Abstract

Liposarcoma is a malignancy that comes from primitive cells that have differentiation into fat cells. Location of the tumor is usually in the extremities, trunk and retroperitoneum. Liposarcoma is slow growing, deep, painless and large in size. Most sufferers are adults, aged between 40-60 years, a little dominant in men. In children, it tends to occur in the second decade of life. The incidence of liposarcoma in the world is 17% of all soft tissue malignancies. Data in the RSCM shows 70 cases of liposarcoma in a period of 10 years. The etiology of liposarcoma can come from physical factors, chemistry and biology that can be carcinogens in addition to genetic factors as a predisposition to liposarcoma. The diagnosis of liposarcoma is based on history taking and physical examination which begins with complaints of large pains that are painless and grow slowly, supported by radiological and histopathological examination as a determinant of diagnosis. Histopathological features of liposarcoma form the basis of classification, divided into five categories, namely: (1) well differentiated liposarcoma, (2) dedifferentiated liposarcoma, (3) mycid liposarcoma, (4) round cell liposarcoma, (5) pleomorphic liposarcoma. Liposarcoma management in the form of multimodality therapy, a combination of surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The prognosis of liposarcoma is mainly determined by the histopathologic type, tumor location and tumor size.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembangunan kesehatan ditandai dengan peningkatan dalam beberapa aspek, seperti kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM), kualitas hidup, kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat serta angka harapan hidup. Tuntutan untuk perawatan berkualitas yang dibutuhkan oleh pasien saat ini menggambarkan pentingnya kualitas perawatan. Hal ini diperlukan guna meningkatkan kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas dalam pelayanan peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Pentingnya masalah ini untuk diteliti karena pelayanan publik tidak lepas dari sorotan dan penilaian masyarakat pengguna. Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien terkadang masih mengandung keluhan dari masyarakat, baik berupa pelayanan kesehatan maupun sarana dan prasarana. Hal ini terbukti sejak BPJS Kesehatan telah menjangkau semua kalangan, berbagai kritik dan saran ditujukan kepada pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia khususnya di Sulawesi Selatan. Berdasarkan pantauan yang dilakukan di salah satu Puskesmas, ternyata terdapat kendala dalam pelayanannya. Masyarakat masih mengeluhkan pelayanan yang diberikan belum maksimal. Beberapa syarat administrasi yang harus disiapkan peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) jika pasien sedang dirawat dan harus melakukan sinkronisasi data peserta di kartu peserta dengan file yang harus disiapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan kesehatan peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di Puskesmas Kabupaten Wajo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 75% pasien rawat inap JKN di Puskesmas Kabupaten Wajo yang menilai kualitas pelayanan sebanyak 15 responden yang menilai kepuasan pasien sebesar 75% dengan total 15 responden. Hasil analisis tabulasi silang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan peserta JKN di Puskesmas Wajo dengan nilai ρ value 0,005 <α = 0,05. Penelitian dosen pemula diharapkan dapat mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan di bidang pelayanan kesehatan khususnya kualitas pelayanan kesehatan guna memberikan kepuasan kepada pengguna jasa khususnya peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). The success of health development is marked by improvements in several aspects, such as the quality of human resources (HR), quality of life, family and community welfare and life expectancy. The demands for quality care required by patients today illustrate the importance of quality of care. This is necessary in order to increase patient satisfaction with the services provided by health care facilities, including in providing quality services in the services of National Health Insurance (JKN) participants. The importance of this problem to be researched because public services cannot be separated from the spotlight and assessment of the user community. Services provided to patients sometimes still contain complaints from the community, both in the form of health services and facilities and infrastructure. This is evident since BPJS Kesehatan has reached out to all circles, various criticisms and suggestions are aimed at health services in Indonesia which aim to improve the quality of health services in Indonesia, especially in South Sulawesi. Based on the monitoring that had been carried out at one of the Puskesmas, it turned out that there were obstacles in its service. The community still complains that the services provided are not optimal. Several administrative requirements must be prepared by participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN) if the patient is being treated and must synchronize participant data on the participant card with a file that must be prepared. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of health services for the National Health Insurance (JKN) participants at the Wajo District Health Center. The method used in this research is analytic research with cross sectional approach. Determination of the sample using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that 75% of JKN inpatients at the Wajo District Health Center who rated the quality of service were 15 respondents, who rated 75% satisfied patient satisfaction with a total of 15 respondents. By cross-tabulating the results showed that there was a relationship between the quality of health services and the satisfaction of JKN participants at the Wajo Community Health Center with a value of ρ value 0.005 <α = 0.05.Research by novice lecturers is expected to be able to solve problems in the field of health services, especially the quality of health services in order to provide satisfaction to service users, especially participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN).

