Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of Other Comprehensive Income and Net Income on the Return on Shares of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2022. The sampling technique is to use the purposive sampling method and obtained 8 companies that are research samples The data processing technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that Other Comprehensive Income partially has no influence on stock returns and Net Income partially has a negative influence on stock returns. Simultaneously Other Comprehensive Income and Net Income have an influence on stock returns

Abstract

Organizational performance is the end result of the work done to achieve predetermined organizational goals. Employee performance can be improved by providing a good example of a leader, motivating employees and always pay attention to employees in the work. Leadership is an activity to influence the behavior of others so that they would be directed to achieve certain goals. Employee motivation is a response to a number of statements about the overall business arising from within the employees to drive to work and grow the desired goal can be achieved. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the economics of the arrisalah waqf foundation. Population in this study were 70 employees who is also a sample of the entire population at the economics of the arrisalah waqf foundation. Studies using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation have no significant impact on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables Competence, Compensation and Job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Sumatra Jaya Agro Lestari Silaut. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 63 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Performance is a form of good work in a straight line during a certain period in completing a task in comparison with various possibilities, such as standard work results, targets or goals, and criteria that have been determined and agreed together. The purpose of this study was to find out the Effect of Work Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Sangir Solok Selatan Natural Enchantment Hotel. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this research is all employees of Pesona Alam Sangir Hotel which amounts to 36 people. Data is processed using multiple linear regressions using questionnaires. The results showed that there was a negative and significant effect of work stress on employee performance with a calculated t value of -3.046 < t table 1.990, and a sig value of 0.005 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected and there was a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with a calculated t value of 5,552 < t table 1,990, and a value of sig 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected and advised to the company needs to make an innovation so that employees do not easily feel bored in doing work that will later be able to cause prolonged work stress. The way that can be done for example by holding sports activities together, in addition can also be done training conducted outside the work environment, or outbound, in order to increase the cooperation relationship between employees

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic condition requires all parties to be able to carry out their activities according to new habits. The Serang Regency Government is trying to carry out community economic recovery activities. Therefore, community empowerment activities are needed that need to be prioritized in the economic recovery of the community after the pandemic. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative. Research respondents are experts consisting of academics and practitioners who take part in and contribute to community empowerment programs. The analysis technique used is Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) analysis. The results showed that first, there were 12 activities that had high ultrasound values. It is necessary to support priority activities and budgets for implementation. Second, there are 31 activities that have a moderate category. With this category, the activities can continue to be carried out because they are beneficial in the economic recovery of the community after the Covid-19 pandemic, even though the impact of the benefits is moderate. Third, there are 12 activities that are categorized as low so that the government needs to evaluate and improve these activities with activities that are more beneficial for the community's economic recovery

Abstract

Loyalty is the most important aspect for a company to maintain its extensions in order to maintain and attract other customersOne way that can be done in building customer loyalty is to establish good relationships with customers. Having loyal customers is the main goal of every company. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on consumer loyalty on YOU Transmart Padang products. This research includes quantitative research, the population in this study are visitors from April to August 2021 as many as 5,900 visitors. The sampling technique used in this study was dental sample determination, which was to determine the sample based on chance, using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 100 people. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty to YOU Transmart Padang products

Abstract

This study intends to determine how the effect of horizontal diversification, vertical diversification and conglomeration diversification on company performance. In addition, this study also wants to know whether the type of industry affects the company's performance. This research method is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015-2019. The number of samples is 44 companies with 220 observations. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that vertical diversification within the company had a significant negative effect on company performance. The more a company diversifies vertically, the smaller the ROA or performance that the company gets. In addition, horizontal diversification also has a significant negative effect on company performance. While the type of manufacturing industry has a significant positive effect on company performance. There is no effect of the type of service industry on the company's performance and the type of property industry also has no effect on the company's performance

Abstract

Banten Province is already famous for its history, especially Islamic historical relics, artifacts, sites, mosques, petilasan and tombs, are forms of historical heritage that can be developed into one of the national tourist destinations. One type of tourism that is now developing is religious tourism. Serang Regency is known as the Santri area, in this case the Tanara Subdistrict, which is part of the Serang Regency area. There are relics of the great cleric of the archipelago, Sheikh Nawawi Al-Bantani, artifacts, petilasan and tombs of scholars and old mosques that have historical value. The tombs of the clerics and historic mosques were visited by pilgrims who not only came from the Banten area but also came from various regions from the islands of Java and Sumatra. In an effort to develop the potential of existing religious tourism, it is deemed necessary to conduct a study related to the development of religious tourism in Tanara District. The aims of this study are: (1) to analyze the distribution of religious-based tourism objects that can be developed as religious tourism objects; (2) Analyzing the problems and constraints faced related to the development of existing religious tourism based on; (3) Establish recommendations/policy strategies that need to be taken in the development of religious tourism in Tanara District. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with informants who have been selected based on their competence to knowledge of religious locations in Tanara. The results showed that there were 15 religious tours in Tanara District. The obstacles faced are related to facilities and infrastructure, the weak carrying capacity of local resources for the existence of tourist objects, and the lack of tourism marketing with religious themes. To overcome these obstacles, the strategies that can be carried out are the development of tourism facilities and infrastructure, the development of local resources, and the development of marketing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and motivation on the work performance of the Department of Transportation of West Sumatra Province employees. The sampling technique used in this study is the total sampling method using the entire population as a sample. The research sample is the Department of Transportation of West Sumatra Province employees. The total number of employees of the Department of Transportation of West Sumatra Province is 71. Data were collected by using questionnaires, observation, and literature study methods. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the employees of the transportation department of West Sumatra province, and (2) work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the transportation service of the province of West Sumatra

Abstract

The profit information disclosed by the company does not guarantee that the profit is of high quality. Profit can be said to be quality if the reported profit can be used by users of financial statements to make the best decisions and meet the qualitative characteristics of relevant and reliable financial statements and can convey the facts of actual financial performance. The objective to be achieved in this study is to test how the effect of the GCG Mechanism, CSR disclosure, on the quality of profits and its impact on the company's stock returns, with the control variables being Leverage and Firm Size. The population in this study is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research data was taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website for the 2014-2018 period.  The method used is the Purposive Sampling method. The results of this study show that Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, and CSR Disclosure do not have a significant effect on the quality of profits, while the Audit Committee and Stock Returns have a significant effect on Profit Quality
