Abstract

This article discusses the influence of investment levels on economic growth from an Islamic perspective. Investment is the main driver of economic growth, but in the context of Islamic economics, deeply held values ​​and principles have a significant impact on investment patterns and their results on economic growth. Through an analysis of literature and Islamic economic concepts, this article describes the relationship between investment levels and economic growth, and examines the factors that influence investment decisions from an Islamic perspective, such as justice, transparency, risk and economic sustainability. In addition, this article highlights the contribution of Islamic economics to inclusive and sustainable economic development. The implications of Islamic economic principles for investment and economic growth, both from an academic and practical perspective, are also discussed. It is hoped that this article will provide valuable insight to further understand how investment can be directed in accordance with Islamic values ​​to achieve sustainable economic development goals

Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the influence of economic factors such as income, consumption of agricultural products, investment, and the quality of human resources on the productivity of the Generation Z farming community in Tasikmalaya City, as well as assessing whether the urban farming concept is an ideal method for increasing their productivity. Using quantitative methods and a descriptive approach, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 members of the Gen Z farming community in Tasikmalaya City, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to assess the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The research results show that income has a significant positive influence on agricultural productivity. Consumption of agricultural products also shows a significant positive relationship. Consistent with researchers where increased income encourages the expansion of crop varieties and innovations in planting techniques. Agricultural product consumption also shows a significant positive relationship, supporting the increasing agricultural product consumption drives land expansion and new seed planting. Investment has a significant positive impact on productivity, as increased investment enhances production activities. Furthermore, HRQ significantly positively impacts the productivity of Gen Z farmers, suggesting that skilled and knowledgeable farmers can better implement urban farming practices. Investment has a significant positive effect on agricultural productivity. Hypothesis testing shows that all independent variables have a significant relationship with the dependent variable, with a probability value of t < 0.05 and a probability value of f < 0.05. The classical assumption test shows that this regression model is valid and reliable, with normality, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test results in accordance with accepted standards. Based on these results, it can be concluded that income, consumption of agricultural products, investment and quality of human resources contribute significantly to the productivity of Gen Z farmers in Tasikmalaya City. This research also confirms that the urban farming concept is an effective method for increasing the efficiency and quality of production in cities, providing important implications for sustainable agricultural policies and practices. Strategies for increasing income, optimizing consumption of agricultural products, increasing investment and developing the quality of human resources are key factors in increasing the productivity of the agricultural sector in the digital era. Thus, urban farming can be implemented effectively by the Gen Z farming community in Tasikmalaya City

Abstract

This study aims to determine the close relationship between the influence of food prices and stall locations on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research is a correlational research. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a sample of 42 respondents. The data collection technique is carried out using a questionnaire using a likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The method in this study is a quantitative method to measure the extent of the close relationship between food prices and stall locations to customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results of the study showed that the influence of food prices and stall locations both had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with the mediating variable being customer satisfaction

Abstract

With the increasingly fierce competition in the culinary business, service quality is an important factor that can affect customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in Ayam Geprek Wening Gondangrejo, Karanganyar. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative research approach and primary data sources. The data analysis techniques used include Hierarchical Regression Analysis and Path Analysis, as well as Hypothesis Testing using Significance Tests (t-Test and F-Test). The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between service quality and customer loyalty, both directly and through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Good service quality can increase customer satisfaction, which in turn increases customer loyalty to Ayam Geprek Wening. The implementation of high service quality at Ayam Geprek Wening Gondangrejo, Karanganyar has been done well, but continuous efforts are still needed to improve service aspects so that customer satisfaction and loyalty continue to increase. This can be done by providing periodic training to employees to maintain service standards and add innovative menu variations to keep customers interested

Abstract

Online training has great potential to be effective in the era of technological and information development, especially if it is implemented well and adapted to the needs of participants. A combination of advanced technology, good curriculum design, and adequate support can overcome many existing shortcomings. This research is to examine how the quality of training instructors impacts training effectiveness. Apart from that, we want to see the influence of other variables on the effectiveness of the training, such as the quality of training materials and training methods. The objects of this research were 105 people who were trained as Regional Instructors in the ST2023 field data collection activities at BPS Banten Province. Empirical data testing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that instructor quality positively and significantly affects training effectiveness. The research results recommend increasing the ability or competency of training instructors

Abstract

The Government of Indonesia has passed Law No. 7 in 2021 concerning the Harmonization of Tax Regulations (UU HPP) which contains seven rules for changes and adjustments to tax regulations. One of them is the integration of NIK into NPWP which is the government's effort to increase tax revenue. This study aims to determine the influence of taxpayers' perception of the integration of NIK into NPWP and the socialization of the HPP Law on the compliance of individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Serang Barat. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method.  The data collection method was carried out by the survey method using a questionnaire. The results of this study show that there is an influence of taxpayers' perception of the integration of NIK into NPWP on the compliance of individual taxpayers and there is an influence of socialization of the HPP Law on the compliance of individual taxpayers. And simultaneously taxpayers' perception of the Integration of NIK into NPWP and the socialization of the HPP Law affect the compliance of individual taxpayers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, electronic word of mouth and brand image on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was users of Emina Cosmetics in Kuningan with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. This research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire in a google form that is distributed directly to respondents. Data processing techniques use tests of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linier regression analysis and coefficient of determination with the help of IBM SPSS version 25 application. The research results showed that (1) social media marketing, electronic word of mouth and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The purpose of implementing this community service is a form of responsibility from CSR (corporate social responsibility) to the surrounding community. This time the community service is focused on Pia Mahen MSMEs engaged in snacks, the presence of MSMEs also has a positive impact on improving the economy in Indonesia. The method used to carry out community service is by using 3 stages, starting from the pre-production stage which contains the search for problems that are being experienced by the resource persons, during production, namely the process of community service by carrying out various programs that have been formed, and post-production, namely the assessment stage of the success of the community service process that has been implemented. The selection of this method is considered helpful to classify the order that will be carried out for this community service. The result obtained from this community service is that there is an increase in followers and posts on Pia Mahen's Instagram and TikTok accounts, with the creation of interactive and creative content, thereby expanding the marketing reach of Pia Mahen's products. Based on the community service that has been carried out, it is understood that participation in marketing strategies with online media is very influential and has a significant impact

Abstract

The workshop business is a competition with high competitiveness with many competitors engaged in vehicle repair services. Fierce competition between automotive workshops encourages more effective, innovative and solution-oriented business branding. The "Jancuk Garage" workshop is a business in the field of motorcycle repair with several advantages but a low customer ratio. The purpose of the rebranding is to introduce Jancuk Garage to the public, increase the customer ratio, increase the positive image of the business in the eyes of the public and build righteousness and reputation. The implementation method includes creating social media content on an attractive Instagram account with the identity of Jancuk Garage's business so that it is known by the wider community. Make brochures, name cards, stickers and boxes of criticism and suggestions to be shared with the public which are effective promotional materials. Build good communication with customers and certain communities and improve good service from handling to facilities at the workshop