Abstract

The preparation of pregnancy is indispensable in order to give birth to an intelligent and healthy baby, if the mother does not prepare for her pregnancy, several pregnancy problems will appear which are commonly called pregnancy complications. Complications in pregnancy can be caused by inadequate preparation for pregnancy such as never have health status checks, blood tests and urine tests. The Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2014 have launched a sexual and reproductive health program for brides who serve women from adolescence to pre-pregnancy in order to prepare a healthy pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge and attitudes of the future bride about pre-marital health preparation in Gunungsari district West Lombok. This was a cross sectional study with proportional random sampling, the subjects in this study were future brides in 8 Poskesdes Gunungsari by taking respondents randomly in each group with a number according to the proportion of 152 people. The results showed that the age of the respondents was 20-35 years old, most of the future brides had high school education and almost all of the future brides were housewives. More than half of the brides' knowledge about pre-marital health preparation is quite good, also more than half of them are hadpassablyattitude category. Contribution of research results are its necessary to evaluate and improve local government policies related to efforts to increase the knowledge of future brides about pre-marital health preparation in coordination with the community health centers and the local Office of Religious Affairs through health education and pre-marriage requirements.

Abstract

The development of technology is growing rapidly in accordance with the times. Gadgets in early childhood (4-6 years) are not recommended because they can interfere with the natural growth and development process (Hana, 2017). The method used in this study is a cross-sectional retrospective approach. The population in this study were 120 preschool children in Atambua Christian Kindergarten and Islamic Kindergarten in the Jombang area. The side used purposive. The number of samples in this study were 60 kindergarten children consisting of 30 Kindergarten Christians Atmabua and 30 TK An-Nur Jombang. The measuring instrument used in this study was a questionnaire on parenting styles and a questionnaire on the use of gadgets. There are differences in the use of gadets between TK Kristen Atambua and Tk-Anur Jombang. This is evidenced by the results of the Wilcoxon sig-2 tailed 0.013 <0.05. Meanwhile, there is no difference in parenting style, as evidenced by the Wilcoxon sig-2 tailed test value of 0.08> 0.05. Abstract

Sometimes women experience pain when menstruating, but some people have less information abouthandling it by applying warm compress. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of providing lessons regarding the management of menstrual pain with warm compresses on the knowledge of female teenagers in Dharma Wanita Gresik Vocational School. This study used a sample of 235 Dharma Wanita Gresik Vocational School students. MacNemar test was used as analysis method. The results showed that before the lessons given, about 192 students (81.7%) had less knowledge about handling dysmenorrhoea. But after the counseling about menstrual pain (dysmenorrhoea) and its treatment by applying warm compresses the knowledge of students is getting better by 219 students (93.3%). From the MacNemar test results obtained value ɑ = 0,000, it shows that students' knowledge about menstrual pain (dysmenorrhoea) and its treatment with warm compresses has been increased. Abstract

At this time Covid-19 is the most important problem and challenges world health organizations and governments around the world. Like other pandemics, covid-19 can cause serious mental health problems among the public and health workers. The important role of health workers during a pandemic makes them more vulnerable to anxiety and stress. This research is a descriptive study which aims to determine the level of anxiety of midwives in providing health services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study were midwives who provided midwifery services during the Covid 19 pandemic. Sampling was taken by total sampling, where 58 midwives were obtained who completed the research questionnaire. The instrument for assessing anxiety uses the GAD 7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7) anxiety measurement tool which is presented in the form of an electronic questionnaire via google form. The results showed that more than half of the respondents had no anxiety, less than half of the respondents had mild anxiety and a small proportion of respondents had moderate anxiety. It is very important for midwives to manage their own anxiety and anxiety to provide healthy psychosocial care to pregnant women whom they will care for during pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium.

