Abstract

Introduction: This study will analyze the human resource management at PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri Pamekasan in terms of recruitment and selection, training and employee development as well as employee performance appraisals. Methods: The research methodology used by researchers is descriptive qualitative which will explain the events and circumstances in detail and perfectly with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Results: This research is deemed necessary considering that the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia is relatively fast but is still not balanced with adequate human resources, both in quality and quantity. and one of the company's mission is supported by human resources. Conclusion and suggestion: This study indicates that human resource management at PT. BPRS Sarana Prima Mandiri (SPM) Pamekasan in terms of recruitment and selection is in accordance with sharia theory. Likewise, the work appraisal process is in accordance with the Islamic concept. However, in the training and development process, according to researchers, there is still a lack of material balance, namely between the material of Tauhid (Akhlak), Shari'ah, and Muamalah which is conveyed to employees when the training is carried out. Abstract

Introduction: Sharia financial institutions, especially SPM Pamekasan Sharia Banks, in carrying out each of their operational activietis must depend on human resources (HR) as managers in every company activity. Therefore, SPM Pamekasan Sharia Bank must place human resources (employees) according to their field capabilities. The research here aims to be able to find out how the recruitment and training system is carried out in the SPM Pamekasan Sharia Bank and how the performance of employees using both systems. Methods: The research method used by researchers, namely using descriptive qualitative methods, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Results: The results of this study the recruitment system implemented by the SPM Pamekasan Sharia Bank uses two systems, namely internal and external recruitment and both recruitment systems are said to be quite good. For the training system implemented by the SPM Pamekasan Sharia Bank, namely an external and internal training system. Of the two recruitment and training systems carried out by Bank Syariah SPM Pamekasan have a positive effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the increase in employee performance appraisal of the SPM Pamekasan Syariah Bank which increased in 2019 compared to 2018. Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to determine the service reliability strategy in serving customers. This service strategy is a supporting factor for the marketing activities of all products in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Methods: The research methodology used is a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques using observation documentation interviews. Results: The results of this study indicate that the reliability of this service is quite good and in accordance with its field. However, the SPM Pamekasan Bank does not have an ATM. In overcoming these shortcomings SPM banks by improving service quality by using service reliability. So that customers feel satisfied and even become loyal customers. So in this case the SPM Pamekasan Bank is one of the services that is in accordance with the expectations of the community. Keywords: Service reliability strategy, Customer satisfaction

Abstract

Introduction: The sharia supervisory board is an independent institution in a sharia financial institution, the existence of DPS is as a supervisory agency for the implementation of sharia compliance in sharia financial institutions, the appointment of DPS in LKS is through the general meeting of shareholders or RAT which has been approved by he national sharia board (DSN), the sharia supervisory board can also be proposed by the directors and by the highest shareholder of the LKS. Methods: This study uses a qualitative model that is literature study, qualitative research is a method that emphasizes the deeper aspects of understanding a problem rather than seeing a problem. Results: The sharia supervisory board as a supervisor in the Islamic financial institution as well as the long arm of the DSN has a role in ensuring the implementation of sharia compliance in LKS, however the appointment and dismissal of DPS is carried by the RUPS or RAT and can also be proposed by some of the strongest directors and shareholders in this institution and the provision of salaries provided by the LKS under supervision indicate that DPS will be less independent, this will raise suspicions that the appointment of DPS is in accordance with interests of big people in the LKS Conclusion and suggestion: The Sharia supervisory board is an independent institution whitin the LKS and supervises all business activities carried out by the LKS in the field of sharia compliance. The sharia supervisory board (DPS) is an extension of the national sharia council (DSN) which is assigned and authorized to serve all operations and sharia financing products. This research is still less than perfect in this study the data used is only based on secondary data obtained from several available sources such as journals, books and others, further research is expected to also use primary data through direct interviews with data sources which will provide reliable data. more accurate to research. Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this research is to explain how the application of Islamic business ethics in the management of culinary business. Culinary business is a business that is widely pursued by the community because it is easy and needed by the market, but there are still many business people who heed islamic business ethics in their business management. Whereas business ethics is an important element of business management itself. Then there needs to be guidelines for businesses to apply Islamic business ethics into the management of culinary business. Methods: This research uses qualitative research with literature study method. Results: Islamic business ethics principles will be able to help culinary business management more targeted and have clear values both in the world and in the hereafter. These principles are 1) Tauhid, 2) Worship, 3) Amanah, 4) Hikmah, 5) Adil, 6) Ihsan, 7) Please help, 8) Halalan Thayyiban and 9) Deliberation. Because binsis activities not only to gain profit but to carry out the commandments of Allah SWT. Conclusion and suggestion: The principle of Islamic business ethics must be done in every business activity because it will be able to increase the productivity of the business. This research is only theoretical,so there needs to be further research that is empirical.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction : Human resources in BMT UGT Sidogiri in Indonesia have an important role in the development of a company and demonstrate its service capabilities, as evidenced by the large number of customers who raise funds to BMT. The way to find human resources in BMT is by way of recruitment. Recruitment is an important aspect in finding human resources so that they can provide maximum service and performance. This study aims to determine the Human Resource Management at BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan Branch. Methods : This type of research is field research, which in essence is a method to find specifically and realistically what is happening at some point in the community. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Results : The results of this study are as follows: First, the recruitment system at BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan Branch is very good using two methods, namely internal and external recruitment. In addition, there are special considerations in the recruitment system, where these considerations are prioritized for prospective employees from the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School Alumni who are not required to be graduates of sharia banking and sharia economics. Because the most important thing in being an employee of BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan Branch is an inner bond so that it will create employees who have high loyalty to the organization. Therefore, from the use of these methods and special considerations, BMT can find human resources who have high loyalty and capabilities that can be developed. Second, while in the process of fulfilling the professional demands of BMT UGT Sidogiri Kraksaan Branch using a strategy by means of training and evaluation. Where the training is carried out at the end of the year which is carried out for 5 days and the evaluation is carried out every day for employees and every month for the head of BMT. Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of service quality on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta. And to find out how the influence of the quality of Administration services, library services and parking services on student satisfaction. Methods: This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were students of the Ahmad Dahlan University Faculty of Economics and Business Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 121 active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta using the Porposive Sampling Method. Namely the technique of determining the sample for certain considerations. Test the validity of the instrument using Confir Motory Factor Analysis. While the reliability test used Alpha Crombach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Results: The results of this study indicate that the Administration variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction at the Ahmad Dahlan University Faculty of Economics and Business Yogyakarta. While the library variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta. And the third variable is the Parking variable (X3) has a positive significant effect on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta. Abstract

