This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing employee performance in terms of Work Discipline and Communication at the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The method used in this study is a case study method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 61 respondents who are employees of the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Work Discipline and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance of the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.

This study aims to determine the effect of menu variations and cafe atmosphere on competitive advantage (a case study on Volkswagen Café in Tasikmalaya). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers of Volkswagen Café in Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the menu variation has a very good rating classification, the cafe atmosphere has a good rating classification, while the competitive advantage has a very good rating classification for Volkswagen Café Consumers in Tasikmalaya. Simultaneously, menu variations and cafe atmosphere have a significant influence on competitive advantage. Partially, menu variations have a significant effect on competitive advantage and cafe atmosphere has a significant influence on Volkswagen Café's competitive advantage in Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Work Environment on the morale of BPBD members in Tasikmalaya City. In this study, the three variables used an ordinal measuring scale. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on the purposive sampling technique. The object of this research is the work spirit of the BPBD Tasikmalaya City (BPBD task force) members, totaling 32 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Competence and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect, competence partially has a significant effect and the work environment partially has no significant effect on the Work Spirit of BPBD Members in Tasikmalaya City.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the variable costs of raw materials and direct labor costs on the efficiency of production costs at the Sumedang Asoy Tofu Factory. The research method used is a case study. The data used are primary data and secondary data. These are raw material cost data, direct labor cost data, and production cost data for the 2018-2021 period. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the cost of raw materials and direct labor costs simultaneously have a significant effect on production costs. The cost of raw materials partially has a significant effect on the efficiency of production costs. Partial labor costs have a significant effect on the efficiency of production costs. Therefore, the Sumedang Asoy Tofu Factory must spend on raw material costs and direct labor costs efficiently and effectively in order to reduce production costs.

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of lifestyle and consumer motivation simultaneously and partially on survey purchase decisions on smartphone users in Eureunpalay Village, Cibalong Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a causality survey approach. The sample in the study was 100 respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed simultaneously the lifestyle and motivation of consumers have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, consumer motivation has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price simultaneously or partially on consumer satisfaction at the Klontongan Iyos Kawalu Tasikmalaya store. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The results of this study show that simultaneously service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially the quality of service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, the price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Effect of Packaging and Promotion on Buying Interest (Survey of Maykroni consumers in the City of Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling and the sample used is incidental sampling. 100 respondents were taken. The analysis tool used was multiple regression equation. The results showed that Packaging and Promotion had a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Maykroni consumers in the City of Tasikmalaya. The partial packaging had a significant effect on the Buying Interest of Maykroni consumers in the City of Tasikmalaya. Partial promotion significant effect on consumer buying interest Maykroni in Tasikmalaya City.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer experience on satisfaction and their impact on customer loyalty at Shafira Tour & Travel Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a survey method with a causal research design. The population in this study is the number of orders in the last period as many as 4.784 and after being processed using the Slovin formula, the sample is taken as many as 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on satisfaction in Shafira Tour & Travel Tasikmalaya. Customer experience have a significant effect on satisfaction in Shafira Tour & Travel Tasikmalaya. Satisfaction has not been proven to be able to mediate service quality on customer loyalty through the satisfaction of Shafira Tour & Travel Tasikmalaya. Customer experience have a significant effect on customer loyalty through satisfaction in Shafira Tour & Travel Tasikmalaya.
