Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this is toknow the implementation of comperative model of think pair share type toward geography lesson in the result of students study in grade X IIS Senior high  School Taman Mulia Kubu Raya. The research method the used in the experiment in the Quasi Experiment Design model. The population in all of grades of X IIS, the sample of this research is grade X IIS 2 and grade X IIS 1. The technique of data collection is using the measurement technique and data collection tools is written test. In the research results obtained the average of final test in control class is 75,889 and the average of final test in experiment class is 79,857. The result of t-test obtained t-count is 3,282 and t-table (α =5% with dk= 53) is 2,0073, meaning t count ( 3,282)> t table ( 2,0073), thus Ha is accepted. The effect size calculation, obtained is 0,98 (high category).Thersore, it could be conclude that there is influence to the cooperative model of think pair share type towards the results of study results of student in grade X IIS Senior High School Taman Mulia Kubu Raya.Kyword: learning Outcomes, Think Pair Share

Abstract

Abstract This study generally discussed the class XI of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak students’ skills in writing the explanation text and specifically discussed their skills from the aspects of accuracy of text type, structure, language rules, and accuracy of spelling and punctuation. This study aims to describe the skills in writing a explanation text on the class of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak in academic year 2019/2020. his research implemented a descriptive study with the form of quantitative and qualitative. The sample was taken using a random sampling technique. The data was collected using indirect communication with the data collection tool in the form of a written test. The results of the analysis showed that the students' writing skills, according to the aspect of the accuracy of the type of text were categorized as very good at 98.6%. In the structural aspect of the general statement section with a very good category of 89.5%, the structure of the explanation section with a very good category of 90.2%, the structure of the interpretation section with an excellent category of 92.3%, the aspect of linguistic principles with a moderate category of 66%, and the aspect of accuracy of writing spelling and punctuation with very good category was 82%. Abstract

AbstractTechnological advances can be felt both directly and indirectly, marked by the development of the spread of internet networks that cover almost all social strata. In the last few years, electronic games or what we usually call online games have experienced very rapid development. The main objective of this study is to explain the implications of using gamesonline against antisocial behavior among adolescents in Sebagu Village, Teluk Keramat District, Sambas Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation study. informants in this study were adolescents in general who play online games .The results of research and discussion that have been conducted by researchers, concluded that the behavior of using online games by adolescents causes adolescents to have anti-social behavior, the behavior of adolescents playing online games until late at night anddisturbing the general order. Online games are generally used for entertainment but what happens is online games are played excessively, used as a place to escape from the realities of life so that what happens is addictiononline game.Keywords : Adolescents, Anti-Social, Online Game

Abstract

Abstract The research objective was to see the effect of financial literacy on student investment in the West Kalimantan Indonesia Stock Exchange representative office (study on UNTAN students). The method used is a quantitative method, firstly carried out by testing the validity and reliability of the study, then the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linear regression test, simple regression test, determination coefficient test, and t test. From the results of the data normality test, both the X and Y variables are completely normally distributed. From the results of simple linear regression, namely Y = 0.762 + 0.766X, there is a change in change in 1 financial literacy (variable X) or constant (0.762), then it will be followed by an average change of 0.766 in investment decisions (variable Y). Meanwhile, hypothesis testing is based on the determinant coefficient of r2 = 0.600 or 60%. Based on the research results, that literacy has an effect on student investment decisions. This is tested by acceptance of the results of the tests conducted by the researcher. Therefore, to be able to improve investment decisions students must be able to improve financial literacy properly.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Investment Decisions, Untan Student.

Abstract

Abstract The general problem of this research is How the Role of Teachers in Increasing Student Confidence in Sociology Learning Class X IIS SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya ?. The sub-problems are: How do teachers guide and motivate students to be confident in learning sociology in class X IIS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya ?. The research method is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The informants were the Sociology teacher and four students of class X IIS 1. The results showed that the role of the teacher as a guide and motivator has been carried out properly. This is evidenced by the teacher guiding and helping students to overcome difficulties by providing directions. As a motivator, always provide inspirational stories about people who have been successful and use the point system during the learning process. Abstract

