Abstract

Capital is a very important factor in the smooth production. Coffee production produced by farmers is not always stable or increasing, coffee farmers will face problems with yields that will decrease or even fail to harvest, this will be caused by capital, weather, labor and so on. This study uses a quantitative approach and the type of research used in this study is field research using a questionnaire instrument in data collection. The researcher analyzed the data using a simple linear regression analysis tool and used the SPSS computer program to process the research data Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai Pengaruh modal terhadap peningkatan produksi biji kopi menunjukkan bahwa modal mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan produksi biji kopi di Desa Birun Kecamatan Pangkalan Jambu Kabupaten Merangin. It can be seen from the results of this study indicating that the greater the capital used by coffee farmers, the greater the increase in coffee bean production. so capital management must be carried out by coffee farmers, of course, cannot be separated from government support to provide education to farmers about capital management so that it is effective and efficient Keywords: Capital, coffee Production, coffee beans, coffee farmer

Abstract

Application of accounting is the implementation of activities in collecting and managing transactions. This study aims to determine the culture of Madura in implementing the accounting system at the Nurul Horiyah foundation. This type of research is a qualitative research type using subjective data and document data. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. From the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the financial reports applied to organizations under the auspices of the Nurul Horiyah foundation in Tobang Village apply the madura culture of Bhupa' Bhabhu' Guru Rato where the accountability of financial statements by respect for the head of the foundation like a parent (bhapa' bhabhu'), respect for Allah SWT in being accountable for reports as a teacher (ghuru), and finally respect for the government (rato). However, reports that are accountable to the government for non-profit organizations are not in accordance with reporting standards based on ISAK 35 which use very simple reports. Abstract

Pembiayaan IB Muamalat Multiguna adalah pembiayaan konsumen yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, dimana fasilitas pembiayaan konsumen berdasarkan akad Murabahah atau akad ijarah multijasa dengan tujuan pembelian barang dan jasa. Banyaknya produk perbankan dan keuangan syariah di Indonesia mendorong pelaku bisnis saling bersaing untuk menarik nasabah melalui berbagai strategi yang disesuaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Bank Muamalat Kantor Cabang Utama Iskandar Muda. Penelitian ini memakai data dengan teknik dekskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa strategi pemasaran dengan Marketing Mix. Ada empat aspek bauran yang digunakan, Produk (Product), Tempat (Place), Harga (Price) dan Promosi (Promotion). Dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, ditemukan bahwa dari keempat dimensi bauran pemasaran, promosi merupakan faktor yang paling menarik minat nasabah terhadap Pembiayaan IB Muamalat Multiguna. Kata Kunci : Strategi pemasaran, Pembiayaan Multiguna Muamalat

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the potential of PT. Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk in managing the company's business and performance in utilizing assets to generate profits. Knowing changes in financial position in a period, projecting what the business will be like in the next period and assessing the ongoing business performance. This research uses literature studies from trusted sources to present credible data. On July 1 2019, this company has changed its main business activities from the investment company industry to coal mining. This company has subsidiary affiliates including Calipso Investment Pte Ltd. And subsidiaries, International Minerals Company, LCC, Lemington Investments Pte Ltd., PT. Bumi Sumberdaya Semester (formerly PT. Multi Regional Compete), PT. Citra Palu Minerals, PT. Multi Capital and subsidiary, PT. Sarkea Prima Minerals. Company Development PT. Bumi Resources Mineral Tbk by comparing the times on March 31 2023 and December 31 2022 experienced changes in operational improvements and profits obtained from existing financial reports, so that with other subsidiaries this parent company is growing rapidly.
