<![CDATA[The petty cash system is an information system that is included in financial accounting standards that must be applied to the financial management of an entity, including business institutions. The application of a petty cash system will certainly make it easier when conducting transactions that are frequent and have a small nominal value because the use of checks or bank checking accounts is certainly considered ineffective. This study aims to determine how the application of the petty cash system in an integrated Islamic elementary school in the Serang Regency area. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method that collects data for interpretation, so as to provide an overview of the objects and problems studied. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach. The research population is SDIT which is located in Serang Regency. The results of the study show that financial management at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in the Serang Regency area is currently still not well managed. <![CDATA[Global warming and climate change over the past ten years caused by greenhouse gas emissions are serious problems faced by countries in both developed and developing countries, not least in countries in ASEAN. The relationship of energy consumption, the application of tax burdens, economic growth and its effect on pollution levels are important to be investigated further. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of energy consumption and taxes by mediating economic growth on pollution in nine ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam). This study used time series data from 2004 - 2020 with analytical methods using the PLS-SEM approach and SmartPLS version 3.0 as data analysis tools. The results of the study showed that energy consumption has a positive effect on economic growth and pollution, taxes have a positive effect on economic growth and negatively affect pollution and economic growth has a positive effect on pollution, in addition, economic growth can mediate the relationship between energy consumption and pollution and the relationship between taxes and pollution]]>

<![CDATA[The quantity and quality of work done by employees requires a concern and compassion from the employees concerned in order to develop skills and expertise in supporting the success of a particular organization or agency. There is a synergistic performance improvement effort that each employee is required to optimize all the talent that can be found in employees in an effort to develop the capacity in serving the community, both individually and the team of all elements of work must be implemented proportionally so that what is desired can be realized at the cost and time available. This study uses descriptive research with qualitative analysis which focuses on efforts to explain the description (picture) related to the administrative skills of village officials in public services in Karanggeger Village with a view to knowing the performance of karanggeger village apparatus in providing public services. The results of this study show that the technical capabilities of karanggeger village administrative apparatus have not been able to be relatively good. This is because the majority of village officials in Karanggeger Village only pursue the most high school education, not least the head of his own. Village officials in the ability to be humane are not cut down, all get the same treatment and tend to attach importance to the needs of the community everything is done appropriately regardless of social status. In the implementation of administrative duties the ability of karanggeger village apparatus is quite low. <![CDATA[According to the theory, the village is said to be a unitary legal community that has a separation between regions that have the authority to organize and manage the needs of the surrounding community, guided by the origin and surrounding customs that are passed and appreciated in the system of The Unitary State Government. So in everyday life, the people in a village are arranged in the form of provisions that must be followed, because the provisions are created with the intention that in people's lives a life is realized a just, prosperous, safe and harmonious life. This research includes research that uses descriptive quantitative approaches with the intention to find out how administrative functions and what obstacles are found in optimizing public services in the office of the Head of Karang Anyar Village probolinggo regency. The results of this study show that the administrative function contained in the Karanganyar Village office is said to be quite good this is evident from the statement of the response of 55.5% answers well, but in carrying it out the administration for the improvement of public services is still felt less well this can be seen from the statement of the response related to the administration of serving as long as the community amounted to 54.28%. The government administration contained in the office of Karanganyar Village bias is said to be quite good. <![CDATA[This research aims to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance in The Save and Borrow Makmur Jaya Cooperative in Probolinggo City. Quantitative research is the type of research used. The research population is all employees of Simpan Pinjaman Makmur Jaya Cooperative numbering 32 people and all populations are sampled as many as 32 people through the use of census methods. The data collection technique is observing, documentation, and giving questionnaires. In analyzing the data by conducting tests of validity, reliability, determination coeffesiency, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with partial significance testing (statistical t test). Based on the analysis of data showing variable compensation and employee performance in Makmur Jaya Cooperative Kota Probolinggo which is shown through testing the validity of the calculating value exceeds the table value of 0.349 (valid), reliability testing obtained all variables indicate reliability value that exceeds reliability standard 0.60, simple linear regression testing. Y = 3,706 + 0.549 (X) has a positive value, the coefficient of determination is 0.432, and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated value exceeding a ttabel that has a significance of less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination is obtained a value of 0.432 or 43.2%. Thus it can be mentioned that 43.2% of employee performance in Makmur Jaya Cooperative of Probolinggo City is affected by Compensation. Meanwhile, 56.8% of it is the influence of other aspects that are not studied]]>

