Abstract

This research was conducted at the Tanjung Harapan District Office, Solok City. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence Communication and Coaching has on the performance of the Management Team for Family Welfare Empowerment. In this study, the population was the management of the Family Welfare Empowerment Team, which consisted of 33 people. The type of research is quantitative and the sampling technique uses the total sampling method or probability sampling. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire/questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variables Communication and Coaching affects the performance of the Management Team for Family Welfare Empowerment Y = -2.662 + 0.925X1 + 0.148X2 + e. From the t-test that was carried out, it was found that the variable X1 Communication had a significant effect on the performance of the management with t count 14,482 < t table 2.04 and sig. (0.000) < 0.05. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Variable X2 Coaching has a significant effect on Management Performance, the value is known to be t count 2.111 > t table 2.04 and sig, (0.043) < 0.05. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the f test, it was found that communication and coaching had a simultaneous effect on management performance with f count 111,860 > f table 3,316 and significance (0.000 < 0.05). Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the Determination Test the R Square value is 0.882. This means that the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 88.2%, while the remaining 11.8% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence Employee Attachment and Individual Personality have on the Behavior of contract employees in the Regional Secretariat of Solok City. In this study, the population was contract employees who numbered 40 people. With quantitative research types and sampling techniques using purposive sampling methods. The data collection technique used is to use questionnaires. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variables Employee Attachment and Individual Personality affects the Behavior of contract employees in the Regional Secretariat of Solok City Y = 3.922 + 0.735X1 + 0.173X2 + e. From the t test conducted, it was obtained that the variable X1 Employee Attachment had a significant effect on Employee Behavior with a t count greater than t table 9.940 > 2.026 and a significant level value of 0.000 < α 0.05 then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Variable X2 Individual Personality had a significant effect on Employee Behavior the calculated value of t was known > t table which was 2.150 > 2.026 and the significance value was 0.038 < 0.05 then H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted. From the f test conducted, it was found that Employee Attachment and Individual Personality had a simultaneous effect on Employee Behavior with f counting 76.707 > f table 3.24 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 then H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted. From the Determination Test, the R square value was 0.806 or 80.6%. This indicates that the contribution of the variables Employee Attachment and Individual Personality is 80.6%. While the remaining 19.4% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The capital market is a means and infrastructure of funding for companies or the government. The capital market is an activity where the sirplus of funds and the demand for funds meet through the negotiation of securities. The choice of securities to invest in are stocks, bonds, mutual funds, derivatives (options and futures). Of all the capital markets above, the most famous is stocks.  The performance of a company can be reflected in cash turnover, earnings per share and financial risks that can explain management's ability to run the company. If the value of the company looks good and operates continuously with an increase, it is likely that the stock price will be higher.  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cash turnover and earnings per share on the share price of PT. PT. Multi Prima Sejahtera, Tbk. The data used in this study is used data from PT. PT. Multi Prima Sejahtera, Tbk financial report 1990-2021 which is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sample is determined by deliberate sampling so that the sample can be obtained within 10 years. The techniques used in this study were data analysis with Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicholinearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination and Significant Test using the spss program version 26. The results of the study showed that there was no partial significant influence between cash turnover and the share price of PT. Meanwhile, Multi Prima Sejahtera, Tbk. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is a significant influence between cash turnover and earnings per share on stock prices

Abstract

Every company that was founded has the hope that someday in the future will experience rapid development in the business environment of the company and wants the creation of high productivity in the field of work. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and enthusiasm for work productivity employees at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Banten. The research method used is quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The population of this study was 40 of employees and the determination of the number of samples of saturated sample techniques in which the entire population was sampled, as many as 40 samples. The results of the discipline study did not have an effect on work productivity in obtaining the results of tcount <ttable or -0.182 <1.68595 and the significance value was smaller than 0.05 ie 0.000 with a significance level <0.05. Then it can be concluded that Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. The influence of morale on work productivity is obtained tcount> ttable or 4.028> 1.68595 and the significance value is smaller than 0.05 which is 0.000 with a significance level <0.05. Then it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The conclusion of this study which states that the variables of discipline and work morale affect the work productivity of employees at PT. Nikomas Gemilang. Means an increase in discipline and morale will indirectly affect the performance of an employee

Abstract

This study aims to determine and influence the length of service and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Telecommunications Indonesia (TELKOM) Persero Bima. This type of research is associative research. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with a likert scale. The population in this study was 35 employees. The sample technique used in this study was Accidental Sampling, where all populations were used as research samples. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires/ questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reloability test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple colleration coefficient, determination test, T test and F test. Abstract