Abstract

The toddler age group is most often suffering from malnutrition such as stunting. The directcause of stunting is malnutrition due to lack of nutritional intake and the illness of the toddler.This study aims to find out in depth the pattern of parenting against the incidence of stuntingin infants. This research was conducted in Gianyar-Bali where the place is one of the districtswith a high incidence of stunting in Bali and became a pilot project handling stunting inIndonesia. Research methods using a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting in-depthinterviews with 8 informants, consisting of 4 housewives, 2 families, 1 cadre and 1 healthworker. Data analysis using thematic analysis. The results of the study: There are 5 principlesof the success of parenting care for toddlers such as: feeding directly or helping children feedthemselves, feeding slowly and patiently can encourage children to want to eat, a goodresponse to food rejection, providing food in a safe environment, time eating is a time to learnand love. In addition, there are determinants of behavioral influences that are supportive suchas knowledge, perception and availability of mother's time. And there are also inhibitingfactors that can be positive or negative such as the presence or absence of support fromvarious parties. Providing quality food to children is needed to prevent early stunting.

Abstract

The level of stress experienced by patients when hospitalized is not able to escape the attitude and caring behavior done by the nurse in the hospital. Whether caring for caregivers will determine the level of stress experienced by patients when hospitalized in a hospital room. The purpose of this research is to analyze the caring of nurses with the stress level of inpatient in the Aster room of the Hospital Dr Haryoto Lumajang. The design of this research is correlational using a sampling technique of total sampling and the sample count is 80 respondents in March 2020. Research conducted in March 2020. The results showed that most of the respondents expressed caring nurses enough as much as 68 respondents (85%) And most of the respondents expressed a moderate stress rate of 47 respondents (58,8%). Based on the test statistic Chi-square Test (α = 0.05) obtained P value = 0.00 where P value is < 0.05. Thus H1 is accepted which means there is a meaningful (significant) relationship between caring nurses with the stress level of inpatient in the Aster room of the Hospital Dr Haryoto Lumajang. Patients who are in hospital hospitalization will pose high stress and anxiety to the patient. Stress during hospitalization is influenced by several factors, one of which is the behavior of nurses when treating the patient. Nurses in charge of nursing should develop caring behaviour, nurses who behave caring means that the nurse is able to reduce stress or trauma to the patient while treating patients in hospital.

Abstract

Gangguan jiwa merupakan masalah kesehatan yang masih menjadi perhatian pemerintah saat ini karena mengalami peningkatan yang cukup pesat. Tingginya pertumbuhan manusia dan beban hidup menyebabkan seseorang rentan mengalami masalah kesehatan jiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang faktor predisposisi dan presipitasi pada orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Mojokerto. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Deskriptif Analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ODGJ yang ada di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Mojokerto dengan jumlah sampel 52 ODGJ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor predisposisi terbanyak yang teridentifikasi adalah gangguan jiwa yang dialami sebelumnya, adanya keinginan yang tidak terpenuhi dan adanya konflik dengan keluarga atau teman atau dengan lingkungan. Sedangkan faktor presipitasi terbanyak yang teridentifikasi adalah putus obat, kurangnya motivasi, dan karena masalah ekonomi. Diharapkan adanya kerjasama dari berbagai pihak untuk mengurangi angka kejadian dan mencegah terjadinya kekambuhan gangguan jiwa, Pengenalan masalah kesehatan jiwa hendaknya juga diberikan kepada masyarakat agar dapat masalah kesehatan jiwa dapat tertangani sejak dini.
