Abstract

Currently, many businesses in the production sector are being developed by the community. Many companies take advantage of the performance of employees to support the quality of production and meet the target market. The need for Human Resources (HR) must be supported by the quality of granting rights in accordance with the level of employees that have been determined by the government. Policies that have been set by the government to be implemented for companies with a certain number of employees must be complied with. This is an effort to give employees the right to work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of employee performance on obtaining social security funds in the form of BPJS. The research method used includes qualitative research. The data collection technique used is observation and interview technique, while the data analysis technique used includes the thoughts of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.

Abstract

This Study aims to find out about policy changes in Indonesia during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This is because the Covid 19 Pandemic is too high, which requires the goverment to make several policies regarding health and education polices that are threatened. In this study, the author use a Qualitative research method, by collecting some data or information as a tool in research .interviews and observations are considered effective which will produce data or information that is more critical. Logical, and in accordance with the facts on the ground.

Abstract

In implementing the taxes of restaurant management policy in the financial and regional income management agency of Medan City, the purpose of this research is to find out the behaviour of the regulated policy and whether in implementing the policy it has been fully implemented by the Medan City Regional Tax Retribution Management Agency. The object of this research comes from primary data and secondary data. This research shows that there are still some that have not been realized from the applicable policies. The lack of supervision over the collection of Regional Taxes, especially in the Hotel and Restaurant Tax section, impacts tax arrears, which are significant in 2020, reaching 18 billion Indonesia Rupiah.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia suddenly caused a shift from the face-to-face learning system to an online learning system. The smoothness of the online learning process is influenced by various factors that can hinder or hinder the smooth flow of online learning. Based on these results, this study was conducted to determine the factors that encourage online learning and how the criteria for these factors affect online learning. Technology acts as a means of interaction between teachers and students in the implementation of online learning. In addition, technology also helps educators easily provide learning materials, enabling them to continue learning without face-to-face contact. The implementation of online learning certainly presents obstacles that become challenges for educators of academic culture, such as values, attitudes, knowledge, skills, and the readiness of institutions and infrastructure related to technology. This research design uses descriptive qualitative research. The sample size is 65 of the total 80 population. The data collection method in this study used the no-test method by distributing closed questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using percentages and averages. Based on data analysis, the driving factor for online learning at a high standard is 77.27%, and the inhibiting factor at a high standard is 64.01%. From this, we can conclude that the drivers and barriers to online learning are at a high standard. Teacher motivation factors in online learning are adequate facilities and infrastructure, teacher motivation in planning online learning processes, teacher proficiency in using techniques, and communication between teachers and parents, and teacher online learning, the problem is teacher difficulties. It is difficult to implement interactions between teachers and parents, teachers and students when providing material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of the implementation of the role and function of the inspectorate in supervising village funds in the Deli Serdang Regency as well as the obstacles faced by the villages in the Deli Serdang Regency. Technically this method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely by describing it operational activities and plays carried out by the deli Serdang district inspectorate, thus the data sources are people or supervisors. The results of the study conclude that the supervisory role through internal audits of village fund organizers in Deli Serdang district has been carried out well, although there are also some weaknesses regarding the organizers. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect simultaneous and partial of the production process and product innovation on product quality in Convection Sinar Bintang Pangandaran. The method used in the this research is a causal method with a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained by distributing questioners to Convection Sinar Bintang employees.The data collected consist of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software.The results of this study indicade that the production process and product innovation simultaneously had a significant positive effect on product quality in the Convection Sinar Bintang Pangandaran. Partially, production process has a significant positife effect on product quality in the Convection Sinar Bintang Pangandaran. Partially, product innovation has a significant positife effect on product quality in the Convection Sinar Bintang Pangandaran.

Abstract

This study aims to deterimine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at CV. Gatriec Engineering Consultant in Tasikmalaya City. The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 40 respondents who are an employee at CV. Gatriec Engineering Consultant in Tasikmalaya City. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is path analysis using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that Work Stress has a direct negative effect and insignificant on Employee Performance. Work Motivation has a direct positive effect and significant on Employee Performance. Work Stress has a direct negative effect and insignificant on Employee Performance through the Work Motivation. Work Motivation has a direct positive effect and significant on Employee Performance through the Work Stress

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of work of administrative employees at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Medan. This study uses a qualitative method. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The population of this study consisted of four people, namely the principal, head of administration, administrative staff, and teachers. This study shows that the quality of work carried out by administrative employees is quite good. According to interviews with informants, the business staff of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Medan have self-potential, optimal work results, work procedures, and enthusiasm, but do not yet have a clear and concrete division of tasks so that there are still a number of existing jobs.

Abstract

Product distribution is one of the marketing process's activities. Many product manufacturers do not sell to end users directly. This is due to the fact that cost distribution is typically the primary reason corporations do not sell items to end customers. The marketing channel is in charge of getting the product from the manufacturer (the insurance company) to the consumer/customer. This can overcome the owner of a product or service's isolation from the people who require it in terms of time, location, and property. This marketing channel, in reality, necessitates product marketing channel management in compliance with OJK standards. In addition, any rivalry that emerges in the marketing channel while selling insurance goods. As a result, the goal of this article is to go into detail about the marketing channels for insurance products in public marketing.
