Abstract

The company is an important compenent is supporting management activities. The most important part is, the payroll and wage accounting system are very useful for companies, which can help to make decisions and achieve the implementation of salaries and wages for employees. The goal is to get the results of the implementation of the salary and wage process. In this study the author uses a qualitative descriptive method, which aims to read and analyze the performance of the accounting system at PT. Karya Mitra Tehnik. The results of this analysis show the salary and wage accounting system at PT. Karya Mitra Tehnik, which is still not support, and lack of supervision over employee attendance lists, this shows the weakness that occurs at PT.Karya Mitra Tehnik company on the payroll and wage accounting system

Abstract

The Researchers write this article aims to conduct income planning analysis of the company. In the company certainly expects an increased income. So it requires a planning in improving that. The web-based calculation will be able to record in detail each time the transaction that has been ubiquitous and more efficient. The impact on these developments have been optimal for the activities in the company. Web in this study is the nitogen web which combines between nitrogen machines with web. In the web system development information planning system requires overall identification. Planning in data information system is actually not a new thing. Planning is an effort in determining various kinds of things that are about to be achieved or seven with various stages in a certain period of time. A system will have an impact on being influenced by the environment. To provide the existence of the web, there are elements supporting. Likewise, in the business field of Nitrogen tire pumps are also many developments to increase management in companies. The role of this web in a company is that it can record all transactions in detail from operating hours of operating machines not operating so it cannot anticipate cheating carried out by employees in the field.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leverage, profitability, liquidity, sales growth and firm size on financial distress. This research uses this type of quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses secondary data in the form of panel data on Pulp &Paper and Plastic &Packaging companies available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2020. The data management used is Eviews 9. The sampling method used is purposive sampling that uses several criteria so that there are 7 companies that are sampled research. Based on the results of the test, it was found that partially the leverage variable has no significant effect on financial distress, profitability has a positive effect on financial distress, negative liquidity effect is not significant to financial distress, sales growth has a positive effect not significant on financial distress, firm size has a significant positive effect on financial distress. Simultaneously the variables of leverage, profitability, liikuidity, sales growth and firm size have a significant effect on financial distress

Abstract

Halal Tourism is one of the most promising economic sectors in the world, including Indonesia. As a source of income or foreign exchange for the country, Halal Tourism should pay attention to its development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the influence of Halal Tourism on economic growth in Indonesia and the strategies that are deployed to face the existing challenges. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with literature study analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Indonesian population is dominated by Muslims, which allows Indonesia to develop Halal Tourism even more actively. Indonesia has been selected as the "World Best Halal Destination" by GMTI 2019. The development of Halal Tourism can be done through providing facilities that are friendly to Muslim tourists, conducting international campaigns, providing services and food in accordance with Islamic principles

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing how the halal industry affects economic growth in the Covid-19 pandemic era. This study also identifies opportunities as well as challenges in its development. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with library research. This study finds that the halal industry has a major role in the development of economic growth, as evidenced by the halal industry has contributed USD 3.8 billion to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and investment of USD 1 billion from foreign investors in 2019. The halal industry also has opportunities in various sectors, namely halal food and beverages, halal tourism, halal fashion, halal cosmetics, halal media and recreation, halal pharmacy and halal finance. However, Indonesia must face various challenges, namely, challenges from the government, organizations, development, existing resources, and challenges that come from the community/consumers

Abstract

Since the Covid 19 virus has changed the declining economy in the world, the use of internet technology is very much needed, especially in the business world for business development which must continue during this pandemic, due to government policies such as PSBB (Large-scale social restrictions). Internet technology that can be used is such as e-commerce. But in utilizing e-commerce in business development, you must continue to use an Islamic economic perspective in your business. The purpose of this study is a follow-up study from (Nurlaela 2018) entitled The Effectiveness of Using E-commerce Media on Increasing Depok MSME Revenues Seen from Business Ethics. Which gives advice to further researchers to see how much benefit is obtained if the company can implement e-commerce in its business interests. The method used in this research is descriptive and the type of data used is library research. The results in this study are that in Islamic economics it is allowed to use e-commerce in business development during this covid 19 period, but still with the rules that have been set according to the perspective of Islamic economics, namely by remembering the principles of buying and selling Islam

Abstract

In the world of e-commerce can not be separated from the name of the payment method. Currently, payment methods have been improved to make it easier for consumers. There are various payment methods, so consumers can choose which method to use. Broadly speaking, the payment methods are divided into two, namely cash and non-cash payments. Islam is also here to provide guidance for all aspects of our lives. One of them is buying and selling transactions which are included in the field of muamalah. The research method used is the Library Study Method. The author tries to collect information and data that are in accordance with the topic. The author collects and studies theoretical data sourced from reference books, scientific works, theses, and the internet and other sources. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of payment methods in increasing consumer interest in e-commerce in terms of Islamic economics

Abstract

The Concept of Halal Food and Drink. For Muslim consumers, halal food is a product with halal certification marked by a halal symbol on the packaging. The development of halal food and beverages continues to increase along with the growth of the Muslim population. This study aims to collect and analyze journals related to the value chain and the public awareness perspective on halal food. The research method is qualitative. The results of the study that public awareness of the importance of consuming halal food and beverages can encourage Halal Value Chain (HVC)

Abstract

This study discusses the development of halal tourism in order to improve the economy in Indonesia. The tourism sector is Indonesia's pillar to earn foreign exchange. Tourism can be used as an engine of economic growth for the country. Tourism is an economic activity that cannot be separated from behavior and economic actors, in which there are community actors as consumers, companies as service providers, and the state as a regulator. Islamic economics considers all economic activities inseparable from the three pillars of the Islamic economic concept in the form of property ownership, management and utilization of property, and distribution of property. Therefore, the concept of halal tourism should discuss all aspects with the approach of the three pillars of Islamic economics, in order to get a comprehensive view of halal tourism in terms of the principles of the owner of the goods and services being managed, the management model, the implementer of its management, and the distribution system in the community

Abstract

The economic sector is one of the important elements that support life, which in human daily life cannot be separated from the economy. However, various problems often arise because of the economic sector such as the problem of social inequality. This study aims to analyze socio-economic disparities, their causes, and solutions according to a review of the Islamic economic system. The research used is descriptive by using data and summarizing the results of previous research. The results show that it can be concluded that there are differences that include wealth, services, goods and others, resulting in the economic sector not working properly. Therefore, the application of Islamic economics is needed as a solution to overcome various problems due to the economic sector such as the problem of social inequality
