Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of Islamic law on buying and selling online. This research is literature and qualitative research. Data were collected through books, journals, and documents and analyzed descriptively. The study results conclude that buying and selling online is a sale and purchase transaction of goods carried out by two parties, namely the seller and the buyer, through the internet. In Islamic law, buying and selling online is legal, and the contract is valid on the condition that the goods purchased are halal and have precise specifications, the goods to be bought are following their needs. The buyer has the right to cancel or accept if the goods are not following the order. The sale and purchase are considered fi hukm ittihad al-majlis (in the position of one assembly). Ittihad al-majlis can be interpreted in three ways, namely ittihad al-makan (one place) and ittihad al-zaman (time of time), and ittihad al-haiah (one position). With modern communication media, it is possible to unite two places that are far apart, so that the two places are considered to be one (taaddud al-makan fi manzilah ittihad al-makan). Online buying and selling transactions carried out in two far apart areas are included in ittihad al-majlis in the ittihad al-zaman category (one time).Islam allows buying and selling online as long as there is no element of fraud between the two parties in the contract. It has fulfilled the conditions and pillars following the provisions of Islamic law.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) is an educational institution that supports formal education in schools. The teacher as a component in teaching and learning activities has a very important role in determining the success of learning. The role of the TPQ teacher is not only to educate students so that they can read and write the Qur'an properly and correctly, but also so that students can live an Islamic life. The purpose of this journal is to find out more about the meaning of teachers and their role in education, and how Islamic economics views their welfare. This research was conducted through observation and interviews. The data obtained were analyzed using the Islamic economic approach. The results obtained from this study were that TPQ teachers received a monthly salary, the amount of which was adjusted to their respective TPQ. The salary received is still below the UMR standard. However, TPQ teachers are still enthusiastic about teaching because they teach TPQ because of their heart's calling and they simply want to practice their knowledge by ignoring the value of the material they will get. Based on Islamic economics, the TPQ salary is related to the concept of ujrah and ijarah. They are entitled to a salary, and it is better if the salary can be increased again so that it is equal to their profession and so that TPQ education will be of higher quality.

The collected data were analyzed qualitatively. In an economic system, marketing or marketing is an important thing to do to achieve product sales targets so that the business can be successful. In Islam the Prophet has taught business ethics, including marketing through the nature of the Prophet which is abbreviated as SAFT (shiddiq, amanah, fathanah, and tabligh). Also, marketers must pay attention to theistic (rabbaniyyah), ethical (akhlaqiyyah), realistic (al-waqi’iyyah), and humanistic (insaniyyah) ethics. By paying attention to the marketing concept in Islam, it is hoped that there will be no marketing that can harm various parties, especially consumers and business partners.

Abstract

This article discusses the optimization of muzara’ah contracts in Islamic banks. This article is the result of a literature review and qualitative research. Data comes from literature in the form of books, journal articles, and the internet, which after being collected are analyzed descriptively. The results of the study are muzara’ah is cultivating other people's land such as rice fields or fields in exchange for a portion of the yield (one-half, one-third, or one-quarter), while the labor costs and seeds are borne by the landowner. Ulama have different opinions about the law of muzara’ah, some are permissible and some are forbidden. For those who allow, muzara’ah must meet the pillars and conditions that have been determined. Rukun muzara'ah is landowners, farmers/cultivators, objects of muzara'ah, and Ijab and qabul. The practice of muzara'ah refers to the principles of the Profit and Loss Sharing System. In optimizing the muzara'ah contract on Islamic banks, it is necessary to improve the bank system according to the real vision of the Islamic bank and improve the agricultural system. Muzara'ah financing is very important for farmers who want to develop their agricultural land so that they can create mutual benefit, which means good quality and income from individuals and socially. Therefore, Islamic banks play an important role in implementing the muzara'ah contract in Indonesia, of course with the support of the community and government, including through controlling demand and supply, fixing prices, spurring the emergence of an investment climate, not stopping improving the quality of human resources, and maximizing technology.
