This study aims to see how much influence the Covid-19 pandemic has had on the people of West Sumatra. All economic activity has decreased, during the PSBB economic activities were stopped and all activities were restricted, causing unemployment to increase. The impact of the pandemic has had a major impact on income levels. Households with low income have increased and those with middle and upper income have decreased. Of course, as a result of this, income inequality in West Sumatra has slightly decreased. The decline in economic activity affected by the Covid 19 pandemic has different characteristics from the economic crises experienced in 1998 and 2008. The impact that occurred as a result of Covid 19 was a sharp decline in economic activities that required physical interaction. Where economic growth declined sharply, inflation rose and unemployment and poverty also increased. The pandemic directly disrupted the production and spending side of society. The main finding of this study is that West Sumatra is not affected by Covid too much when compared to other regions. However, in the post-covid-19 pandemic period, expectations were quite high for economic improvement in the post-covid1-9 pandemic period.

The researchers did this related to the interest of Setih Setio Muara Bungo Institute of Administration and Health students in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Administration Study Program of Business Administration and Semester VII of the State Administration Study Program, researchers indicated that there was still low interest in students in entrepreneurship as seen from their fear of loss. 175 people were used to collect library research data and field research such as interviews, observations and delivering questionnaires. Background: Cattle farming is one of the sources of food ingredients in the form of meat which has high economic value and is important in people's lives. There are many cattle breeders to go to to do the program every week or about 30 cattle farmers. The large number of cattle breeders makes it difficult for relevant agencies to map their locations. Method: This study uses qualitative methods in terms of data collection. Qualitative method is a method that focuses on understanding the overall aspect of the problem being discussed. Result: This research produces a system that can have the ability to map all cattle farms with an accurate distribution of locations. Conclusion: The application of GIS in this study allows the community to search for the location of cattle farms based on this application in Asahan and improve the quality of the mapping system of farm locations at the Livestock Service Office of Asahan Regency.

Puding wungu leaves Graptophyllum pictum (L.) Griff have potential activity for laxative, diuretic, antiinflammation and antibacterial. Those Puding wungu leaves potential to be developed as an active ingredient in pharmaceutical products. This study aims to standardize the simplicia of puding wungu. There are two parameters for standardization, ie. Specific parameter and non specific parameters. Specific parameters include macroscopic, microscopic testing, determination of chemical content, water-soluble and ethanol-soluble content and non-specific parameters include total ash content, acid-insoluble ash content, water content, and dry shrinkage. The method for standardization refers to Harborne methods and general standard method in Ministry of Health of republic Indonesia books. Puding wungu leaves have an oval shape, the edge of leaf is regular, distinctive odor, a brownish-purpe color, pinnate leaf, shiny surface, the tip and base of the leaf is tapered. Puding wungu leaves contain tannin, flavonoids, steroids, alkaloids and phenollic compounds. Water soluble content of 34.54%, ethanol soluble content 13.07% ± 0.02; ash content 7.06% ± 0.01; acid insoluble ash content 1.77% ± 0.02; water content 0.21% ±0.05, and drying loss 2.90% ± 0.17. All standardization parameters meet the requirement of raw material from Pharmacopeae herbal Indonesia, Materia medica or standard set by the government.

This study aims to determine and test the effect of partial or simultaneous Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Financial Distress in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique, amounting to 14 companies with 4 years of observation. (four) years and data obtained from the financial statements of Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is found that partially and simultaneously Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on Financial Distress in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The effect of Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Financial Distress in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is 53.9%.

This study aims to examine the effect of employee engagement and workplace spirituality on organizational citizen behavior among AAA self-service employees. The sample used in this study were 60 employees from 100 AAA self-service employee populations. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was the employee engagement scale, workplace spirituality scale, and organizational citizenship behavior scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed F = 176.195 with a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.01) which indicated that there was a very significant influence between employee engagement and workplace spirituality variables on organizational citizenship behavior of AAA self-service employees. The results of the subsequent analysis obtained a beta value of 0.464 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01) indicating that there was a very significant positive effect between employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of further analysis obtained a beta value of 0.500 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01) indicating that there was a very significant positive effect between workplace spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be seen that employee engagement and workplace spirituality greatly affect organizational citizenship behavior of AAA self-service employees.

This study aimed to discover the effect of supportive group therapy to reduce public speaking anxiety on adolescents. The subjects in this study were five female adolescents of 17- to 19-year-olds. The study method used was an experimental study with the one-group pretest-posttest design using the purposive sampling technique. The study instrument used was the scale produced by Israwanda [9] based on Rogers’ [13] theory with public speaking anxiety aspects, i.e., physical responses, emotions, and mental processes. The non-parametric analysis test was using the Wilcoxon analysis technique to discover the differences between the pretest-posttest. The analysis result obtained was 0.043, which is <0.05. It shows a reduction of public speaking anxiety in adolescents. It is concluded that supportive group therapy implementation can reduce public speaking anxiety in adolescents

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneur characteristics, financial literacy, and religiosity on the decisions about female entrepreneurship funding in the creative industries in West Sumatra. It used the non-probability sampling techniques with the purposive sampling criteria, involving 130 female entrepreneurs as respondents. The study found that there was an influence of age, income, and personal financial literacy variables on the decision of female entrepreneurship funding in the creative industries in the province. This research is beneficial for women running businesses in creative industries in West Sumatra with the handicraft and fashion industries benefiting the most as the results of this study can be used as additional information in selecting the optimal sources for business financing

Diseases of the teeth and oral cavity are one of the health problems that many people experience. This is very inversely proportional to the needs of everyone who wants to have a healthy mouth and teeth. Lack of awareness to maintain oral and dental health is still low. Many people think that brushing your teeth is enough, even though this activity is not enough to maintain healthy teeth and oral cavity. When diagnosing doctors often do X-rays. Therefore, doctors need a system to diagnose diseases of the teeth and oral cavity, where the system used uses a Dempster Shafer method where the accuracy of this method has been proven to be 93%.

This research examined the role of a destination atmospheric cues on tourist' desire to engage in word of mouth (WOM) communication. It adopted the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model taken from retail theory. In implementing the model, Organism were the combination of three aspects, namely process, affective and cognitive states. Information from 393 foreign tourists visiting Batam City illustrated the power of SOR in explaining the role of atmospheric cues to forming desire WOM communication. Importantly, the results of the research also highlighted the procedural nature of the cognitive state of the organism. This research reinforced the importance of studying tourist behavior through an SOR angles and how affective and cognitive elements of organisms contributed to foreign tourist decision making
