Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of competence on teacher performance at SMAN 4 of Bengkulu City, to determine the effect of work environment on teacher performance at SMAN 4 of Bengkulu City, and to determine the effect of competence and work environment on teacher performance at SMAN 4 of Bengkulu City. The data collection method in this research is using a questionnaire and the analysis method is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it was found that competence had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 4 of Bengkulu City because the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 4 of Bengkulu City because the significance value is 0.001 < 0.05. Competence and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 4 of Bengkulu City because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy for UD Kemas home industry dodol, which is situated in Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. Additionally, the study will investigate the opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses that are related with the marketing of UD Kemas dodol. The method of data analysis that is utilised is a descriptive analysis that draws upon the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analytical approach. First, the internal factor evaluations (IFE) and the external factor evaluations (EFE) are determined using this approach. Next, the right strategy is determined by employing the IE matrix and the SWOT matrix. Finally, the process concludes with the determination of the appropriate strategy. Taking into consideration the results of this research, it is possible to draw the conclusion that the execution of a progressive strategy at dodol UD Kemas, which is situated in the Bengkalis District of the Bengkalis Regency, is indicative of a healthy business that has the potential to be developed. Using the SO strategy that was generated from the findings of the questionnaire, it is possible to grow demand for UD Kemas dodol even further by ensuring that product excellence is maintained and maintained. Strategic locations can be utilized to make the product sales process easier.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the financial performance of the civil servant cooperative (KPN) in Pasar Pino village. This research on the Civil Servant Cooperative (KPN) in Pasar Pino village used a quantitative descriptive method, which was carried out to analyze financial performance after comparing the financial reports of the 2020-2021 Civil Servant Cooperative (KPN) and using quantitative analysis techniques to manage financial data using analysis. financial ratios. The results of research on the civil servant cooperative (KPN) in Pasar Pino village, the financial reports presented were not good because they were still far below the established standards for assessing liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. The civil servant cooperative (KPN) in Pasar Pino village does not prepare cash flow financial reports using methods, liquidity ratios, solvency and profitability so it does not know the criteria according to the 2004 Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Cooperatives, UKM, criteria for its financial reports. Therefore, researchers have analyzed the financial reports of the Civil Servant Cooperative (KPN) in Pasar Pino village in accordance with the standards for assessing liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios.

Abstract

This research aims to test whether there is an influence of Financial and Non-Financial Compensation on the Performance of Employees of Hakasima Media TV in Bengkulu City. Based on the characteristics of the research, 39 samples were obtained using the Census or Saturated sampling method. Based on the results of the Multiple Linear Regression research, it shows that Y=12,305+0.413+0.86 9+e which proves that Financial Compensation has a positive effect on the Employees’ Performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City of 0.413, and Non-Financial Compensation has a positive effect on the Employees’ Performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City of 0.869. The results of the t test show that Financial Compensation has t count> t table (3.455 > 2.028) and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, therefore Ho is rejected, which means that Financial Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the the employees’ performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City, and Nonfinancial Compensation is quite dominant with t count > t table (10.642 > 2.028), and has a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected which means that non-financial compensation has a significant and significant impact on the Employees’ Performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City. Based on the F test (simultaneous) it is known that the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and calculated F> F table (89.769 > 3.26) which means that financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant effect on the Employees’ Performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test, it is known that Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation have an effect on the Employees’ Performance of Hakasima Media TV of Bengkulu City of 0.833 or 83.3% and the remainder (100-83.3% = 16.7%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Bimoli Cooking Oil in Bengkulu City. Based on the research results, the sample obtained in this research was 110 using the random sampling method. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression research, it showed that Y=63,893 + 0, 289 + -0, 345 + 0, 107 + 8, 158 which proves that price, product quality and brand image have a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Bimoli Cooking Oil in Bengkulu City. The results of the T test show that the price has T count> T table (1.659 > 2.556) and a significance value of 0.012 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Bimoli Cooking Oil in Bengkulu city. Product Quality Test Results (X2) show tcount 3.739 > ttable 1.659 and significant 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that product quality has a positive effect on the purchasing decisions for Bimoli Cooking Oil in Bengkulu City, and the results of the Brand Image Test (X3) show tcount1.081>ttable 1.659 and significant 0.282>0.05, therefore the results of the Ha hypothes is rejected and Ho accepted, meaning that Brand Image has no significant influence the purchasing decisions for Bimoli Cooking Oil in Bengkulu City. Thus, the F test shows that the results of comparing the Fcount value with Ftable means that the Fcount value is greater than Ftable, namely 5.875 > 2.69, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning there is a simultaneous influence between Price (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Brand Image (X3) on purchasing decision variable (Y), this can be seen at the significance level of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the tourism development strategy for Panjang Beach in Bengkulu City using SWOT Analysis. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents and interviews with beach managers. The analysis method used is SWOT, namely identifying Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The research results show that the Pantai Panjang tourist attraction in Bengkulu City is in quadrant II. This means that the strategy used is a diversification strategy. The right combination of strategies to use is ST (Strength-Threats), namely by using all strengths to overcome all forms of threats, such as the following: the management can optimize the natural potential and uniqueness of the tourist attraction by sustaining and nurturing the tourist attraction on an ongoing basis and exercising firm control, maintaining all existing facilities at tourist locations, establishing cooperation between the private sector, government and the community in creating new innovations so that they are not inferior to other tourist attractions.

