Abstract

The development of an increasingly advanced era followed by increasingly sophisticated technological developments makes an increase in a more creative, imaginative mindset in understanding the development of information media. Interestingly, the various application features available are much liked by children. How would it be if there were no boundaries in seeking information and managing broadcasts through the media that children watch, especially early childhood who are not yet able to sort and choose what is good and what is bad, so that often these shows can become a role models. This study aims to find out how the YouTube Kidz application is a medium for broadcasting Islamic educational content for early childhood. This research method takes the form of library research through tracing various scientific works, in the form of books, papers, journals about media (especially YouTube Kids), then the stages of processing data and analyzing the data that has been collected, the author uses a descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Islamic content in the YouTube Kidz application includes broadcasts of a series of Islamic children's songs and prayers, Islamic story series and stories which the researcher analyzes as an in-depth study of educational themed content

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the da'wah strategy of the al.firqotun.najiyah Instagram account in increasing the number of followers. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research through content analysis approach. Data collection techniques were carried out descriptively. The theory used in this research is use and gratification theory. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the da'wah strategy for the Instagram account al.firqotun.najiyah in increasing the number of followers varies, including the study of Ustadz Ariful Bahri's live streaming in Medina, AFN Kids and Children's Health content, Ariful motion graphics videos, teaser videos or videos. short, content with viral discussions, and unique and interesting visuals. However, from the many strategies used by the Instagram account al.firqotun.najiyah in increasing the number of followers, the sentimental strategy is the strategy of studying Ustadz Bahri's live streaming, because this study is included in the theory of sentimental strategy in which da'wah focuses on aspects of the heart and moves feelings and hearts. mad'u who are preached

Abstract

The world has entered a new era, namely the era of technology and communication. The development of technology and communication is happening very rapidly, technology continues to create various types of gadgets that are classified as high-technology gadgets. In general, technology (gadgets) has become an inseparable part of a person's life. Efforts are needed to increase awareness, knowledge, and skills so that they can continue to use the internet through their gadgets intelligently. However, nowadays gadgets in their use are often excessive and affect various aspects of life. This influence can be felt both by the self and by the people around the user. One of the closest environments affected by the use of gadgets is the family. This study aims to find out how the influence of gadgets on the behavior of adolescents in the family. The research is based on changes in adolescent behavior due to excessive use of gadgets. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was obtained through a questionnaire that used gadgets excessively in Pematang Kuala Village. Data analysis was carried out from the beginning of the study to reporting. The results showed that teenagers in Pematang Kuala Village used gadgets for 5-7 hours (300-420 minutes) a day, which meant that these teenagers were already addicted to gadgets. The excessive use of gadgets hurts the behavior of adolescents in the family, including emotional instability which causes adolescents to become irritable, emotional, anxious, and even withdrawn.

Abstract

In government public schools they are called students or pupils, in the world of Islamic boarding schools they are called santri, at higher education levels they are usually called students, and some official institutions call their students by certain names, such as Praja IPDN, military academy trainees and so on. On this basis, these terms are generally lumped together with the names of the students. Learners are an integral part of the education system and are processed to become quality human beings in accordance with national education goals. The purpose of writing this article is to find out in terms of hadith about who the students are and what students should be in Islamic education. This research includes library research, namely research library materials or literature related to research problems by selecting, reading, studying and researching books or other relevant written sources. The approach used is an analytical descriptive approach. The author uses a "qualitative" analysis strategy, this strategy means that the analysis starts from the data and leads to general conclusions. As for the findings obtained after reviewing and looking at several books of hadith, students in Islamic education are every individual Muslim. Meanwhile, students should have sincere intentions in undergoing the educational process, be patient and put their trust in Allah SWT. with all educational obstacles, obey the rules in Islamic educational institutions, earnestly carry out the educational process without being lazy. And finally, students must study thoroughly, so that there are no disconnected grade levels or the knowledge taught by the educator.

Abstract

Banjar ethnicity comes from South Kalimantan. the Banjar ethnic population can also be found in the Riau, Jambi, North Sumatra regions. As with the ethnic Banjar in Rantang City, Hamparan Perak District. This study aims to determine the local wisdom of the Banjar ethnic in Kota Rantang Hamparan Perak Village, Deli Serdang Regency. In addition, this research will analyze the role of Banjar Ethnic Parents in Forming Character in Children Through local wisdom in Kota Rantang Hamparan Perak Village, Deli Serdang Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while the object of research that we will examine is the Banjar ethnic community on the role of parents in shaping the character of children who are in Kota Rantang Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. The results of this study indicate that 1) The results of the study indicate that there are several local wisdoms such as baayun mulud, Tula bala asba' mustakmir in shaping children's character education in Kota Rantang Village to form religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined and responsible characters in children through the baayun mulud tradition, 2) the role of parents is very decisive in the success of children in applying the values in the local wisdom of the Banjar ethnic in Kota Rantang Village.

