Abstract

Abstract

Background : This study aims to examine Business Risk, Profitability and Dividend Policy on Firm Value in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling method. The sample used is companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2021 as many as 14 companies with the amount of data processed for 3 years as many as 42 companies. Method : The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official IDX website in the form of company financial reports. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 20.0 program. Result :The results of this study indicate that partially Profitability (ROA) and Dividend Policy (ROA) have an effect and are significant on Firm Value, while Business Risk has no effect and is not significant for Value. Company. Then simultaneously Business Risk, Profitability (ROA) and Dividend Policy (ROA) have a significant and significant effect on Company Value. Conclusion: The magnitude of the influence of Business Risk, Profitability (ROA) and Dividend Policy (ROA) is used in the research model on Firm Value. is 39.1%. while the remaining 60.9% is explained by other factors not examined in the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of firm size and capital structure on firm value, profitability being an intermediate variable. The sampling method used purposeful sampling, with samples of hilir kuantitas from 60 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The analytical methods used are classical hypothesis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that firm size has a partial effect on profitability, capital structure has a partial effect on profitability, and firm size has a partial influence on firm value. company, partial profits significantly affect the value of the company. , profitability mediated and unmediated firm size and partial capital structure have a significant effect on firm value, profitability without intermediate variables. R2 (R squared) adjusted is 0.406 or 40.6%, which indicates that the contribution of the variables of firm size, capital structure and profitability to the firm value variable is 40 .6%, while the remaining 59.4% is affected by other external factors. variable. this study such as the financial performance of poros, diversity of the board and other issues.

Abstract

Technology can help students learn new skills and offer specialized learning support for those who require it, such as students with intellectual disability in special school. Intellectual disabilities are similar to a young toddler who can already discriminate good from bad (mumayyiz). When a child reaches the limit of understanding and is among those who must pray. The need to fulfill sharia commitments (taklif) is still placed on those with impairments. This research focuses on the creation of software that is both straightforward and efficient. Extreme Programming (XP) system by listening, which also helps students have a thorough comprehension of its main functions and outcomes.. By using good communication in XP (Ex, developers and users are able to decide which features are necessary for the software's use as well as how to discriminate between users, particularly those with intellectual disabilities. The results of the Black-Box Testing are show that all of the features performed as expected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Sales Growth, Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio on Share Prices in Property and Real Estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 - 2021. This research is a quantitative type research, the sample used in this study was taken using purposive sampling method. Of the 65 Property and Real Estate companies in 2019-2021 that became the population in this study, 18 companies met the sampling criteria and the year of observation in this study was 3 (three) years and the data was obtained from www.idx.co.id . The type of data used in this study is secondary data, in the form of the company's annual financial statements, then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The research results obtained indicate that Sales Growth, Return on Assets (ROA). Current Ratio has a significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

Analyzing and knowing how much influence business location, advertising and service quality have on purchasing decisions that occur at Maju Bersama Supermarkets is the goal of this study. Researchers used associative approach research methods and quantitative research types. Analyzing the data in this study with multiple regression analysis. Data collection techniques were applied with questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The research population is visitors who have shopped at the Maju Bersama Supermarket which is also used as a sample of 142 consumers. The slovin formula is used to determine the number of samples. The t(count) value of the Business Location variable is -2.516, Advertising is 1.028, and Service Quality is 4.399 and F(count) is 8.754. The research results show that the coefficient of determination is 16%. The conclusion in this study is that simultaneously and partially Business Location, Advertising and Service Quality have a significant and positive value effect on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Maju Bersama Supermarket

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Managerial Ownership, and Institutional Ownership on Financial Distress in Basic Industry and Chemical Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period. The data used is sourced from financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the website www.idnfinancials.com. And a selection has been made based on predetermined criteria. The population used in this study was 68 companies in the Basic Industry and Chemical Sector. By using purposive sampling, the sample obtained was 11 companies. With this research, it is hoped that it can become a science to help further researchers as well as students or the general public who need a source of information. From this study, it can be seen that the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership do not significantly influence financial distress in the Basic Industry and Chemical Sector Companies. But all variables affect simultaneously. The selection of sectors in this study is because these stocks are currently the most popular. The Basic Industry and Chemical sectors represent basic elements used in everyday life. Almost all items that we use every day are products of basic industrial companies and chemicals. Abstract

Employee performance at Semen Padang Hospital. The population in this study were all employees of Semen Padang Hospital. The sample selection technique used porpusive sampling and obtained a sample of 72 samples. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21.0. Based on the results of research and hypothesis testing that have been carried out, the results of the study can be said that Independent Ability has a significant effect on employee performance at Semen Padang Hospital. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Semen Padang Hospital. Self Efficacy has no significant effect on employee performance at Semen Padang Hospital. Self ability, compensation, and self efficacy together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Semen Padang Hospital. And the contribution of the independent variables Self ability (X1), Compensation (X2) and Self Efficacy (X3) to the dependent employee performance (Y) is 0.792 or 79,2%. While the remaining 0.208 or 20,8% is influenced by other variables outside the study. It is expected to always improve self-ability and compensation in the company, because self-ability and compensation can improve employee performance. Companies are also advised to increase Self Efficacy through increasing indicators related to Self Efficacy, because Self Efficacy has not been able to provide a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management is a business strategy designed to optimize profits, income, and customer satisfaction to achieve ease of doing everything so that it is easy to access information about existing products. This development can have a good impact on business people, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the business strategies to meet these goals by combining CRM and analytic hierarchical process (AHP). For this reason, the author uses AHP to achieve this business strategy. So this study proposes combining the concept of DSS with CRM as an improvement in the company's business strategy process.By taking data at the Visicom store, the author finally gets data that can be applied to the AHP method to find product recommendations to customers.

Abstract

One of the prospective investment facilities is property and real estate so that investors are interested in investing their funds in these businesses. The limited supply of land and buildings as the population increases and demand increases, land and real estate prices rise every year thereby increasing the welfare of shareholders by increasing the value of the company. However, the increase is inversely proportional to the value of the company. The purpose of this research is to see profitability, leverage, company size influence or not on firm value with CSR as a moderating variable. Sampling method with purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and moderating regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that partially profitability and firm size have a positive and significant effect on firm value while leverage has no positive and insignificant effect on firm value. And CSR as a moderating variable cannot moderate the relationship between profitability, leverage and firm size on firm value
