Abstract

This article examines the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Arabic language learning to enhance proficiency among students. Mastering Arabic in modern educational settings is particularly challenging due to its complex grammar, various dialects, and unique script. Addressing these challenges, the research explores the effectiveness of AI-driven tools in facilitating Arabic language acquisition. Using qualitative research methods, the study investigates the application of AI technologies, such as natural language processing and machine learning algorithms, to create customized learning experiences for Arabic learners. By analyzing learner interactions and feedback, the study evaluates the effectiveness of AI platforms in overcoming language learning obstacles and improving linguistic skills. The findings indicate that AI-powered language learning applications provide personalized and adaptive learning environments tailored to individual styles and preferences. The analysis shows significant improvements in vocabulary acquisition, grammar comprehension, and conversational proficiency among learners using AI-integrated platforms. The impact of AI in Arabic language learning is substantial, offering a more engaging and interactive experience while overcoming traditional barriers. AI also provides continuous feedback and progress tracking, allowing learners to monitor their development and adjust their strategies. This research highlights the potential of AI technologies to revolutionize Arabic language education, offering innovative solutions to enhance proficiency and fluency. By leveraging AI-driven tools, educators and learners can more effectively navigate the complexities of Arabic, promoting broader access to linguistic expertise and cultural understanding.

Abstract

The important aspect of human life is education. Through education, a person can develop their potential andunderstanding of the world around him can be developed through education. In Islam, education has a very important role. The Al-Quran as the holy book of Muslims provides guidance and guidance in living life, including in matters of education. Education in the vision of the Al-Quran aims to guide individuals to achieve spiritual, moral and intellectual perfection, as well as forming a just, harmonious and prosperous society. This research uses a literature review approach which focuses on data collection and comprehensive analysis of material or theories from various sources, including articles related to the topic discussed. The Al-Qur'an provides insight into education and teaching by emphasizing the importance of knowledge, morals and holistic self-development. This includes moral, scientific, social, and spiritual learning to form individuals who have noble character, are knowledgeable, and contribute positively to society. Thus, education in the insight of the Al-Quran is very important in the lives of Muslims. Through the Al-Quran, we can learn good life values ​​and apply them in everyday life. As Muslims, we should understand and practice the teachings of the Al-Quran in living this life. Hopefully, with education in the insight of the Al-Quran, we can become good individuals and be useful to society.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of managerial supervision carried out by school principals with planning, implementation, coordination, evaluation and development of educational staff resources. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with school principals, TU heads, and operator staff, as well as direct observation in the field and analysis of related documents. The results of the research show that 1) The school principal's managerial supervision planning was carried out well by prioritizing the aspect of honesty, although managerial supervision activities had not been systematically programmed, but the goal setting to achieve the school's vision and mission was carried out well. 2) The school principal's coordination runs well through deliberation, especially coordinating with educational staff and coordinating with boarding school leaders 3). The implementation of the managerial supervision program is carried out with a flexible and spontaneous supervision period carried out with full discipline starting from the initial stage of implementation, the school principal coordinates and communicates with teaching and education staff to carry out supervision. 4) Evaluation of the managerial supervision program for the Principal of Darul Falah Middle School, Batu Putuk, Bandar Lampung, starting from formulating the objectives of the supervision evaluation. Data collection in the form of interviews, direct observations, reports and documentation was carried out professionally. And 5) The development of Human Resources (HR) for educational staff at Darul Falah Middle School in Batu Putuk Bandar Lampung is carried out starting with preparing a strategic plan for human resources for educational staff by organizing the assignment of educational staff based on their potential, recruiting educational staff in accordance with the analysis of school needs

Abstract

The aim of the research is to explain and describe transformational leadership as being able to increase teacher motivation and commitment at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 5 Banjar. The research method is qualitative through a case study approach. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires using Google forms, documentation and observation. Data processing techniques using data collection, reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques with credibility and confirmability. The research results show: (1) transformational leadership: idealized Influence: having a vision and mission, feeling proud, getting attention and trust from teachers. Inspirational Motivation, able to inspire, give an example and motivate teachers to develop. Intellectual Stimulation, increasing teacher creativity and innovation, increasing rationality and problem solving. Individualized Consideration, treating teachers fairly, providing teacher assistance, monitoring and supervision. (2) transformational leadership style is able to increase teacher motivation, such as enthusiasm for carrying out tasks, responsibility, ability to create new ideas. (3) transformational leadership style is able to increase teacher commitment, such as involving teachers in official meetings, training and teacher forums