The pandemic event has made the company experience liquidity pressure due to the impact of credit restructuring that some companies are worried about. This causes the current economic conditions to have an uncertain nature in the future, thus causing doubts in the company's business situation. The purpose of this study is to determine and test whether there is an effect of financial distress, debt default, and the previous year's audit opinion on the receipt of audit going concern. This research is a type of quantitative research using quantitative descriptive methods. The sample of this study was obtained using the purposive sampling method where the sample was determined based on certain criteria by the researcher. The object of this study is real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2020. Based on the results of the analysis of the f test results, it shows that financial distress, debt default, and audit opinions for the previous year have a significant effect on the audit opinion going concern. the results of the t-test of each variable, namely financial distress, have a significant positive effect on the audit opinion going concern. debt defaults have no significant effect on audit opinion going concern. the previous year's audit opinion had a significant effect on the audit opinion going concern

Abstract

The business field or processing industry sector is a strategic sector in the banten economy. In addition to dominating the economy and absorbing a large number of workers, processing industry products are also the main commodities for Banten's foreign exports. This study generally aims to analyze the role of banten processing industry business fields in the scope of the Banten and National economy, using the IRIO Indonesia 2016 Table. Specifically, the purpose of his research is to analyze the relationship between the processing industry sector and other sectors in the Banten economy, as well as its relationship with the national economy. In addition, a measurement of the role of processing industry business fields is also carried out through the identification of leading sectors and analysis of multiplier numbers. The results showed that the sub-fields of the food and beverage industry, the textile and apparel industry, as well as the paper and paper goods industry, printing and reproduction of recording media, have a very high forward and backward linkage with other sectors in Banten, thus becoming Banten's leading sector. However, of these three sub-fields of business, only the paper and paper goods industry, printing and reproduction of recording media also play a role as the national leading sector

Abstract

The work environment is everything that is around workers and is able to influence workers in doing work. The work environment is one of the main factors in an organizational ecosystem. Therefore, companies must create a comfortable working environment so that workers can work optimally. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact that occurs in the working environment on the performance and satisfaction of employees in the production department. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with an ethnomethodological approach. This approach seeks to understand the daily behavior of employees by conducting in-depth observations and interviews, where the subjects in this study are employees of the production department. Based on the research results obtained that the physical work environment in the production area with temperature parameters, light intensity is below the standard. A bad physical work environment has an impact on employee performance in the form of dehydration, fatigue, decreased focus, comfort, increased emotions, and reduced hearing and has an impact on company performance, productivity is not optimal, affects employee work effectiveness and increases costs. Meanwhile, the impact that arises as a result of a bad physical work environment on employee satisfaction is that work is not optimal, complaints and protests arise, and morale decreases

Abstract

A good pricing and promotion strategy will have an impact in increasing sales volume so that the company's revenue can achieve large profits. This study aims to find out how good the streatgei of pricing and promotion is in increasing sales volume on Foodbox. This type of research is descriptive. The research instrument used is a likert scale questionnaire that has been distributed. The population in this study was all Foodbox customers with a sample of 50 respondents with the sample determination technique used in this study was non-probability sampling using the accidental sampling method. Data collection techniques use observations, questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, normality test and t test test one sample. The results showed that the pricing strategy in increasing sales volume at Foodbox was not good, while promotion in increasing sales volume at Foodbox was good because it was more than 75%

Abstract

Civil Servants (PNS) are expected to have high motivation in doing their work and good quality of service to the community. From the data obtained related to the presence of employees which is one of the motivational factors, it is shown that there are still employees who come to work not on time. In addition, based on the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) survey conducted by the author on the work productivity of employees of the Tegal Regency Industry and Manpower Office, an average number of 2.99 from a maximum value of 4 can be interpreted as the need for improvement in several aspects of service. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation on the work productivity of employees of the Tegal Regency Industry and Manpower Service. The respondents of this study were 44 people. This study is a quantitative study with saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through google forms to 44 respondents. The results of this study through a simple linear regression test were shown by the equation Y = 20.328 + 0.187X. This means that if X=0 then the value of Y=20.328 and is positive. The value of the regression coefficient X of 0.187 has the understanding that every 1% addition of the value of the Motivation variable (X), the value of the Work Productivity variable (Y) increases by 0.187. The result of the t test result, obtained the calculated t value = 2,342 > t table = 2.018 and the significance value of 0.024 < 0.05. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, an R square value of 0.115 was obtained. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the motivation variable on the work productivity variable is 11.5%. Thus, it is known that the high low work productivity at the Tegal Regency Industry and Manpower Office is influenced by motivation of 11.5%, the rest is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study
