<![CDATA[Human resources have a very important role in achieving company goals. Work life balance can be unbalanced due to long working hours compared with personal time, so it can make employees vulnerable to have a decrease in performance. Different compensation for each employee can cause a decrease in performance because with giving the same workload, it can make the employees feel less valued and feel that workload who given is not commensurate with compensation and performance generated by employees.This study aims to determine the description of Work Life Balance, Compensation, and Performance on Non ASN Employees at BPBD Tasikmalaya. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing found that Work Life Balance and compensation has a Simultaneous significant effect on employee performance at BPBD Tasikmalaya, but the Work Life Balance partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance at BPBD Tasikmalaya. Therefore, it is suggested for BPBD should be able to adjust given the workload to employees so they can divide time with personal lives and the time they spend is not used too much in the office so a decrease in employee performance can be minimized.]]>

<![CDATA[Performance is the ability possessed by each individual in doing a job so that it becomes an achievement in achieving the goals shown in the behavior displayed. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional quotient and adaptability on the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Office employees. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is civil servants and works at the Tasikmalaya Health Office. The sampling technique used in this study was census (saturated sampling), and the total sample was the entire population. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis, we used the F test and t test. The test results on the hypothesis show that together the variables of emotional quotient and adaptability have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Service employees, and partially the emotional quotient and adaptability variables have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Tasikmalaya Health Service employees.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of advertising attractiveness, price perception, and electronic word of mouth on Shopee users' buying interest in Management Study Program students Perjuangan University. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a consumer survey approach with a sample of 100 respondents. The data collected is in the form of data which is carried out using a questionnaire technique. Analysis of the data used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26 software. The results show that advertising attractiveness, price perception and electronic word of mouth simultaneously and partially affect buying interest.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine work discipline and work supervision on the performance of Karangresik tourism park employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an employee survey approach with a sample of 58 respondents. The data collected in the form of data was carried out using a questionnaire technique. Analysis of the data used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26 software. The results show that work discipline and work supervision simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance.]]>

The method used is a quantitative approach with a reserch sample of 100 respondents from consumers of Honda Beat Motors CV. Sinar Mas Honda. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Tastes felt by consumers of Honda Beat CV. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of raw material costs and production labor costs partially or simultaneously at the Tofu Factory of Mr. Asep Yaya in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya for the 2019-2021 period. The research method used in this research is to use the causal relationship method (comparative causal) with a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data. The population of this study is the annual financial report of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya and the sample was taken for 3 years for the 2019-2021 period. This study uses the analysis method of data normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the cost of raw materials and labor costs have a significant effect on production results at the Tofu Factory of Mr. Asep Yaya in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya. The cost of raw materials partially has a positive and significant effect on the Production Results of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya. Then the Labor Cost partially negative and significant effect on the Production Results of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya.]]>

The method used is causal associative with a reserch sample of 50 respondents from members of the WO Squad.id association. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the communication felt by the members of the WO Squad.id association members has very good criteria. Leadership of the WO Squad.id association members has very good criteria. Simultaneously, communication and leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially comunication has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially, leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of perception of price, taste, and location of sales on customer satisfaction at Café Shelter Wisata Galunggung Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method with a survey method. The population in this study is unknown and the sample is taken using random sampling. While the determination of the number of respondents (samples) using purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. SPSS version 25 is used. The results show that price perception and taste simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Price perception partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Taste partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The sales location partially has no significant influence on customer satisfaction.]]>