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need to teach the values of religious moderation at the senior secondary education level as a response to the phenomenon of spiritual understanding in some groups of Indonesian society who tend to be extreme. Considering that at the upper secondary education level, we are entering an age that is vulnerable to influences both from within and outside education. Therefore, it is important to internalize the objectives of this research, especially in the Growing High School environment. If not, a qualitative approach with a field study research design will gradually lead to national instability. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation of actual conditions and facts occurring in the field, supported by books, current journals and other sources of related information. Data analysis was carried out by condensation, presentation and verification. The implementation of religious moderation is carried out using 4 strategies, namely, First, inserting moderation content in every lesson. Second, optimizing the learning approach. Third, organizing programs, education, training and special provisions. Fourth, the teacher makes observations simultaneously. The implementation of religious moderation in the Grow High School environment is already underway, realized in textbooks for subjects that are integral and interconnected, starting from regulations to levels of learning

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of extracurricular management in improving non-academic achievements of students at SMK Ma'arif 6 Ayah Kebumen, focusing on supporting and inhibiting factors. A qualitative approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews with extracurricular managers, teacher advisors, and active participants in extracurricular activities. The main problem formulation of this research is how extracurricular management operates at SMK Ma'arif 6 Ayah Kebumen and what factors act as supporters or inhibitors in its implementation. The results indicate that extracurricular management at SMK Ma'arif 6 Ayah Kebumen has various supporting factors, such as commitment from managers, active participation from students, school support, and resource availability. However, several inhibiting factors were also identified, including resource limitations, inadequate training for teacher advisors, and challenges in planning and coordinating activities. To enhance the effectiveness of extracurricular management, this study recommends improvements in resource management, increased training for teacher advisors, and enhanced coordination between extracurricular managers and the school administration. These efforts are expected to optimize the contribution of extracurricular activities in enhancing the non-academic achievements of students at SMK Ma'arif 6 Ayah Kebumen

Abstract

The essence of transformation is changing potential into real energy. Madrasah heads who are able to carry out leadership transformations mean they can turn their institutions into energy to improve the quality of educational processes and output. The aims of this research are (1) to describe and analyze the transformational leadership of madrasa heads at MTs Ma'arif NU 1 Sumpiuh Banyumas, and (2) to describe and analyze the leadership of madrasa heads in improving the quality of education through transformational leadership at MTs Ma'arif NU 1 Sumpiuh Banyumas. This research is qualitative research using pedagogical, management and theological approaches. The primary data was obtained from the madrasa head, teachers, administrative staff, and related parties in the madrasa as well as the community who have been helping the madrasa in community development, while the secondary data was obtained from books, the internet, and other sources deemed relevant to the problems studied. Data was collected through observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. This research found that the leadership of the head of MTs Ma'arif 1 NU Sumpiuh Banyumas in carrying out the main tasks is a democratic leader, indications of which can be seen from the description of the main tasks, strategies, actions and active, dynamic and directed madrasah programs that try to utilize every people for the benefit of the progress and development of the madrasah. The transformational leadership of madrassa heads has had a positive impact on improving the quality of education, although there are still several weaknesses that need to be corrected and require better strategies from madrasah heads in carrying out their main duties, especially in overcoming the problem of the community's lack of interest in sending their children to MTs Ma'arif NU 1 Sumpiuh Banyumas. The final implication of this research is the importance of the madrasa head as a leader to always carry out his main duties optimally in order to improve the quality of education in the madrasa. For this purpose, madrasah heads must be able to mobilize madrasah resources, in relation to planning and evaluating madrasah programs, curriculum development, learning, personnel management, learning facilities and resources, finance, student services, madrasah with the community and creating a madrasah climate