Introduction: This paper is to formulate a model for waqf invested in public goods and mixed public goods in Indonesia. This model is built on understanding the concept of waqf, learning from waqf institutions from the past and present and addressing the problem of perwakafan in Indonesia. Methods: This research uses descriptive qualitative research with library method or library research. This research uses secondary data from the Indonesian Wakaf Agency (BWI), books, journals, newsletters, government reports and websites. Results: Found that a return from the application of invested endowments could help state coffers in the form of public goods and mixed public goods. The overall process can be managed by waqf institutions as waqf nazdir who cooperate in supervising BWI (Badan Wakaf Indonesia) in using government waqf assets need to understand what should be spend required in accordance with syaraih rules. Implications - This research shows how practical waqf can help the Government of Indonesia in financing public goods and mixed public goods. This indirectly indicates an alternative source of funding for these items. The application of waqf concept can learn and adapt from the model developed in this paper. Originality - This paper tries to revive the function of waqf as a provider of public goods and public goods that vary from Islamic history. Inadvertently, this paper also introduces waqf as fiscal policy in Indonesia. Keyword : Waqf, invested endowments, financing public goods and mixed public goods.

Abstract

Introduction: The importance of this research so that Muslim entrepreneurs realize the importance of obligations in issuing business zakat. And after they give zakat, it is expected that their behavior will be better in everyday life, especially in doing business so that they have a sociopreneurship entrepreneurial spirit. Therefore, the establishment of entrepreneur sociopreneurship through different activities by exploring spiritual values in issuing zakat is applied in business activities. Methods: The analysis method in this research uses quantitative approach with measurement method using path analysis. The population used in this study was taken randomly, namely in the entrepreneurs in the field of culinary, services, and fashion in the city of Malang through the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Malang City. The number of samples amounted to the number of questions contained in the questionnaire multiplied by 5 which amounted to 110 entrepreneurs. With this approach, muzakki (entrepreneurs) are given a statement about spiritual motivation in issuing zakat in the form of values contained in zakat, namely: 1) the value of tawhid, 2) the value of humanity, 3) the value of belief in the existence of life after death. Results: Based on this, the results found in the field and measurement using the analysis of the path, that the spiritual value of zakat can have a direct effect on the welfare of muzakki with a coefficient of determination of 0.64 while the indirect influence of spiritual value of zakat on the welfare of muzakki through ihsan behavior with a coefficient of determination of 0.38 because the person who spends zakat does not really understand the essence of spiritual value contained in zakat. Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to determine the effect of Worklife-Policies, Job Involvement, and Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention of employees at PT Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive method. The sample technique used in this study was the distribution of proportion sampling. Methods: The data analysis method used consisted of testing the quality of the data (validity and reliability). Classic assumption test (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicolonierity, and autocorrelation) Results: The results obtained can be concluded that the work-life policies, Job Involvement, and Workfamily Conflict variables partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang with a R square contribution of 73.1%.
