Abstract

Teachers are professional educators. To carry out their duties in educating students, teachers must have sufficient competence. This study aims to improve the teaching and learning process carried out by teachers through a series of systematic improvements to improve professional competence. This study examines the characteristics of clinical supervision, procedures in carrying out clinical supervision and the strengths and weaknesses of clinical supervision. This research is library research by collecting data by analyzing books related to the research topic. The results of the study show the formation of professionalism from teachers who intend to support education reform and to "combat" educational decline, especially starting with teaching teachers in the classroom. With repairs and improvements, it is hoped that students can study well so that educational and teaching goals can be achieved optimally. especially in teaching performance based on observation and analysis of accurate and objective data as a guide for changing teaching behavior. This supervision puts emphasis on the process of "professional development and development" with the intention of responding to the main understanding and needs of teachers related to their duties.

Abstract

The implementation of transformative generative theory in learning Arabic is an interesting approach in developing Arabic understanding and skills. The transformative generative theory, developed by Noam Chomsky, provides a solid foundation for studying the syntactic structure and transformation of sentences in Arabic. This article reviews the implementation of transformative generative theory in the context of learning Arabic. We explain how this approach can help learners understand the rules of Arabic syntax in a systematic and structured manner. By studying the transformation patterns in Arabic, learners can recognize and apply the correct sentence structure. In addition, the implementation of transformative generative theory in learning Arabic can also help learners expand their vocabulary and improve communication skills. With a deeper understanding of Arabic grammar, learners can construct more complex and accurate sentences. However, it is important to consider individual needs and learning styles in implementing this approach. Every learner has different needs, therefore, teachers and instructors need to provide a learning environment that is supportive and relevant to maximize learner potential

Abstract

The Nahdlatul Ulama Strategic Information System or SISNU digital application is an innovative product among NU organizations in Central Java. This article aims to take a more in-depth look at what and how SISNU is and at the same time analyze its benefits for the NU organization itself. This research tries to use a content analysis approach to the SISNU application, and then compiles the results using a narrative descriptive model. The conclusion of this research is that SISNU is relatively easy to operate and has strategic benefits for local NU organizations. That innovation in creating digital application regarding organizational information system can facilitate the work of organizational management itself.

Abstract

Arabic translation in Islamic history played an important role in connecting the civilization of the Arab world with ancient knowledge and foreign cultures. From the time of the Prophet Muhammad to the time of the Ottoman Empire, the translation of science and philosophy was key in the development of science in the Islamic world. During the time of the Prophet Muhammad, the importance of mastering foreign languages and communication with non-Arab communities encouraged translation activities. The Prophet Muhammad himself sent letters to foreign kings and even translated the Koran. During the Umayyad era, the translation of Greek knowledge into Arabic began as a personal initiative of clerics. Furthermore, the Abbasid Daula, especially during the time of Caliph al-Ma'mun, witnessed a large-scale translation movement and the establishment of Bayt al-Hikmah as a translation center. During the Ottoman Empire, Islamic education initially experienced a setback, but Sultan Mahmud II reconstructed the education system, including the curriculum and teaching methods. This article emphasizes that individual hard work and political support in the scientific translation movement were important factors in the development of Islamic civilization. Further research can explore the role of translation in the context of Islamic education and the development of Islamic society today.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of increasing KD interest and learning outcomes in consuming halal food and drinks and avoiding haram ones using the Walk Gallery method in Class VIIIA Semester 2 of SMP Negeri 4 Purworejo. The aim of this research is to increase PAIBP's interest and learning outcomes in the material Consuming Halal Food and Drinks and Avoiding Haram for class VIIIA Semester 2 students at SMP Negeri 4 Purworejo. The method used in this Classroom Action Research is the Walk Gallery learning method. The subject of this Class Action Research is class VIIIA of SMP Negeri 4 Purworejo for the 2019/2020 academic year. The number of students is 32 consisting of 12 boys and 20 girls, namely from January to March 2020 in the even semester. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research procedure consists of pre-research, cycle one planning, implementation of cycle one actions, observation cycle one, reflection cycle one. This research produces the following conclusions. (1) The Gallery Walk method can increase interest in learning, namely activating all students in the learning process by visiting observers to other galleries and representatives of gallery attendants to exchange information on the material being discussed. This can be seen from the increase in interest in listening to explanations in cycle I from 84%, cycle II to 100%, interest in doing assignments from 78% to 93%, interest in seeking information from 68% to 78%, and interest in participating in groups from 81% to 93%. (2) Using the Gallery Walk method can improve student learning outcomes. Students' learning completeness and absorption of subject matter always increases, starting in cycle I, 75% of students have completed learning with an absorption capacity of 79.22%, then in cycle II there has been an increase, namely 100% of students have completed learning with an absorption capacity of 87%. .03%.

