<![CDATA[Islamic Elementary education institutions Negri Tempel is an institution engaged in education on the basis of Islamic education that is inseparable from the competition and competition from other Islamic educational institutions. Tempel State Islamic Elementary School is an institute under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. The purpose of its establishment is to increase the intelligence, knowledge, personality, character, and skills to live independently and to follow further education, which is expected to be achieved and sustained total liability. This study aims to present how the development of quality management in the State Government Elementary School Tempel covering Planing, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Inside analysis by looking kekutan institutions namely the implementation and development of quality educational institutions. The result is that the State Government Elementary School Tempel Yogyakarta has different characteristics with other agencies like Islamic Elementary. The development of quality educational institutions can be reviewed through the theory of planning, organizing, supervision or control. In plain practical management functions have been implemented in the State Islamic Elementary Tempel Yogyakarta and has been implemented effectively. Thus the implementation of the development of quality management education institutions in general have a direct impact on the management of the State Government Elementary School in Yogyakarta Tempel. Cooperation institutions have been embedded in every teachers, employees and students so as to produce graduates who are high achievers, moral qur'ani, confident, healthy and innovative environmentally sound.]]>

The use of social media is certainly in line with the development of each generation with the characteristics of each generation. Millennials are a generation with significant technological change, must be able to face challenges, develop and be able to utilize technology without having to change its characteristics. There are four steps that must be taken to maintain the characteristics of the nation through art education: (1) having knowledge related to the learning climate in the classroom, (2) abilities related to learning management strategies, (3) having abilities related to providing feedback and strengthening, and (4) having abilities related to self-improvement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is intended to know: (1) the use of information technology (IT) Media (2) Fiqih achievement students. (3)The Interaction of the between learning media and Fiqih achievement. The method was used in this research is experiment method. The objets of this research are 40 students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Sragen district that separated 20 students as experiment group, 20 students as control group. Data collecting method using questionnaire for the use of information technology (IT) media , interview, documentation, observation and tes for Fiqih achievement. Data analysis technique using Liliefors for normalitas test and y=a+bx for linier test. For correlation use product moment with significant 5%.Based the result of research shows that there is an interaction between the effect of information technology (IT) Media and achievement in Fiqih (Fab>Ftable or 0,866>0,444), it can therefor said that hypothesis was accepted.]]>

<![CDATA[Nur Hikmah Laila, penelitian ini ditulis untuk mengungkapkan apakah pengajaran kosakata dengan menggunakan flashcard dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata siswa dan untuk menggambarkan situasi kelas ketika flashcard diimplementasikan di kelas kosakata. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas tiga sekolah dasar di Ngemplak Boyolali. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari wawancara, kuesioner, buku harian guru, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa (1) kartu flash dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata siswa dalam semua aspek; mereka adalah (a) makna: siswa dapat memahami dan menghafal makna kata-kata; (B) pengucapan: siswa dapat mengucapkan kata dengan benar; (c) ejaan: siswa dapat menulis kata-kata; (D) penggunaan: siswa dapat menggunakan kata-kata dalam kalimat sederhana. (2) kartu flash dapat meningkatkan situasi kelas dalam belajar bahasa Inggris. Melalui pengajaran bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan kartu flash, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi dan minat yang besar. Para siswa menjadi aktif terlibat dalam semua kegiatan kelas. Dari temuan penelitian ini, peneliti menyarankan bahwa guru Bahasa Inggris menerapkan kosakata untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata mereka.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to reveal the influence of teachers' perceptions of school leadership and academic qualifications of teachers on teacher performance SDIT Ulul Albab 1 and 2 Purworejo. The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. The research sample is determined by the formula nomogram Herry King. A population of 58 people with 95% confidence interval, are used to determine 56 people. Based on the results of the descriptive statistical analysis of the variables of school leadership gained a mean of 3.1379, academic qualifications obtained by mean of 2.4483 and teacher performance obtained by mean of 3.8276. There is a positive and significant impact of school leadership on teacher performance of 5.5%. There are no significant negative influence and academic qualifications of teachers on teacher performance of (-) 2.1%. There is the influence of positive and significant impact of school leadership and teachers' academic qualifications together on teacher performance by 0.4%.]]>