AbstractThe research objective was to reveal the dectic gesture in the scientific approach to learning mathematics towards students' creative thinking and interest at the Cahaya Kemuliaan High School for the academic year 2019/2020. The form of research is Pedagogical Action Research (PTP). The research procedure consists of three stages, namely: preparation, implementation, and final. The results of the content and empirical validity obtained that the questionnaire instruments, pretest questions, and post-test questions were feasible to be used to conduct research. After conducting the research, it was concluded that deictic gesture in the scientific approach had an influence on interest, namely on indicators of feelings of pleasure, interest and attention. Abstract The Problem In This Is How Much The Ability To Control Mawasi Geri Kicks. The Purpose Of This Research Is To Determine The Level Of Students Ability To Perform Mawasi Geri Kicks At SMP Negeri 2 Sintang. This Research Method Is Quantitative Descriptive Research Using Survey Methods With Test And Measurement Techniques. The Population In This Students Research Was 25 Samples.. The Sample Must Warm Up First, After That The Sample Performs A HIP Flexion Movement With A Distance Of 25m And Then The Sample Performs A Mawasi Geri Kick. Event Pa This Study Has A Norm Of Kick Scoring An Athlete Mawasi Geri Kick Consisting Of Scores, Categories, Sons And Daughters. The Results Of The Research And Discussion Can Be Concluded As Follows : Excellent Category Of 2 People Or 8% , Good Category Of 5 People Or 20% , Enough Categories Of 2 People Or 8% , Categories Of Less 11 People Or 44% And Categories Of Very Poor 5 People Or 20%. Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by, text-based Indonesian language learning is carried out by applying the principle that language should be viewed as text, the use of language is a process of selecting linguistic forms to express meaning, language is functional, and language is a means of forming human thinking skills (Kemendikbud, 2013: 5). In connection with these principles, it is necessary to realize that each text has a different structure. Learning to write is one of the objects of language skills that is needed, especially in expressing ideas, thoughts, and messages through text. A common problem in this research is "How to learn to write descriptive texts in class VII SMP Negeri 4 Satap Suhaid in the 2020/2021 school year." The subproblem of this research is "How is the planning of learning to write descriptive text in class VII SMP Negeri 4 Satap Suhaid in the 2020/2021 school year, how is the implementation of learning to write descriptive text, and how is the assessment of learning to write descriptive text". The general objective in this research is to describe learning to write descriptive text. This type of research is implementation research. The research method is descriptive method. The form of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Data collection tools are observation sheets, record sheets, and documentation tools. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis, the teacher has implemented learning according to the 2013 curriculum because the teacher has implemented three approaches according to the demands in the syllabus. The teacher has carried out the core activities well and is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, and in accordance with the aspects that have been designed, namely the aspects of mastery of learning materials have been carried out very well. It is better if teachers in the field of Indonesian language studies at SMP Negeri 4 Satap Suhaid should pay more attention to the basic competencies and achievement indicators contained in the RPP, so that the implementation of learning is in accordance with basic competencies and indicators of achievement. Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model at SMP Negeri 1 Sambas. The method used is quasi-experimental. The form of research used was pre-experimental design. The research subjects were students of class VIII E with a total of 30 students. Based on the data analysis of the Wilcoxon Test results, the Sig value (0.000) ˂ Significant level (0.05) was obtained, so there was an increase in the average learning outcomes of students after the implementation of the Student Team Achievement Division learning model. From the results of this study, it was concluded that there was a significant increase in the use of the Student Teams Achievement Division model of cooperative learning on student learning outcomes. It is suggested that the Student Teams Achievement Division type cooperative learning model be used as an alternative learning model to improve student learning outcomes in physics subjects. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the process and results of imparting an understanding of the triangle concept using geoboard as an instructional media. It was qualitative research with a case study method. The data sources in this study were one student (as a case subject), two mathematics teachers, and one mathematics lecturer. Data collection techniques used were personal interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analyzed by three steps: reduction, presentation, and verification. Research findings indicate that geoboard has a relationship with abstract concepts and concrete objects. The geoboard could be used as support while learning the triangle concept in Geometry. The more exercises raised through the geoboard more embedded the triangle concept in student's understanding. Based on the results of this study, the researcher concluded that the geoboard is an alternative instructional media in triangle learning. It recommends that learning mathematics could increase the understanding of concepts in the future. Keywords: Geoboard, Imparting of Concepts, Instructional Media, Triangle