Abstract

Competition in goods delivery service companies is currently developing very rapidly. For this reason, every company owner must be able to create quality service that can increase consumer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The sample in this study was 80 consumers who came to send packages and received packages at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were simple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis testing. The results of simple linear regression analysis show Y = 22.392 + 0.307X. This illustrates a significant regression direction, meaning that there is a significant influence between Service Quality (X) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). This means that if the service quality variable increases, it will increase consumer satisfaction. The results of the t test at the level of α= 0.05 explain that the service quality variable has a significant influence on the consumer satisfaction variable at J&T Express Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Regency. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.222. This means that Service Quality (X) influences Consumer Satisfaction (Y) by 22.2% while the remaining 78.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the application of the accounting information system that has been implemented in managing drug supplies is running in accordance with PSAP Number 5 and meets the needs at Mentiring Health Center. The type of data used in this research is qualitative comparative data, which is research carried out by comparing a variable in different samples to get answers or facts about whether there is a comparison or not from the research. Data was obtained from field studies through observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the research carried out show that the procedures for implementing the drug inventory accounting system at Mentiring Health Center, the implementation of the drug supply accounting system uses a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system, first-in, first-out and first expired first out (FEFO), but the accounting system and procedures implemented are not yet effective and efficient. This happens because the records used are still manual records so that physical drug inventory data has a very large risk of data damage. Manual records are still carried out because community health center staff are not yet proficient in using computer-based records and are also hampered by the internet network which is difficult to access.

Abstract

Factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions are product quality, price, location and service quality. Consumers will tend to choose outlets that have excellent service. The research aims to determine product quality, price, location and dominant place/location influencing purchasing decisions at Matahari Department Store Bengkulu. The sample in this study was 70 customers of Matahari Department Store Bengkulu. Data collection uses instruments in the form of questionnaires and the analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis obtained are as follows: Y= 9.747 + 0.897 X1 + 0.832 X2 + 0.829 X3 + 0.802 Product Variable (X1), shows t count of 2.954 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the Product variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price influences purchasing decisions. The price variable (X2), shows t count of 2.525 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.014 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Location influences purchasing decisions. The location variable (X3), shows t count of 2,800 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Location influences purchasing decisions. The place/location variable (X4), shows t count of 2.125 > t table 1.66140 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

As we know, Sharia Banking in Jayapura faces various challenges in an ever-changing global market such as awareness and understanding, regulations, competition, product and service development, and human resources. However, with the right product innovation, Sharia banking can remain competitive and even lead in the banking industry. By focusing on product diversification, Sharia-based technology, financial inclusivity and education, Sharia banking can continue to respond to global market challenges and serve society better. Product innovation is key to achieving goals and ensuring sustainable growth of Sharia banking in the future. The Sharia banking market is facing increasingly tight competition with conventional banks. Conventional banks are increasingly adopting Sharia banking principles in their products, thereby increasing competition in the market. Changes in sharia banking regulations continue to develop in Jayapura, and these changes can affect Sharia banking operations and products.