Abstract

The world economy is expected to experience difficulties amid the threat of an imminent global recession, this is reinforced by the fact that many world central banks such as the Bank of the United States (THE FED), European Union, United Kingdom, etc. have raised their interest rates. Therefore, this is also a big concern for Indonesia. Albeit many economists say that Indonesia will survive a recession, and this opinion is supported by a report from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) that Indonesia's economy will grow by more than 5% in 2022 despite the threat of a recession, Indonesia still needs to determine the necessary preparation strategy if a recession occurred. This study aims to analyze how Indonesia's strategy is in facing the threat of a global recession. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using data obtained from literature studies which are analyzed in depth. The results of this study indicate that Indonesia's strategy in dealing with this threat is to increase productivity, investment and competitiveness as well as strengthen the economy and fiscal and monetary capabilities, which must also be supported by the role of the community such as business development and supporting MSME businesses in an effort to boost economic growth.

Abstract

Islam is a perfect religion, all commands and prohibitions are strictly regulated in the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah, including strict prohibitions against acts of ghull (corruption) which Allah SWT hates so much and gets severe sanctions against the creators. In national law, the perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption are also subject to punishment, namely criminal sanctions for the revocation of political rights after the Constitutional Court decision Number: 4/PUUVII/2009, then it seems that the criminal law politics approach to eradicating corruption must be subject to maximum sanctions, seen in the Constitutional Court Decision Number 87/ PUU-XX/2022 in the judicial review of Article 240 paragraph (1) letter g of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections which in fact has implications for the revocation of political rights for perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption who must wait a period of 5 (five) years from completing criminal penalties so that they can nominate themselves or be nominated in general elections and for perpetrators of corruption more than once, this has implications for permanently hampering their ability to run for and or be nominated in general elections. The method in this research is normative legal research, namely research conducted by researching literature (secondary data) or library law research. And this research is descriptive analysis in nature where research that is descriptive analysis is a research that describes, examines, explains and analyzes a legal regulation or judge's decision that has permanent legal force. Where in this study the rules of law, library materials, and judges' decisions become material for conducting research in order to obtain academic truth.

Abstract

This study aims to see the significant influence between the motivation to avoid usury, product knowledge and religious on the decision to become a customer at BPRS Gebu Prima. The research approach with quantitative methods is described with a multiple linear regression analysis model. The primary data source was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents as a sample of 75 customers. Sampling techniques nonprobability by means of incidental sampling. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The estimation model shows an R2 value of 0,210 which represents the value of the coefficient of determination. This means that 21% of the dependen variable variation is able to be explained by the independen variables in this model. The remaining 79% is explained by other causes that are not included in the model; 2) The regression model on the independen variable simultaneously influence the dependen variable, so that the independen variable regression model can be used to predict the dependen variable; and (3) This research produced an output according to the hypothesis that there is a significant influence between the motivation to avoid usury, product knowledge and religious on the decision to become a customer at BPRS Gebu Prima.

Abstract

Tax is a source of state revenue that has a significant contribution so that the source of tax revenue becomes a mainstay for national development. Taxes can be one of the instruments for the government to measure how much public awareness is to pay taxes or fund state administration and measure the value of people's real income and welfare. Criminal law in an effort to tackle crime in the field of taxation is to create coherence in the applied criminal law policies whose impact will not make it difficult for law enforcement officials to apply them in tax legislation. The imperative elements contained in the tax law, want to set forth a principle that the use of criminal sanctions should still pay attention to the principle of subsidiarity. In a sense, a new type of punishment that is more severe is used if other types of criminal sanctions that are lighter are deemed inappropriate or unable to support the achievement of the objective of punishment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of using Edmodo on Islamic religious learning on increasing student digital literacy. This research is a quasi-experimental research, with a pretest-posttest design with noneequivalent groups. The pretest and posttest are used to measure students' initial and final digital literacy skills before and after Islamic learning activities. The research was conducted on students in the first semester of the Islamic Religious Education course at the University of PGRI Madiun. The research population consisted of 300 students in the fourth semester of the 2021/2022 academic. While the research sample consisted of 60 students consisting of class A and class B. The sample selection was done randomly. Class A is the experimental class, while class B is the control class. The results of the study show that the use of Edmodo in Islamic religious learning is more effective than the use of power point to improve students' digital literacy skills in Islamic cultural history material. It is evident from the results of the t-test with a significance of 0.000 in the experimental group showing that the use of Edmodo has a positive and significant effect on students' digital literacy in Islamic learning.
