Abstract

Riset ini riset transformatif sosial dalam upaya memberdayakan perempuan muslimah yang tertular HIV AIDS, yang kemudian mereka menjadi Orang Dengan HIV AIDS (ODHA). Dalam riset ini mereka disebut sebagai perempuan muslimah ODHA. Lokasi riset di Kebumen Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Riset ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan menggunakan model participatory action research (PAR) dan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang diramu dalam model knowledge sharing dan diskusi hasil temuan secara partisipatoris. Informan kuncinya adalah sejumlah perempuan muslimah ODHA di Kebumen. Riset dilakukan pada Mei-Juni 2018. Meskipun masih pada tahapan perencanaan kegiatan, hasil riset sudah cukup menggembirakan. Adapun hasilnya adalah bahwa (1)perempuan muslimah ODHA menyadari dan setuju terhadap upaya penguatan mereka melalui kegiatan keagamaan Islam dan kegiatan ekonomi produktif, (2)kalangan pegiat HIV AIDS juga mendukung upaya penguatan tersebut, (3)kalangan perempuan muslimah ODHA masih khawatir dan takut akan stigma dan diskriminasi dengan adanya open status sehingga mereka masih memerlukan bantuan dari pegiat HIV AIDS untuk mendampingi mereka, (4)adanya rencana bersama menyelenggarakan kegiatan bagi upaya penguatan para perempuan muslimah ODHA, dan (5)model PAR masih direkomendasikan. Adapun rekomendasi dari riset ini adalah pentingnya manajemen pemberdayaan perempuan muslimah ODHA secara massif dan komprehensif yang menggandeng bersama berbagai kalangan mitra secara partisipatori.

Abstract

This article tries to explain the strategic planning of education in the perspective of Islamic theology, philosophy of reconstructionism, social psychology, and structural-functional sociology. Articles based on library research. Strategic planning that relies on the work of leaders (managers) is the embryo of strategic management, and therefore this article tries to discuss it with the Wheelen-Hunger theoretical approach of strategic management and Ki Hajar Dewantara's trilogy of leadership. The result is that educational strategy planning requires a leader who is agile as well as civil servant.

Abstract

kolaboratif ini merupakan hasil riset transformatif dengan pendekatan partisipatori (participatory action research, PAR) yang awalnya masih sebatas mengetahui (to know), memahami (to understand), dan merencanakan aksi (to plan action) tentang manajemen penyelenggaraan pendidikan baca tulis Al Quran (BTQ) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 1 Kutowinangun Kebumen.Sekolah ini menyelenggarakan BTQ untuk memenuhi Peraturan Bupati Kebumen (Perbup) Nomor 31 T ahun 2016 tentang Pelaksanaan Pendalaman Pemahaman Kitab Suci (Perbup 31/2016).Di sini sekolah sudah menjalankannya selama 3 semester sampai sekarang.Bagaimana sekolah ini mengimplementasikan Perbup 31/2016 di atas merupakan permasalahan umum riset ini.Tujuan riset adalah untuk mengetahui secara partisipatif bersama para guru BTQ tentang masalahmereka, lalu mendiskusikannya, dan kemudian membuat rencana-rencana aksi penyelesaian masalah.Riset ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode analisa SWOT dengan analisa 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) untuk membangun analisa masalah, analisa tujuan, penyusunan kerangka kerja, dan refleksi dan tindak lanjut. Riset ini bersifat berkelanjutan, sehingga tindakan itu pun akan direfleksikan untuk mengevaluasi dan membangun rencana berikutnya.Hasil riset selama Januari-Pebruari 2018 ini adalah bahwa (1)Perbup 31/2016 di atas ternyata tidak lengkap dan menghadirkan masalah dalam pelaksanaannya, dan karenanya perlu perbaikan, (2)sekolah perlu membuat struktur organisasi BTQ dan kurikulum BTQ sendiri, (3)rencana tindak lanjut yang jelas.PAR, Perbup 31/2016, BTQPAR, Perbup 31/2016, BTQPAR, Perbup 31/2016, BTQ

Abstract

Management of students and guidance and counceling becomes one important component in management of school/madrasah. It becomes very important when it is associated with the character learning in Indonesia nowadays. This writing tries to explain them through one aspect of management, that is planning. Planning in recruiting new students is so important and vital as a part of process of management of students and guidance and counceling in school/madrasah. All activities associating with recruiting new students, both management and administrative, becomes like a success key at first for process of school/madrasah management sustainably. Abstract

The Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IIC) rolled out by the government is enough to cause stuttering in the school/madrasah environment, especially for teachers. The purpose of this community service research is to increase the understanding and mastery of the IIC for teachers and school/madrasah principals. The method used is the in-on-in learning model with the packaging of technical guidance which is organized by involving the multistakeholders. The results are: (1)technical guidance is able to uncover a number of deadlocks in IKM, so that the stuttering and worries that arise can turn into increased understanding and mastery of IKM, KOSP, and MA, (2)technical guidance is even able to present a solution to improve the quality of education related to the preparation of the KOSP and MA, (3)technical guidance shows a significant increase in understanding and mastery of IKM, KOSP, and MA, and (4)the implementation of the IKM technical guidance has a positive influence on the performance of the collaborating parties. The recommendation is that the in-on-in model by collaborating with a number of schools/madrasahs, university, and other institutions should continue to be carried out to increase understanding and mastery of IKM, as well as to improve the performance of the stakeholders.Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM) yang digulirkan pemerintah cukup menimbulkan kegagapan di lingkungan sekolah/madrasah, khususnya bagi para guru. Tujuan penelitian pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penguasaan IKM bagi guru dan kepala sekolah/madrasah. Metode yang digunakan adalah model pembelajaran in-on-in dengan kemasan bimbingan teknis (bimtek) yang diselenggarakan dengan melibatkan multistakeholders. Hasil pengabdian adalah: (1)bimtek mampu menguak sejumlah kebuntuan dalam IKM, sehingga kegagapan dan kekhawatiran yang timbul mampu berubah menjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan penguasaan IKM, KOSP, dan MA, (2)bimtek bahkan mampu menyuguhkan sebentuk solusi perbaikan mutu pendidikan terkait penyusunan KOSP dan MA, (3)bimtek menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan penguasaan IKM, KOSP, dan MA yang signifikan, dan (4)penyelenggaraan bimtek IKM ternyata mempunyai pengaruh positif pada kinerja para pihak yang berkolaborasi. Rekomendasinya, model in-on-in dengan mengkolaborasikan sejumlah sekolah/madrasah, perguruan tinggi (PT), dan lembaga lain layak terus dilakukan untuk peningkatan pemahaman dan penguasaan IKM, sekaligus untuk peningkatan kinerja para pihak.

Abstract

Efforts to develop Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in schools/madrasas can actually utilize the clinical supervision model. However, in general, school/madrasah principals are reluctant to carry out clinical supervision for various reasons, and subject teachers are not brave enough to propose it. This paper aims to get a brief overview of clinical supervision management in PAI learning. The research was conducted briefly at SMP Maarif 1 Kebumen. The method used is field research, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation, and the results are in the form of qualitative descriptive narratives, and the principal is the key informant from which other informants are then developed through the snowball sampling model. The results of his research are that clinical supervision at SMP Maarif 1 Kebumen is managed using the POAC management model, namely (a)planning is carried out at the beginning of the semester which is prepared by the principal and held a meeting with the deputy heads, and then socialized to teachers through the beginning of the semester meeting, (b)organizing using the delegation model, (c)delegating of further clinical supervision from the school principal to the vice principal in the curriculum field assisted by a number of senior teachers, (d)actuating as implementation of clinical supervision is carried out starting from checking the quality of lesson plans in samples related to materials, learning resources, and learning methods, inviting teachers whose lesson plans need improvement, and carrying out clinical processes and improving the quality of lesson plans, (e)controlling is carried out through closed meetings between school principals and the deputy head of curriculum and a number of senior teachers. Furthermore, supervision of PAI learning itself is directly carried out by the school principal. Controls, evaluations and repairs are completed by discussion and friendly chat but it works. The Javanese cultural approach has a positive impact on the implementation of clinical supervision. The end of clinical supervision activities is imputing data of the supervision score into the system.

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze management in the development of morality in RA GUPPI Pekauman, Madukara District, Banjarnegara Regency. The research method was carried out using a qualitative approach to the implementation of education at RA GUPPI Pekauman. The results of the study show that: 1) RA GUPPI Pekauman in planning the management of morality development involves all elements of both madrasas, stakeholders, communities and parents of students who are involved in determining the moral values ​​applied in madrasas contained in the rules; 2) Implementation of the management of moral development of RA GUPPI Pekauman is carried out in teaching and learning activities by integrating character values ​​and moral values ​​in each subject and implemented in extracurricular activities; 3) Evaluation of the management of the moral development of RA GUPPI Pekauman is carried out by making evaluation instruments, recording the achievement of indicators, and conducting analysis and follow-up.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) is in an effort to improve the quality of student discipline at the An-Nahdlah Student Islamic Boarding School, Kebumen. The informants in this study were caregivers, administrators, and students of the An-Nahdlah Kebumen Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study is using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study include three methods, namely: observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that efforts to improve the quality of the discipline of students at the An-Nahdlah Kebumen Student Islamic Boarding School use PDCA. In the planning process, improving the quality of the rules regarding obligations and prohibitions. In the implementation process, socializing and monitoring the implementation of obligations and prohibitions. In the monitoring process, checking and analyzing the quality of the implementation of the code of conduct and determining the priority of corrective action. In the repair process, make improvements to the rules regarding obligations and prohibitions so that new rules are created.