Abstract

Quality is the ability of a product or service to meet customer needs. This article aims to: (1) determine the implementation of TQM in educational institutions more effectively and efficiently; (2) knowing the benefits obtained in improving quality continuously through implementing TQM in educational institutions. This research uses a literature study research method. Data collection techniques by collecting several previous studies. Previous research that has been collected is then compiled, analyzed and concluded in order to obtain conclusions regarding quality models of educational management. The conclusion in this research can be drawn that Total Quality Management (TQM) refers to a quality emphasis that covers the entire organization, from suppliers to customers. Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in educational institutions, namely: continuous improvement; determine Quality Standards (Quality assurance); cultural change (change of culture); organizational change (upside-downorganization); and maintaining relationships with customers (keeping close to the customer). To support the implementation of TQM, an implementation strategy is needed, namely the Preparation Phase, Planning Phase and Implementation Phase. The success or failure of TQM implementation really depends on the commitment and cooperation of all elements of the educational institution, from top management to staff level.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the formation of students' religious character and students' religious activities at MI Al Muttaqin Bantarsari. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive methods. The research subjects were madrasa heads, teachers, employees and students. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the formation of the religious character of students at MI Al Muttaqin Bantarsari is carried out through habituation to religious activities, which starts from learning in the classroom by providing material that refers to the curriculum, syllabus and RPP, then implemented through habituation to religious activities. These religious activities are Cultivating 5S (Greetings, Smiles, Greetings, Politeness, Manners); Dress neatly, cleanly and cover your private parts; Habit of Duha and Midday Prayers in Congregation; Reading Nadzam Asmaul Husna and praying at the beginning and end of learning; Maintaining Cleanliness and Complying with Madrasah Rules and Regulations; Friday Koran; Habituation of Infaq/Jariyah; and the Kilat Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School. The implementation of religious activities is carried out based on a predetermined time. Evaluation of activities is carried out in various ways, there are weekly, monthly and annual evaluations. This evaluation was carried out to determine the extent of the positive impact and influence of religious activities on students and their suitability with the madrasah's vision and mission.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the planning, organization, implementation and control of human resources in realizing quality learning at the Riyadlatuth Tholabah Bulus Pesantren Kebumen Islamic boarding school. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research location is at the Riyadlatuth Tholabah Bulus Pesantren Kebumen Islamic boarding school. In this research, the research subjects were the boarding school leaders, lodge treasurers, lodge heads, deputy lodge heads, ustadz, infrastructure managers, lodge administrative staff, lodge secretaries, foundation chairs, foundation treasurers, and foundation supervisors. Furthermore, the informants for this research were students, guardians of students, community leaders, and Islamic boarding school committees. Research data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. This research data was analyzed using interactive analysis techniques developed by Miles & Huberman, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show: (1) human resource planning in realizing quality learning at the Riyadlotuth Tholabah Bulus Pesantren Kebumen Islamic boarding school is carried out at the beginning of every year, always making a list of educators for the students; (2) organizing human resources in realizing quality learning at the Riyadlotuth Tholabah Bulus Pesantren Kebumen Islamic boarding school is carried out by holding meetings with educators, without any educational organization; (3) the implementation of human resources in realizing quality learning at the Riyadlotuth Tholabah Bulus Pesantren Kebumen Islamic boarding school has gone well because it is a routine; and (4) control of human resources in realizing quality learning at the Riyadlotuth Tholabah Bulus Pesantren Kebumen Islamic boarding school can be said to be quite good, control is also carried out by evaluating the human resources of the Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the motivation for students' cultural interest in reading and telling stories through the literacy movement program in improving students' intellectual abilities at MI Guppi Serang. This research uses qualitative research. Participants in this research were 131 MI GUPPI Serang students, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency, Central Java in grades 4-6 MI. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the research show that students at MI GUPPI have good intellectual abilities after the existence of a culture of reading and telling stories through the literacy movement program. There needs to be collaborative efforts between schools, parents and the community in increasing students' motivation to read and tell stories, the most important obstacle in this effort. Increasing motivation for students' interest in reading is the lack of reference and reading sources

Abstract

This article explores the relevance of Ki Hajar Dewantara's thought in presenting a paradigm of religious tolerance in Indonesia. As a pioneer of Taman Siswa, Ki Hajar Dewantara brought important contributions to the discourse of tolerance and inclusiveness. This article aims to provide solid and contextual scientific insights into how Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts can continue to color and form the foundation of religious tolerance in Indonesia. The research methodology in this article is a narrative review of the literature, by explaining Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts that are relevant to religious tolerance. The results of this research are 1) Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts on religious tolerance are relevant in the face of contemporary social, cultural and educational dynamics. 2). The influence of Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts in the world of education has proven to have a positive impact, related to the integration of religious tolerance values in the formal and non-formal curriculum illustrates how Ki Hajar Dewantara's thoughts become the foundation for the transformation of education in Indonesia, and 3). Case studies and successful examples illustrate that Ki Hajar Dewantara's thought is not only a theoretical concept, but also a practical guide. The implementation of this thought at various levels of education provides clear evidence that religious tolerance can be realized through real and measurable efforts.
