Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Effective leadership, high motivation, and good job satisfaction are considered key factors in shaping an employee's commitment to the organization. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey of office employees and PKS of PT. Serba Huta Jaya as many as 63 people as a population as well as a research sample. The data was collected using a questionnaire that measured the level of leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical methods and multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship between these variables. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment both partially and simultaneously. This shows that effective leaders, a motivating work environment, and high levels of job satisfaction can increase employee commitment to the organization. These findings have practical implications for human resource management in developing strategies to increase organizational commitment. Managers and leaders need to pay attention to the importance of building effective leadership, creating a motivating work environment, and paying attention to employee job satisfaction as an effort to increase organizational commitment. Thus, this study contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence organizational commitment and provides a basis for the development of relevant management interventions in the workplace

Abstract

Based on research result from marketing channel I to marketing channel VI in Harjokuncaran Village, share farmer price in marketing channel I is 94,54 % with total margin Rp1557,-, share farmer price in marketing channel II is 96,68 % with total margin Rp375,-, share farmer price in marketing channel III is 95,37 % with total margin Rp1307,- , share farmer price in marketing channel IV is 94,74 % with total margin Rp1500,- share farmer price in marketing channel V is 93,10 % with total margin Rp 2000,- and marketing channel VI has total margin Rp700,- where sortation cost incured by farmers is called margin because the farmers as marketing institutions thar direcly sell their coffee to consumer or Agroindustry without through the marketing institution of middleman or distributor. The price efficiency approach is calculated based on the marketing institutions for each marketing channel. According to the research result, the fuction transportation by every marketing institutions have been efficient. Because price difference bigger than transportation cost. The operational efficiency approach is calculated useing standart capacity in each activity that is transportation used by marketing institutions. Based on research result that middlemand in marketing channel I and middleman in marketing channel IV have not effiicient because capacity average under normal capacity that are 87,50 % < 100 % and 95 % < 100 %. While distributor in marketing channel I and channel II have been said efficient becaude the avegare capacity is over capacity that is 245,83%. Factors affected marketing margin of Arabika coffee in Harjokuncaran Village are farmer distance with marketing institution (X1), farming length (X2), farmer price (X3), farmer age (X4), and farmer education (X5) simultaneously. Partially, farmer distance (X1) had negatively affected to marketing margin with coefficient value is 34,28811 and farmer price had negatively affected to marketing margin with coefficient value is 0,18988839. While farming length (X2), farmer age (X4), and farmer education (X5) have not affected to marketing margin. Suggestion for farmers, should sell coffee directly to distributor Dampit so that get a high selling price. So, the role of goverment is needed to help farmers do their own sorting and do picking quality coffee beans

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of taste, price, store atmosphere, and service quality on consumer satisfaction in Coffee Shops (Warkop). In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, understanding the factors that affect consumer satisfaction is very important for business continuity. The taste of drinks and food, proper pricing, a pleasant store atmosphere, and quality service are key aspects that allegedly affect customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Warkop Gelas Batu 2 Rantauprapat. The sample used was 100 respondents who were calculated using the Wibisono formula, and were randomly selected. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to test the relationship between free variables (taste, price, store atmosphere, service quality) and bound variables (consumer satisfaction). The results of the study show that all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has the strongest influence, followed by price, taste and store atmosphere. These findings indicate that to increase consumer satisfaction, Warkop Gelas Batu 2 must focus on improving service quality, adjusting product prices more competitively, improving product taste quality, and creating a more comfortable store atmosphere. Consumer satisfaction at Warkop Gelas Batu 2 is influenced by several factors that can be managed by business owners. By improving these factors, it is expected to increase customer satisfaction and their loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to identify marketing strategies on Instagram social media to increase brand awareness in the Seblakmommy789 business in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The informants involved were selected through purposive sampling techniques, with a total of five people as data sources. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Nvivo 12 software. The findings of the study show that the most effective digital marketing strategy through Instagram to increase brand awareness is to implement incentive programs such as giveaways. The results of the significant increase in brand awareness can be seen from the increase in product recalls

