Abstract

This study aims to determine the forms of promotion on social media of the Tourism Office as a means of increasing tourists, to find out the obstacles experienced by the North Sumatra Province Tourism Office in promoting tourism in North Sumatra Province, to find out the success rate of the Tourism Office in promoting tourism in Sumatra Province. North by using social media. This research is an exploratory research, namely research conducted to explore data and information on new topics or issues aimed at deepening or further research. The purpose of the research is to formulate more accurate questions that will be answered in further research or later research. The results of the research found by researchers are forms of promotion in the form of advertising, sale promotion, publicity, promotion through social media. Promotion through social media creates trust for consumers because there are many testimonials and comments that are useful for users to find out more information. Abstract

The results of this study indicate. (1) It can be seen that the magnitude of the adjusted R square value is 0.175 or 17.5%. This shows that Work Discipline (Z) and Leadership Style (X) can explain Employee Performance (Y) by 17.5%, the remaining 82.5% (100% - 17.5%) is explained by other variables outside the model. this research. (2) The results of the t-test (partial) can be seen that the obtained tcount (4,363) > ttable (2,048), as well as the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Leadership Style variable (X) positive and significant effect on Work Discipline (Z). (3) The results of the t-test (partial) can be seen that the value of tcount (1.917) ttable (2.048), and the significance value is 0.367 0, 05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is rejected, meaning that Leadership Style (X) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). (4) The results of the path analysis test show that the direct effect of variable X on variable Y is 0.200. Meanwhile, the indirect effect through the Z variable is 0.636 x 0.329 = 0.2092. From the calculation results obtained, the indirect effect through the Z variable is greater than the direct effect on the Y variable.

Abstract

This study aims to get an overview of the initial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on North Sumatra tourismby using research methods is the whole way of thinking used by researchers to find answers to research questions, including the approach used, scientific procedures (methods taken) including in collecting data, analyzing data and drawing conclusions. This type of research is descriptive. The purpose of descriptive research is to make descriptions, pictures, or paintings in a systematic, factual and accurate manner regarding the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated.The primary data source in this research is data obtained from informants. Primary data collection using interviews with research informants. The collection method is structured and open, meaning that respondents are informed about the research objectives so that they can provide answers in accordance with the research objectives and do not deviate which can result in biased research results. The results and discussion can be concluded that the impact of covid-19 on West Sumatra tourism has caused a decrease in foreign tourists and foreign tourists visiting, a decline in the transportation sector and the provision of accommodation and food and drink. This in turn also has an impact on the poor condition of employment in the tourism sector in West Sumatra. Entrepreneurs generally find it difficult to finance operationsbusiness, experienced a decrease in income and losses due to no business income. The impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic shows that tourism, which has links with many supporting sectors, is a sector that is very vulnerable to disasters such as disease outbreaks or pandemics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix on consumer buying interest in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at Warung Kinoy Kampung Lalang. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this test conclude that price and promotion have an effect on consumer buying interest while product and place have no effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study analyzed differences in financial performance before and after the implementation of the Financial Management Pattern of the Regional Public Service Agency (PPK-BLUD) at Cut Meutia Public Hospital, North Aceh Regency. Financial performance was proxied by the ratio of profitability, liquidity, solvency, and activity. The periods used were 2012-2015 (Before KDP-BLUD) and 2016-2019 (After KDP-BLUD). This study used secondary data in the form of quantitative data. The data analysis method used was Paired T-Test. The results showed that in financial performance ratios, there were significant differences in the ratio of profitability, liquidity, and activity before and after the implementation of PPK-BLUD, but the solvency ratio did not differ before and after the implementation of PPK-BLUD at Cut Meutia Hospital, North Aceh Regency.
