Abstract

Introduction – This study analyzes cash flow ratios before and after the Covid-19 using cash flow ratio analysis for CPO companies listed on the IDX. Efforts to maintain the strategic role of the palm oil commodity as one of the pillars of Indonesia's economic development. Issuers of crude palm oil (CPO) plantations released financial performance in 2020 with unsatisfactory results due to commodity price pressures due to the Covid-19 causing net profit to experience a considerable decline, and even posting losses. The Coronavirus pandemic has significantly impacted the cash flow of companies in Indonesia. Purpose – This study aims to determine whether there are significant differences in the operating cash flow ratio before and after the Covid-19 for CPO companies listed on the IDX. Methodology/Approach - This research was conducted using quantitative methods, and data collection was carried out using secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial reports. The population of this study was companies in the oil palm plantation sector (CPO) that listed on IDX before the covid-19 in 2019 and during the covid-19 in 2020. Findings – The results of this study used a paired sample t-test which showed that there was a significant difference in the current ratio of cash before the pandemic and after the covid-19, namely 1) the ratio of operating cash flow caused by the company's inability to pay current debts by relying only on cash from operations, 2) the ratio of capital expenditures caused by opening new land and financing research, 3) the ratio of total debt caused by the company not being able to pay all debts solely by relying on operating cash, and 4) the ratio of operating cash flow to profit due to the closing of the market in the European Union due to the lockdown. Originality/Value/Implication - This paper is a pioneering initiative in assessing the impact of the COVID-19 on financial health through cash flow analysis based on empirical data.

Abstract

Yogyakarta is known as a city of education and tourism, in order to support national development must be based on health that pays attention to the health of its people. Therefore, the Yogyakarta city government needs to provide adequate health facilities or health services, both in terms of service and quality. As of 2022 until now, the pharmacy business is growing throughout Indonesia. This requires pharmaceutical personnel for pharmaceutical services and health supplies. Various pharmaceutical activities in pharmacies ensure that the community receives optimal drug services. The ideal concept of a pharmacy is an attitude of totality in providing services to consumers/patients. In an effort to create customer loyalty, Pharmacy Facility Owners (PSA) in collaboration with Pharmacy Manager Pharmacists (APA) need to have a good marketing strategy.. One form of marketing strategy that can help and support the business is the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. The purpose of this research is to find out how Customer Relations Management of Rumah Sehat and Apotek UGM in maintaining customer loyalty. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the aspects of Customer Relationship Management are very influential in maintaining customer loyalty. This study concludes that the aspects of CRM which include email integration, lead conversion, feedback improvement, document recording, relationship management, sales calls, and email marketing have an influence on customer loyalty at Rumah Sehat and Apotek UGM. The novelty of this research is to find out the effect of CRM on customer loyalty at Rumah Sehat and Apotek UGM and how much influence CRM has on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Islamic banks are currently preferably chosen by public in storing assets or in banking activities over conventional banks. This study aims to reveal students' interest in saving and the factors influence students' interest in saving in Islamic banks. This research uses a qualitative method that involves interviews with students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta who store assets and carry out banking activities at Islamic banks. The findings can be interpreted that students choose banking activities at Islamic banks because of good services the banks provide, namely the easiness to access, available mobile banking, and in accordance with Islamic principles that avoid usury, gharar, maysir, haram and unjust. The factors that influence students to save in Islamic banks are service factors, Islamic factors, and needs factors.

Abstract

Cashless payment methods are not new in our country. there are many media and organizational structures or agencies that use cashless transactions. Cashless payment is a payment without the use of cash in the transaction. Knowing that today many have used these transactions, both from the user and operator side, the author is interested in discussing these transactions in everyday life related to the convenience that causes users and organizers to use this transaction. This study discusses the use of cashless payments among students, especially IPIEF 2020 students. The author uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews with all IPIEF 2020 students regarding the use of cashless payments and also the intensity of their use. The author conducted interviews using whatsapp voice call. In this way, the author finds several reasons why there are so many and high intensity of cashless payment usage among IPIEF 2020 students. The majority of interview participants have known and used cashless payments with high intensity, this is in line with the author's analysis, namely because it is convenience that causes this.

