Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Factors that affect performance are leadership patterns and work discipline. Based on this, this research study aims to determine the application of leadership patterns, and work discipline to the performance of village officials in Temenggungan Village, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. The aims of this study were: (1) To determine the application of the leadership of the Temenggungan village head, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency in forming work discipline on device performance. (2) To find out the obstacles in forming work discipline for village officials in the village of Temenggungan, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. (3) To find out the efforts made in the efforts made in solving the problem of establishing work discipline on the performance of village officials in the village of Temenggungan, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Qualitative research is a scientific research, which aims to understand a phenomenon in a natural social context by prioritizing the process of deep communication interaction between researchers and the phenomenon under study. Researchers took the research location with observations in Temenggungan Village, Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency to support the data needed in research related to the implementation of the internal communication bureaucratic reform program in supporting the implementation of organizational change management. Sources of data obtained from the field where the research was carried out. To obtain this data, the interview method was used. This data was obtained from the results of the answers of related informants.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of management knowledge and career development on employee performance in Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. The method of determining the sample in this study used a saturated sample, where the total population in this study were all employees of the Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency, namely 43 employees. This study uses quantitative methods to describe and explain the type of research used is descriptive research using quantitative methods and approaches. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. Testing the hypothesis partially, Knowledge Management and career development affect employee performance in Krejengan District. Results that Knowledge Management and career development affect employee performance in Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. The results showed that 1) Management knowledge had a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Career development had a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Simultaneously, management knowledge and career development had a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The achievement of the goals of the organization/institution will be carried out if its human resources show high work performance. To achieve this, organizations/agencies must be able to create conditions that can encourage and enable employees to develop and improve their abilities and skills optimally. Employees who work in an organization / agency should be treated as well as possible, so that employees have good performance and the goals of the organization / agency are achieved. This research includes explanatory research. The sample that will be used by the researcher is the employees of the Production Department of PT POMI Paiton, Probolinggo Regency totaling 58 people. The data collected in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The method used in this research is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results of this study are (1). Job motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. (2). Work motivation has a significant effect on performance. (3). Organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction. (4). Organizational climate has no significant effect on performance.(5). Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. (6).Employee Engagement has a significant effect on performance. (7). Job Satisfaction has no significant effect on performance. (8). Work Motivation has a significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction. (9). Organizational climate has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) is one of the government officials who is a line element that is always at the forefront of maintaining the mandate of Regional Regulations and is always in direct contact with the community. Order and peace in society are things that are highly coveted, both by state administrators, in this case the government, as well as the community itself and for the creation of order and peace, this certainly cannot be separated from the role of Satpol PP in collaboration with other law enforcement agencies. Therefore, the affairs of order and peace are also left to the Satpol PP in order to maximize the socialization of legal products, especially Regional Regulations, Probolinggo Regency Government Regulations, Probolinggo Regency Government Decrees and other legal products in carrying out the wheels of Government in the region to the community. This research uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data, this type of research is descriptive research. The place of this research was in the Head of Security and Escort in the Civil Service Police Unit, Probolinggo Regency. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative research method which was designed in three stages, namely interviews, observation and documentation. In conducting this research, the required data were obtained from two sources, namely: primary data and secondary data. The results of this study concluded that to carry out the duties of both daily activities and administrative tasks, the Probolinggo District Civil Service Police Unit in addition to functional positions also formed sub-sections that were responsible for their duties and functions, especially in the field of administration. each individual member of the organization is provided with good training to support their performance. Employees who are proven to have decreased performance are to provide clear feedback and find out the cause of the decline in performance. As a boss always get used to appreciate every improvement.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) To test and analyze Leadership Style and Work Discipline have a significant effect on organizational culture 2) To test and analyze Leadership Style and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance 3) To test and analyze Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance 4) To test and analyze Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Performance 5) To test and analyze Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance at UPTD Puskesmas Banataran Probolinggo Regency. This research is a quantitative research with an approach to the research method of explanation. The sample used was 50 patient respondents in June 2022 at the UPTD Puskesmas Bantaran, Probolinggo Regency with a total sampling. The analysis used is path analysis. By using SPSS 25 calculation and Sobel MediationTest. The results showed that 1) Leadership Style had an effect on organizational culture 2) Work Discipline had no significant effect on organizational culture 3) Organizational Culture had a significant effect on employee performance 4) Leadership Style had no significant effect on employee performance 5) Work Discipline had no significant effect on performance employee.

