Abstract

The home industry of making tempe is one of the businesses engaged in the sale of tempe products. Activities in the industry include the production of tempe sales and purchase transactions. The problem that occurs in the industry is to determine each production of the amount of tempe sales which often have difficulty in determining how much to sell for the next period. This results in frequent shortages of stock or even a large amount of tempe sales stock remaining so that it cannot meet customer needs and buildup in warehouses for a long period of time. The purpose of this study was to predict sales of tempe in the home industry of Gedangan Village to meet consumer needs. The method used in this study is the Single Moving Average (SMA) method, which is a forecasting method carried out by taking observations from the past, then looking for the average value as a forecast for the coming month. The results of the application of the Single Moving Average method produce predictions of tempe sales in January 2022 as many as 9106.67 sold with an accuracy of 5% MAPE error and the system created can facilitate the prediction of tempe sales quickly and accurately. So it can be concluded that the Single Moving Average method can help predict sales of tempe in the following month.

Abstract

Background: In an era of increasingly advanced technology, stability of the world economy, and the ever-advancing globalization of trading systems, the sales conditions of companies are becoming narrower and narrower. With the increase of domestic and foreign competitors, the company's domestic and international performance is expected to be able to compete in the market. Method: This research method is conducted with the purpose of explaining the actual situation and uses a qualitative method that is related to the problem under investigation. Result: The results of this study can design customer relationship management (CRM) as a strategy to achieve customer satisfaction, increase loyalty, and find new customers. With CRM, customers can make purchases more easily, Gondrong Service Store manages sales data more easily. Conclusion: Gondrong Service Store's E-CRM application, using this PHP programming language, can manage sales of aluminum cabinets online, so that customers can directly interact in sales transactions. This E-CRM application is designed to facilitate more effective promotion of products and develop sales of products to customers, especially customers outside of Batu Bara area. So that they can manage sales and attract more customers outside of Batu Bara area by ordering online.

Abstract

In a hospital, the doctor's role is very important. A doctor is someone who because of his knowledge tries to heal the sick. Doctors must have professionalism and quality in providing quality health services. One of the efforts to spur the performance of doctors is to conduct performance evaluations in order to increase the spirit of performance and achievement. Currently the job evaluation system at Setio Husodo Hospital is still done conventionally and the results of the assessment are subjective. By using a computer as a tool in the decision-making process for assessing the performance of doctors supported by the weighted product (WP) method to obtain accurate results. This study aims to design a Decision Support System application for assessing the performance of doctors which later deserves to be rewarded by Setio Husodo Hospital by looking at the value of the criterion weights and then processing the ratings of the doctor's performance assessment. The results of the study are in the form of an application that can show the value and ranking of the credibility of a doctor at Rs. Setio Husodo.

Abstract

Puskesmas Pulo Bandring is a functional implementing unit that functions as a center for health development. as a center for health services for the community, Puskesmas are required to always maintain patient trust, by improving the quality of their services. However, in reality in the field there is no system that can measure the level of satisfaction of health services at the Puskesmas Pulo Bandring. To overcome this problem, the researcher uses the Servqual Method, Service Quality is a method used to measure the service quality of the attributes of each dimension, so that the gap value will be obtained which is the difference between consumer perceptions of the services that have been received and expectations of what will be received. received. The data that was processed in this study was obtained by giving a chair containing 22 questions to 30 patients seeking treatment at the Puskesmas Pulo Bandring. It was found that the satisfaction of patients seeking treatment at Puskesmas Pulo Bandring Public seen from the 5 dimensions of the servqual had a reality value of 4.00 and an expected value of 4.62 so that there was a gap of -0.62. This gap occurs due to the non-fulfillment of patient expectations with the quality of services provided by the Puskesmas Pulo Bandring. . Abstract

Arif Jaya Stores is a company engaged in sales. Every day, Arif Jaya Stores serves about 1-30 sales transactions and has 25 salespeople. The system used by the Arif Jaya Store is still manual, namely the recording system in the book in searching for data so that it has difficulty. Likewise, the process of evaluating the performance of sales clerks still uses an observation system, which of course takes a long time and the assessment becomes less objective, because it is not based on the proper calculation of criteria. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the implementation of the MAUT method based on criteria and alternatives in making decisions about the best sales assistant at Arif Jaya Air Joman Stores. This research method is carried out by applying decision support system techniques and using the MAUT method. Data testing is done using manual calculations using Microsoft Excel and will be implemented into the VB.NET programming language with MySQL as the database. So the results of this study are that what is worthy of being recommended as the Best Sales Assistant is the 9th alternative on behalf of Lili Fadilla with a total value of 0.9.

