Abstract

The pandemic situation causes uncertainty in various lines of life, including the economic and transportation sectors, including PT. Jasa Marga Belmera branch. With the policy that the government has set through Large-Scale Social Restrictions or the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities, it causes a decrease in community mobility in traveling so that toll road users decrease sharply. Therefore, this study aims to determine the impact caused by the covid-19 pandemic on the traffic volume and income received by the company, and how the strategy carried out by PT. Jasa Marga in dealing with problems related to this matter. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach. With data obtained through observation, documentation and interviews with staff or employees who work at PT. Jasa Marga Belmera branch. The results showed that the pandemic caused a decrease in vehicle volume by 12.12% and a decrease in income by 8.82%. The strategies used are cost reduction analysis, differentiation analysis and focus analysis. This strategy is carried out so that the company continues to run effectively and efficiently even in a pandemic like now.

Abstract

Human resources as one of the factors that play an important role in the success or failure of the organization in achieving its goals. Ensure that every organization always wants to move forward with the participation of its members to improve the quality of its performance, including that every organization has a work ethic. A person's attitude towards work that is practiced from business ethics is a view. The work ethic of a person or employee is a source of motivation for his actions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the work ethic of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. Overall, the descriptive statistics analysis of the results shows that in general the work ethic of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra fulfills the mandate of providing services to the community in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Abstract

This study describes the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service Office of North Sumatra Province. The background of this research is how to apply the principles of good governance in public services and what obstacles are encountered in the application of the principles of good governance. The research was conducted at the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service, North Sumatra Province. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and recording. The resource persons in this study were not only employees, data collection and determination, but also the people who participated in licensing services. Collect, compare, and analyze data through qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the application of the principles of good governance went well, especially in terms of participation, accountability, rule of law, transparency, effectiveness and efficiency, and responsiveness.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the service quality of the Laut Dendang Village office has an effect on the satisfaction level of the Laut Dendang Village community. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive analysis researcher, where the object of research is the village office of Laut Dendang, the population is the surrounding community and the sample is people who already have ID cards, the data collection technique is through a questionnaire to the respondents. Data analysis in this study used correlation coefficient analysis, reliability test, validity test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, hypothesis testing and also hypothesis testing using SPSS application. The results showed that the level of service quality had a positive effect on the satisfaction of the people of Laut Dendang Village.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the management of zakat in the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Asahan Regency. This article is a type of empirical and descriptive research conducted at the National Amil Zakat (BAZNAS) of Asahan Regency. In collecting primary data sources, researchers used the interview method, while for secondary data collection researchers used the documentation method. Based on the results of the study, zakat in the BAZNAS of Asahan Regency has been managed properly and has complied with sharia provisions, so that zakat funds in Asahan Regency can be felt by the community in accordance with the goals of the prescribed zakat. The zakat collected comes from zakat maal on agricultural products, commercial products, salaries of State Civil Apparatus (ASN), and others. Until this research was conducted, BAZNAS of Asahan Regency distributed zakat funds only to four groups of mustahik:the poor, riqab, gharimin, and fi-sabilillah. The zakat collected at BAZNAS Asahan Regency has exceeded the specified target, and is distributed in four patterns of zakat distribution, namely traditional consumptive, creative consumptive, traditional productive, and creative productive. The obstacles faced are the lack of public awareness, lack of regulatory support from the government, and the lack of assistance and guidance to mustahik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the management of human resources is carried out at PMKS PT. Sinar Pandawa, namely knowing the recruitment system, employee training, employee assessment and supervision of employee attendance, as well as occupational safety and health. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected by means of interviews and documentation, as well as using primary and secondary data. The results showed that in 2021 employees at PMKS PT. Sinar Pandawa numbered 107 people. Implementation of human resource management in PMKS PT. Sinar Pandawa is carried out with an employee recruitment system that is used through internal and external sources, conducting certified training, evaluating employees with 3 (three) aspects of assessment and monitoring employee attendance through the fingerprint attendance system. Then, the occupational safety and health that is implemented is by requiring employees to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment, as well as conducting socialization or counseling.

Abstract

This journal reviews the performance report by the Environmental Agency of North Sumatra Province in 2021. This study aims to describe how the performance report is carried out by the Environmental Agency of North Sumatra Province. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, including library research. The source of this research is secondary data such as report data and related journals. Performance reporting is a form of accountability for each government agency for the implementation of programs and budgets. Performance report based on agreement, performance appraisal and performance evaluation. The results showed that the performance planning carried out was the 2019-2023 Strategic Plan (Renstra). In realizing the vision and mission of the Regional Head and to achieve the targets of the Main Performance Indicators (IKU), the North Sumatra Provincial Environment Service establishes a work program. The achievement of the performance indicators against the national target is very good because it is above the target set in the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry for the Year 2020-2024.

Abstract

Development is a planned process aimed at improving people's welfare. One of the most important processes is development planning, which requires an annual budget to realize the planned program. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic ratios and growth ratios on the realization of the Bappeda budget in developing Medan City during the Covid-19 period. This research was conducted at the Medan City Regional Development Planning Agency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection method used is observation and documentation by taking secondary data. The analytical technique used is using the Economy Ratio and Growth Ratio measurement methods. The results of this study say that Covid is indicated in Indonesia in 2020, so in 2019 there is no such indication, in the 2019-2021 Bappeda Budget Realization Report there are differences in the budget and realization each year. In 2019 the budget was 10,943,903,735 and the realization was 6,068,358,002. In 2020 the budget is 10,419,108,595 and the realization is 5,531,644,863. In 2021 the budget is 24,292,278,919 and the realization is 16,315,636,163. In 2021 Budget and Realization will increase by 2.21% and 2.68% from 2019. 595 and Realization of 5,531,644,863. Abstract

The Bank has taken advantage of the development of information technology in its banking services by launching mobile banking (m-banking). Bank BSI is one of the banks that provides mobile banking services to customers named BSI Mobile. This study aims to determine how much customer interest in using BSI Mobile and how the application of BSI Mobile to customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research, the data obtained in this study is primary data because it is obtained from the results of interviews with customers of BSI KCP Medan Pulo Brayan. BSI Mobile is one of the distribution channels used to access customer accounts via smartphones using the 3G/4G technology network and Wifi owned by Bank Syariah Indonesia, can be installed on the Playstore or Appstore. The features in BSI Mobile provided are Account Info, Transfer, Payment, Purchase, Islamic Services, Sharing-Ziswaf, e-mas, Favorites, Cash Withdrawal, Open Account, Top-Up eWallet, E-Commerce, Scheduled Transactions, Keyboards, and Financing. The application of the database provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia to customer transaction activities through BSI Mobile is one of Bank Syariah Indonesia's efforts to improve service and existence in the current economic situation.

Abstract

Trade as one of the economic activities carried out by most people in Indonesia. Indonesia has various natural potentials both in agriculture and animal husbandry. One of the advantages that Indonesia has is soil fertility so that it can have a positive impact in the form of the growth of various plants, one of which is palm trees. The output of processed palm trees is arena sugar which is widely used by the community for daily food. In addition, palm sugar is also one of the leading commodities in Mandailing Natal, North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavior of palm sugar traders in Mandailing Natal based on the perspective of Islamic business ethics. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the behavior of palm sugar traders in Mandailing Natal is in accordance with Islamic law and Islamic business ethics.