Abstract

Good governance in the village or sub-district must be carried out in a structured and systematic manner so that it is not only accountable for all activities carried out but also can increase the competitiveness of the village. This means that with good management, the government can have clear directions and goals to achieve. Based on this, this research study aims to find out how to implement good governance in realizing the quality of public services in Sidomukti Village and Semampir Village, Kraksaan District. Qualitative research is a scientific research, which aims to understand a phenomenon in a natural social context by prioritizing the process of deep communication interaction between researchers and the phenomenon under study. Researchers took the research location with observations in Sidomukti Village and Semampir Village, Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency, in order to support the data needed in research related to the implementation of good governance in realizing the quality of public services. Sources of data obtained from the field where the research was carried out. To obtain this data, the interview method was used. This data was obtained from the results of the answers of related informants. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The implementation of governance in Sidomukti and Semampir villages has implemented good governance in serving administrative services, both population administration and government administration. (2) Obstacles in the implementation of governance are: HR problems (leadership commitment, quality and morality of human resources and the system as a determining factor for the performance of local government bureaucracy which is still not satisfactory and inadequate population administration facilities become obstacles in public services. (3 ) Solutions in resolving the obstacles to implementing internal bureaucratic reform are: Kelurahan cooperates with related agencies to increase resource capacity, access communication between kelurahan employees and the community, and optimize the role of organizations in Sidomukti and Semampir Villages.

Sources of data obtained from the field where the research was carried out. To obtain this data, the interview method was used. This data was obtained from the results of the answers of related informants. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Organizational Culture at the Department of Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture of Probolinggo Regency is in the good category, because it can increase motivation and can form good attitudes and behavior in employees. (2) Employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture Office is also in the good category, meaning that the employee's performance has carried out their duties well, is responsible for work, prioritizes work and manages time well.

Abstract

Based on this, this research study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance in Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research using quantitative methods and approaches that describe the influence of leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance in Krejengan District, Probolinggo Regency. The total population in this study were all employees of the Krejengan sub-district, Probolinggo Regency, as many as 43 people. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling, the entire population was used as a sample of 43 people. The results showed that 1) Leadership Style had a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, 3) Organizational Culture had no significant effect on employee performance, 4) Work environment had a significant effect on employee performance, 5 ) Leadership style is the most dominant factor that has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational climate provides environmental forces that can affect the organization.

Abstract

The research aims to see the influence of the campus environment on IPK, the influence status social econony to IPK as wellthe as inof fluence eon nvironment campus and socioeconomic status against IPK. This research is a descriptive research associative quantitative. The population in this study were undergraduate students Islamic Religious Education Faculty of Tarbiyah Zainul Hasan Islamic University Genggong Kraksaan Probolinggo year 2022 . Total populis ation as many as 137 students. The samples taken were 103 people. The analysis technique used is analysis regression simple and regression double. Abstract

Community empowerment is a series of activities to strengthen funds or maximize the empowerment of a person or community. In the sense of increasing the ability of the weak and vulnerable groups, including groups of people who experience poverty problems. In practice, community empowerment also supports the United Nations (UN) program which has undergone a change from the Millennium Development Goals (MDG's) in 1990-2015 to become sustainable development goals or commonly called TPB or Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which is on the 2030 agenda. under development. Many institutions are trying to improve development, both from community and government institutions. The PPPKSI (Indonesian SDGs Village Development Center) institution is no exception, which responds to sustainable development efforts by establishing SDGs Villages. This SDGs village is an area unit at the hamlet level that has certain criteria where there is an integrated Sustainable Development Goals program that is carried out comprehensively and systematically. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the process of analyzing the data using data analysis proposed by Miles and Huberman which consists of several activities including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study explain that the analysis of the economic empowerment strategy of the SDGs village community is: a) the formulation is carried out with preparation, assessment and program planning. b) implementation is carried out by implementing the program plan. c) evaluation in the form of measurement and separation of partners. While the impact is increased knowledge and income to meet needs. The supporting factors are the availability of raw materials, human resources, and a fairly easy process, while the obstacles are the lack of capital and unstable marketing.