<![CDATA[Public service or service to the community is an important element that can be used as an indication of the success of government leadership. Similarly, the national reform movement, which does not mean anything if the service to the public mash is less feasible. In addition, to create "good governance" which aspect of accountability is a principle that must take precedence over the implementation of government, therefore, public services that are passed such as public sector excellent services are an obligation that must be done immediately. Suharto (2005) stated, "a characteristic of the process of building social welfare including complete and thorough with the meaning of all social aspect services held always treat consumers of applicants or beneficearies as a whole human being, either in the sense of an individual or group, which is not separated from the socio-cultural environmental system". The type of research conducted is qualitative descriptive qualitative with the aim of getting an appropriate description or depiction of the problem or research topic, which in this study the topic is the quality of public service in the village office. Data is explained and presented systematically in accordance with the reality on the ground or in accordance with the facts so as to provide an objective depiction of factual conditions rather than topics or objects of study in order to understand the quality of public services and factors that inhibit the improvement of the quality of public services in Karanggeger Village of Probolinggo Regency. The results showed that the acquisition of public service quality in Karanggeger Village earned performance in service units with service value "C" or categorized as "GOOD ENOUGH". Based on the results of IKM conversion the value is 74.50, and the score of each quality is 2.98 using a scale interval of 2.60 - 3.064. Based on the details, as many as 6 elements of 9 elements get the category QUITE GOOD. While the service with the category "GOOD" there are as many as 3 elements of 9 elements. While the factors that hamper the quality of public services in Karanggeger Village are punctuality and speed when giving layaan and low human resources who are competent to operate online devices]]>

The method used in this research uses library research. Library research using journal articles and books related to this research. This research data collection technique is carried out by collecting data, both journal articles and books. The results showed that the collaboration and ERP implemented by PT. Nestle has a positive impact on the company, especially on the development of the company which until now has remained consistent in producing and distributing products on target. <![CDATA[In government agencies, human resources are needed that can support a system in the organization, which makes the driver for the organization to advance in the era of global competition, not only technology plays an important role to be developed but performance that is a benchmark for the success of agencies in creating quality human resources. One of the good supports for employee performance is organizational culture and work environment so that it can produce good performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment significantly and partially on performance in the Agriculture and Plantation Service of Bima Regency, as well as to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at the Bima Regency Agriculture and Plantation Service.While to analyze the data obtained, a Simple Correlation Coefficient Analysis was used, Multiple Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Analysis, and Hypothesis Test using Significance Test (t Test and F Test). <![CDATA[This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Solok. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Student Skills and Field Practice had on Entrepreneurial Motivation of Students at SMKN 1 Solok, Department of Online Business and Marketing. The population in this study amounted to 84 people. Types of quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and in this study the sample was class XII BDP 3, which consisted of 30 people. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of Student Skills and Field Practice variables affect the Entrepreneurial Motivation of Students at SMKN 1 Solok Y = 2.408 + 0.744X1 + 0.293X2 + e. From the t-test conducted, it was found that the variable X1 Student Skills had a significant effect on Student Entrepreneurial Motivation with tcount greater than t table 7.735> 2.05 and a significant level value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Variable X2 Field Practice has a significant effect on Student Entrepreneurial Motivation, the known value of t count > t table is 3.008 > 2.05 and the significance value is 0.006 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the f test conducted, it was found that students and field practice had a simultaneous effect on students' entrepreneurial motivation with f fcount 44,038 > ftable 3,354 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. From the Determination Test, the value of R square is 0.765 or 76.5%. This indicates that the contribution of the variable Student Skills and Field Practice is 76.5%. While the remaining 23.5% is influenced by other variables]]>