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a person's feeling of joy or disappointment that arises from comparing the product's perceived performance (or results) to their expectations of the actions taken by the consumer. The research aims to test whether the influence of lifestyle, location and cafe services has an effect on consumer satisfaction at Padang nipah coffee shops. The data source used in this research is primary data. The population in this observation was visitors to the Nipah coffee shop, totaling 2,393 people. This sampling technique is incidental sampling. The number of samples used in this research was 96 people. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The conclusion of this research is that the influence of lifestyle (X1) has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, location (X2) has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, and service cafes (X3) have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze the influence of monetary policy on global economic growth. Through a review of literature and interpretation of findings from various studies, this research evaluates the development of research on this topic from 2020 to 2023. The study also identifies core journals that contain research results on this topic and conducts a bibliometric analysis of the development of research on this topic using VOSviewer. The results show an increase in the number of research publications from 2020 to 2023, with the highest number of publications occurring in 2023. The bibliometric analysis also indicates that several topics in forensic audit research have not been extensively studied, which could be potential areas for future research. In conclusion, this study provides new insights into the influence of monetary policy on global economic growth and highlights the importance of the systematic literature review method and bibliometric analysis in this research

Abstract

This research aims to measure and determine the performance accountability system of SAKIP government agencies in the Gresik Regency Social Service. The focus of this research is the implementation of the SAKIP policy at the Gresik Regency Social Service which leads to SAKIP components including performance planning, performance measurement, performance reporting, performance evaluation, and performance achievements. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data from literature studies. The results of this research are the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) in the Gresik Regency Social Service in 2022. With a performance achievement of 118.97% determined based on measuring performance indicators against targets and objectives. Achievement of indicators is supported by the good implementation of program activities and sub-activities in the field of social services and is supported by good cooperation between employees, work partners and the community. Recommendations for efforts to improve in the future are, paying attention to the level of coordination and making effective policies in each activity implementation, carrying out the evaluation stage of each activity as an effort to increase the performance achievements of the Gresik Regency Social Service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether celebrity endorsement and customer review have a significant effect on purchase intention which is moderated by trust in Azarine products. This study uses primary data and uses questionnaire techniques. The population in this study amounted to 65 consumers of Azarine products, with the criteria of women and men aged 17-35 years in Surakarta City. The sample in this study used purposive sampling. Data processing using SPSS 25. The data analysis technique used is MRA. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorsement and customer review have a significant effect on purchase intention. Trust moderates the effect of celebrity endorsement on purchase intention on Azarine products, but trust does not moderate the effect of customer reviews on purchase intention on Azarine products. Thus, the advice given by researchers to Azarine products is that management should pay more attention to reviews made or written by consumers on online platforms. Negative comments must be responded to immediately to provide balanced information. To prospective buyers who tend to read consumer reviews

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, liquidity, and profitability on the value of companies in the telecommunications sub-sector. The subjects in this study are telecommunication companies listed on the IDX in 2021-2023. The data collected using this purposive sampling technique was obtained as many as 45 samples from a total of 15 companies for 3 years. The results of this study show that the capital structure measured by DER has a negative value, the liquidity measured by CR has a negative value and the profitability measured by ROA also has a negative value which indicates that the three variables studied have no effect on the company's value

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the planning and management strategies of the Unsika Arts People's Association in facing the era of disruption to obtain superior and competitive human resources, and to find out how the role of the era of disruption or the era of digitalization affects the Parasika work system. The focus of the discussion in this research is the analysis of planning strategies for utilizing the presence of the era of disruption, and planning strategies to face the positive and negative possibilities of the presence of the era of disruption. As well as training strategies and character building to obtain superior and competitive human resources in the era of disruption. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research and phenomenological analysis methods. Through the qualitative descriptive method, researchers use data from interviews which are then described descriptively. The informants in this research involved two informants, including the General Chairperson of Parasika, and the Head of the Parasika Human Resources Management Bureau. The second method used in this research is the phenomenological analysis method, which is a type of qualitative research that looks and hears more closely and in detail the individual's explanation and understanding of their experiences. The results of this research show that the planning and human resource management strategy of the Unsika Arts People's Association has a significant impact on developing the quality of human resources in forming superior and competitive students in the era of disruption