Abstract

MS Glow Mabella Store Kisaran is a business that is engaged in selling cosmetic products such as make-up cosmetics and cosmetic care which is located on Jalan Imam Bonjol Kisaran. Makeup cosmetics are materials used to make up yourself with the aim of making it look more attractive or what is often referred to as Make-up. While cosmetic treatments are ingredients that are used on the human body to keep the body healthy and beautiful or often referred to as skincare. According to the results of interviews and observations of MS Glow Mabella Store Kisaran. Demand for cosmetic products by customers tends to change according to the trends that occur. In general, the use of cosmetics is used by women. This concerns the interests of many people, especially women in terms of awareness of using make-up and skincare in order to beautify themselves and make the body look healthy and well-groomed. This has a major impact on the demand for cosmetic supplies owned by MS Glow Mabella Store Kisaran. Determination of cosmetic inventory is unpredictable, so it is not in accordance with the number of customer requests and often experiences a lack of inventory conditions contained in the MS Glow Mabella Store Kisaran

Abstract

Mekar Baru Village is a village located on Petatal Plantation Street, Datuk Tanah Datar District, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra 21254 which has a fairly large population, of which this village has 7 hamlets in one village. The problems that exist in Mekar Baru Village are in determining the acceptance of village assistance which is difficult to determine, because the number of aid proposals that propose more proposals that come in, this is very troublesome for village officials who choose to receive assistance. As the problem develops, a decision support system is needed. A decision support system is a system to find support for decisions taken using a system designed based on user needs in helping to make decisions, designed based on predetermined criteria and alternatives and has a structured and programmed system in the form of weighting that will be accumulated and normalized and produce a ranking.

Abstract

Stock price is a constitution for investors to invest in the company, this study examines is to analyze the effect of exchange rate, net profit, cash flow, total assets on stock prices in manufacturing companies. The company has increased every year but it does not affect the stock price. The method that used is Logistic Regression Study Method and using Partial Experiments, Simultaneous Experiments and Coefficient Of Determination. The results of the studies show that according to partial only net profit that has a negative impact on stock prices.

Abstract

Bombom business is a business engaged in the sale and cultivation of mushrooms, where there are several types of mushrooms that are cultivated such as oyster mushrooms, ear mushrooms, straw mushrooms, button mushrooms, and toadstools. The location of this business is in Mangkai Baru Village, Lima Puluh District, Batu Bara Regency. Currently the process of selling mushrooms is only done manually, namely by coming directly to the business location and in marketing this business is still doing marketing directly through banners in front of the house and this business does not yet have a sales system that covers a wide area to market its products to a wider area. as outside the province. The method used in this research is to apply Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM). The results of implementing E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) mushroom sales in the bombom business can improve service to customers and can increase mushroom sales in the bombom business. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that E-CRM can help in the sale of mushrooms which can increase sales and can retain customers.

Abstract

The Expert System is one part of artificial intelligence which is designed to mimic the expertise of an expert in answering questions and solving problems in the fields of health, medicine, business, economics and so on. Certainty factor is thought of when using an inference engine (decision-making machine) and can be logically described as a repetition application of the ponens mode (a set of inference rules and valid arguments) Gestroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) is a type of disease that is often experienced by the community, and this type of disease is the disease that has the most number of patients in the Sidodadi Health Center because there are still many people who pay less attention to the disorders and the causes and symptoms that occur in gastric diseases. By utilizing an expert system to identify diseases in the stomach that are devoted to detecting Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) at the Sidodadi Health Center through symptoms or complaints experienced by the community, the result is that the level of confidence from the results of diagnosis using the certainty factor method is 81%.