<![CDATA[This article reviews the importance of the competency of Elementary School or Islamic Elementary School Teachers in instruction of science subject. Learning science of elementary school teacher, in teaching science, should master instruction and teaching of science as well as its assessment technique, so that the students can achieve a determined indicator. From this article, it is found a conclusion that the standard of the successful teacher depends on the teacher’s personality, the mastery of teaching method, the teacher’s frequency and intensity of interaction with students and the mastery of instructional strategy.]]>

<![CDATA[Before madrasah or Islamic school is built, mosque functions generally for holding education and includes every activity. The development of Islamic school firstly comes in three stages: first, mosque, second, institution of Masjid-Khan and third is Madrasah or Islamic school. Madrasah in Indonesia is Islamic education institution having long history. The trace exploration of the Islamic school is started by efforts of developing Islamic education system conducted by either Islamic figures or social-religious organizations. The development is influenced by policies through time, Dutch colonialism period, Japan colonialism period, independence era, old-period, and new period in Indonesia. The regulation of Sisdiknas No.20 in 2003 it is explained “education channel consists of formal education, non formal education and informal education completed and enriched each other. The education stated in verse 1 is held using opened system through meeting and long distance.]]>

<![CDATA[Pancasila is a guide for the Indonesian people in society, nation and state. Over time, the ideology of the Pancasila began to fade in people's lives; this could be due to the current of globalization. The community began not to pay too much attention to the values in the Pancasila. As one example this can be seen around the Al-Manar mosque which tends to individualism. The existing Pancasila values seem to be marginalized and become a new problem today. Itmakes writer to examine how the people understand the Pancasila in the Al-Manar mosque and how to plant the values of Pancasila and religious teachings in Muslim life in the Al-Manar mosque The purpose of this paper is to be able to provide insight to the community on the importance of planting Pancasila values and teachings. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documents related to research. The technique used in analyzing is spreading data, retrieving data according to the problem and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it was found that the majority of the people in the Al-Manar mosque understood the meaning and function of the Pancasila as the state foundation and unifying the Indonesian nation. Pancasila values do not conflict with the values of Islamic teachings. The pattern of understanding of some Muslim communities in the Al-Manar mosque understands Pancasila as its own ideology, and the teachings of Islam as its own ideology.]]>

<![CDATA[The prosperity of shareholders can usually be seen from the high value of the company. This means that maximizing shareholder prosperity can be done by maximizing the value of the company. The higher the value of the company, the greater the prosperity that will be received by the shareholders. In the era of globalization, manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector in Indonesia are trying to produce high-quality goods at low cost in order to increase competitiveness in the domestic market as well as in the global market. Most manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector are also companies that rely on capital from investors in carrying out their production activities so it is very important for companies to maintain their liquidity health. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with a case study method. Based on the discussion it can be concluded that dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector. This is evidenced by the results of the t test value yaituthitung 3.395 and p value 0.001 < 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui apakah teknik Acting Play Script (APS) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris mahasiswa; (2) menggambarkan sejauh mana teknik APS dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris mahasiswa; dan (3) menggambarkan respon mahasiswa terhadap penerapan teknik APS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Inggris dengan teknik APS yang dilaksanakan bulan September sampai Desember 2018 di IAIN Surakarta dengan subject penelitian mahasiswa semester I jurusan Bimbingan Konseling Islam, Fakultas Da’wah IAIN Surakarta, Tahun akademik 2018/2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistic deskriptif. Sementara data kualitatif menggunakan teknik Constant-comparative oleh Strauss and Glasser. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Penggunaan teknik APS dalam drama bahasa Inggris dapat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa inggris mahasiswa; (2) APS dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa inggris mahasiswa dalam hal: peningkatan prestasi dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris; b. peningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengekspresikan ide-ide dalam bentuk grammar dan kosa kata; dan meningkatkan pelafalan bahasa Inggris yang benar; (3) Respon mahasiswa terhdapan teknik APS pada kelas speaking adalah positif karena APS itu menyenangkan, menarik dan menantang. APS memberikan motivasi yang bagus dan meningkatkan semangangat para mahasiswa, jadi mereka termotivasi untuk berbicara bahasa Inggris.]]>
