Abstract

Based on the results of interviews conducted with teachers of SMP Plus Al-Qodiri Jember, it was found that the teachers were still having difficulty in promotion. This difficulty is because the teacher does not have the skills in writing scientific papers, as well as the habit of teachers who never do research. For this reason, it is necessary to make efforts to provide skills to teachers to carry out research, write scientific papers and publish them. One form of simple research that can be easily carried out by teachers is to carry out Classroom Action Research (CAR). In practice, the teacher looks very enthusiastic in participating in the entire series of service activities carried out by this service team, this is because it can be a source of knowledge and hone the teacher's ability to make scientific papers. From the results of observations, it is found that the teachers already have the knowledge and ability to make scientific papers that come from the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR).

Abstract

Waroeng Kopi Singgah is a coffee shop that focuses on selling coffee on Pilang Street No.200, Wonoayu Sidoarjo. The sales location is strategic, but during this pandemic period it has decreased so that there is a lack of interest in visitors to come to the coffee shop to stop by. The purpose of implementing this program is to increase knowledge about making suitable product brands, knowledge about how to market through digital marketing, an increase in products with various variants, and an increase in turnover after selling through various online media. To achieve the expected goal, a series of activities were carried out using the PAR (Particitory action research) approach method, with various stages in its implementation, namely 1). Planning, this stage is carried out offline observation and identification of problems that are being experienced by the owner of the Singgah coffee shop. 2). Implementation, carrying out a series of activities from rebranding to marketing through digital marketing, and 3). Evaluation, assessment of the work program implemented. The result of the implementation of this activity is the presence of a new logo reflecting the stopover coffee shop, the existence of two coffee variants, namely arabica and robusta. In addition, there is promotion by making digital marketing through online media such as nstagram and shopee. Through a series of activities, it is hoped that there will be an increase in turnover and wider product recognition through online media.

Abstract

The purpose of marketing counseling for whiteleg shrimp seeds (Litopenaeus vannamei) from a household scale hatchery (HSRT), Kembangsambi, Pasir Putih, Bungatan was to motivate and to provide information about the marketing of whiteleg shrimp seeds. Activity method which is used to solve the problems mentioned above is marketing counseling for whiteleg shrimp seeds. This activity includes the material for marketing counseling activities, taxonomy of whiteleg shrimp, marketing concept with planning strategy, and marketing mix. The results of this counseling activity are the farmers will be able to maintain the marketing of whiteleg shrimp seeds, will be able to apply the marketing concept with strategic planning for whiteleg shrimp seeds, and will be able to apply the marketing mix for the marketing of whiteleg shrimp seeds so that it will increase economic growth in the Situbondo Regency and in particularly improve the household economy.

Abstract

This outreach program aimed to train students in achieving organizational skills, management, leadership and communication skills. It was located in Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. Based on the result of the interview data and documentation, it shows that: the organizational activities of the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School students include the management structure and the head of the division who is responsible for each position; students carry out activities by focusing more on learning objectives; meeting involve activity planning, activity actualization, activity arrangement and activity controlling are carried out once a month with a facilitator.

Abstract

Increasing marketing innovation is very important in progress in entrepreneurship. Of course, in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs is a commercial business whose management is carried out by individuals or individuals as well as business entities with a small scope, better known as micro. The problem faced by most small businesses or industries is that they do not have a Global Positioning System (GPS) partner business location marker system. Global Positioning System (GPS) is a navigation system that uses more than 24 MEO (Medium Earth Orbit) satellites that can provide information on the user's position wherever they are. GPS also plays an important role in increasing marketing to MSMEs. By using GPS, it is easier for people to access the location of MSMEs. With community service related to MSMEs assistance in traditional types of peanut sugar, it is hoped that it can provide MSMEs solutions. The problem solving method used is based on a management approach in improving production and sales results with 3 (three) stages of program implementation, namely preparation, implementation and monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

The role of pesantren colleges has a big responsibility in fostering and developing the potential of the surrounding community, especially for the younger generation who become assets to continue struggles in the future. The threat of drying up spiritual values ​​among the younger generation is getting away from behavior that is in accordance with the expected morality. So the youth mentoring program in strengthening mental-spirituality is one of the efforts to care for geranerasi through participatory transfromative social change actions. Preventive efforts to equip adolescents with religious knowledge and mental and spiritual strengthening, not only have a positive impact personally, but will also benefit the community around them. Together with stakeholders who have a significant role, this program emphasizes the assistance and empowerment of the community in understanding and resolving their own social problems, especially in the religious field. The continuity of the program which is carried out simultaneously will continue to be directed at developing the potential of future generations, while still integrating the roles and functions of the youth of the village of Sumberejo, which play an active role in spreading the da’wah of Islam rahmatan lil ‘alamin.

Abstract

This outreach program aimed to recognize and strengthen local wisdom of the people in Sapudi Island, Madura in preventing plague (tolak-balak). The community service method uses Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results show that the people of Sapudi Island in preventing disease outbreaks include: doing Rokat Pandhaba, Burdah Keliling Kampong, and other ritual or celebration. The purpose of the celebration is to get closer to Allah and to familiarize relationships with the community and the environment in order to avoid disasters and calamities. By doing harmonization between God, human beings, and the environment, people feel that they have achieved meaning in life (meaningfullnees). This paper was useful for developing theories of mental health, psychology, and counseling which are resulted from the values of the locality of the archipelago.
