kondisi merugikan bagi masarakat di sekitar TPA karena terjadi pencemaran baik tanah, air maupun udaranya, Sampah sebanarnya punya manfaat bagi keluarga bila di kelola dengan baik. Tujuan pengabdian ini meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dalam tata kelola sampah rumah tangga, serta mampu melakukan pembuatan ekoenzim secara mandiri di rumah tangga. Serta menjadi contoh bagi tetangganya. Metode yang digunakan dengan mengedukasi mitra mengenai tata kelola sampah di keluarga dari aspek kesehatan, lingkungan dan agama, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pembuatan ekoenzim dan kompos pada 15 orang Mitra anggota Aisyiyah, peningkatan pengetahuan dinilai melalui 10 pertanyaan pretest dan posttes. Monitoring dan evaluasi untuk implementasi pembuatan ecoenzim di rumah tangga dengan stimulus buku panduan, ember bekas cat dan gula merah masing-masing 1 kg, dan bibit unggul sayuran, video kegiatan tata kelola sampah di rumah dikumpul melalui group WA. Hasilnya pemberdayaan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra tentang tata kelola sampah di rumah tangga, dan merubah karakter tata kelola sampah sebanyak 93% dari mitra yang dibina.Abstract: The management of household waste that is collected at the final collection point (TPA) causes detrimental conditions for the community around the TPA due to contamination of the land, water and air. Waste actually has benefits for families if it is managed well. The aim of this service is to increase partners' knowledge in household waste management, as well as being able to make ecoenzymes independently in the household. And be an example for his neighbors. The method used is to educate partners about waste management in the family from health, environmental and religious aspects, followed by training in making ecoenzymes and compost for 15 Aisyiyah member partners. Increased knowledge is assessed through 10 pretest and posttest questions about household waste management. Monitoring and evaluation for the implementation of making ecoenzymes in households with the stimulus of a guidebook, buckets of used paint and brown sugar of 1 kg each, and superior vegetable seeds, videos of waste management activities at home collected via the WA group. As a result, this empowerment can increase partners' knowledge about waste management in households, and change the character of waste management for as many as 93% of the partners trained.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the extempore presentation method in increasing student creativity in the Fiqh subject at SMP IT Luqmanul Hakim. This research was based on the problem of choosing monotonous learning methods, so that this extempore presentation method can be a fun learning alternative. This research method uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques include direct observation at the research location, interviews with school principals and teachers, and research documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman Model. Then this research uses data validity in the form of trustworthiness, transferability and confirmability. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the extempore presentation method is a learning method that is quite effective in increasing student activity in the classroom, developing student creativity, training self-confidence, and improving language style in conveying information

Abstract

This study analyzes the optimization of the management of the Islamic Spirituality Organization (Rohis) as a strategy to enhance the learning of Islamic Education at SMA Islam Al-Ulum Terpadu Medan. The main issues in PAI learning are the limited time and the overly theoretical approach. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires from 41 active Rohis students. The findings show that structured management of Rohis increased student participation by 80.5% and significantly strengthened their understanding of PAI material. Full support from the school was a key success factor, while students' time constraints posed the main challenge. This study offers innovative strategies such as religious competitions, regular religious discussions, and the use of social media to improve the effectiveness of Rohis activities. The novelty of this research lies in the development of specific optimization steps for Rohis that can be applied in other schools, including cross-organization collaboration, the provision of dedicated spaces, and the integration of Islamic values practically in student activities.

Abstract

The means of implementing cadre formation carried out in an organization are very important for cadres who want to know and understand more deeply about the organization. The researcher is trying to find out the model of cadre education carried out at MTs Muhammadiyah Sei Apung Jaya in the context of implementing Muhammadiyah Student Association cadre formation which is carried out for students at MTS Muhammadiyah Sei Apung Jaya. The type of research carried out is qualitative research using field research methods (field research) in which data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. It was found that the cadre education model implemented at MTs Muhammadiyah Sei Apung Jaya included MABICA as a pre-cadre activity and after the implementation of MABICA the cadres could proceed to the first cadre stage, namely PKTM I.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pelatihan tahsin bacaan sholat dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas bacaan sholat dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada anggota Ranting Aisyiyah Puji Mulio tentang Tahsin atau perbaikan bacaan sholat mulai dari bacaan iftitah sampai Tasyahhud Akhir. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sholat dari segi bacaannnya. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 67 peserta dari anggota Aisyiyah Puji Mulio. Metode yang digunakan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sistem evaluasi menggunakan metode lisan dengan indikator keberhasilan adalah ketepatan dalam mengucapkan bacaan dari segi makharijul huruf, mad dan waqaf. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah dari 67 peserta terdapat 48 peserta (72%) dapat membaca dengan baik dan meningkat dari sebelumnya, serta 19 peserta (14%) masih membutuhkan bimbingan.Abstract: Tahsin prayer reading training activities in this community service program aims to improve the quality of prayer reading by providing training and mentoring to Aisyiyah Puji Mulio branch members about Tahsin or improvement of prayer readings ranging from Iftitah readings to final Tasyahhud. This activity aims to improve the quality of prayer in terms of reading. This activity was attended by 67 participants from Aisyiah Puji Mulio members. The methods used include preparation, implementation and evaluation. Evaluation system using the oral method with indicators of success is the accuracy in pronouncing the reading in terms of makharijul letters, mad and Waqf. The result of this activity is from 67 participants there are 48 participants (72%) can read well and improved from before, and 19 participants (14%) still need guidance.