Abstract

The research was taken under the title The Influence of BLACKPINK as a Brand Ambassador to Purchase Intentions at Shopee because researcher sees Shopee as an e-commerce that usually uses brand ambassadors to attract the consumer’s interest. One of their brand ambassadors is BLACKPINK. BLACKPINK is a Korean girl group that famous since their debut in 2016 by the power and the stronger on their character. Because of this Shopee sees opportunities from the spread of Korean pop or K-pop culture in all walks of life. So, the purpose of this study is to find out how much the influence of brand ambassadors have on increased buying interest in Shopee. the research used qualitative approach by having an interview with 4 interviewees and 4 previous research papers to find out the reasons and effects they felt during BLACKPINK becoming Shopee's brand ambassador. The research found that previous success during BLACKPINK's time as a brand ambassador was due to the event and supported there was a free shipping voucher given by Shopee to attract purchases.

Abstract

MSMEs are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that are usually carried out by the community to help their economy, not only that MSMEs also help the country's economy at the same time. However, currently MSMEs are in trouble because they are affected by Covid 19, so that it has an impact on the country's economy. This research uses a qualitative method, namely by conducting interviews with MSME actors. From the results obtained, it will provide answers about the impact of Covid 19 from each different MSME actor, because the impact of each seller will be different.

Abstract

The Islamic finance industry is one of the most significant factors in the development process, as it contributes to the smooth operation of economic activity. This study aims to determine whether low bank interest affects student interest, especially in Yogyakarta, to save in Islamic banks. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. Based on data analysis and discussion of the effect of low-interest rates on student interest in saving in Islamic banks, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect. This is a prof from the results of research that has been carried out, where the results of the questionnaire state that low bank interest affects an attractiveness student interest saving in Islamic banks.

Abstract

This study was undertaken to explain how the lack of public knowledge of Islamic banking in Indonesia affects the degree of awareness of the Muslim community about Islamic banking. This study's objective is to uncover and evaluate the degree of knowledge and attitudes of the Muslim community about Islamic banking in Yogyakarta, as well as the variables that influence this awareness. This research was conducted using a quantitative method and distributing questionnaires to 30 Muslim communities who live and work in the Yogyakarta area. Using the Likert Scale, participants were also required to indicate their level of agreement with statements on their views and knowledge of Islamic banking's essential principles and features. According to the data, some Yogyakartans are already familiar with the existence of Islamic banks. In contrast, they are unfamiliar with Islamic banking products and services, as well as financing techniques such as Musharakah, Mudharabah, Murabahah, and Ijaraah. Economics, environment, psychology, and religion also have a significant influence in shaping the Muslim community's understanding and attitudes of Islamic banking in Yogyakarta. By looking at the findings, it is advised that Islamic banks should criticize the deficiencies of implementing Islamic values in Islamic banks.

Abstract

Indonesia has a large and growing population. Rapid population growth has led to increased mobility and the need for transportation to fulfill daily activities. Heavy traffic and congestion that often occurs in various cities in Indonesia are problems that affect the mobility and efficiency of public transportation. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the use of mobile-based applications in public transportation services in optimizing routes and providing efficient services through jalankemana applications. The data in the analysis of the use of mobile-based applications in public transportation services in optimizing routes and providing efficient services comes from data taken based on research results. This study used a survey research method, in which data were collected from respondents who were interviewed or filled out a questionnaire. The questionnaire will focus on the urgency related to the need for public transportation in the Yogyakarta area, especially Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University students. Surveys can be conducted online or through direct interviews with students in Yogyakarta. The results of the study explain Jalankemana is a mobile application that provides information and services to assist users in planning trips using public transportation. JalanKemana can be a useful application for users who frequently use public transportation to plan their trips more efficiently. This app helps users navigate complex transportation systems, provides up-to-date information, and enables user collaboration to update relevant information.

Abstract

Tourism is an important sector of economic growth. The number of tourist attractions in Jogjakarta increased foreign tourist visits to the Special Region of Yogyakarta by 3.46% in March 2023. This increase is inseparable from the development of information technology and the sophistication of communication. The use of a technology is necessary to realize the equitable introduction of Yogyakarta Special Area attractions and be able to describe tourist attractions in real terms. The solution is by utilizing technology that can package the potential of tourist attractions attractively, attractively and today. One of the technologies that we can use is Augmented Reality, which can be used through the Hand Phone (HP) with the Screen application facility. Like the JogJava application created in this study. JogJava application is desin to provide tourist information with features that use AR technology. This research was made using research and development methods.
